¹ Great is the LORD, and most worthy of praise, in the city of our God, his holy mountain.

¹ Grande é o Senhor e mui digno de ser louvado, na cidade do nosso Deus, seu santo monte.

² Beautiful in its loftiness, the joy of the whole earth, like the heights of Zaphon "is Mount Zion, the city of the Great King.

² Alto e belo, alegria de toda a terra, é o monte Sião, para os lados do Norte, a cidade do grande Rei.

¹² Andem em volta de Sião, rodeiem-na toda, contem as suas torres;

¹³ consider well her ramparts, view her citadels, that you may tell of them to the next generation.

¹³ notem bem as suas muralhas, observem os seus palácios, para que possam contar às gerações vindouras

¹⁴ For this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide even to the end.
