1 Iesu sira maibe gumbe mu dirumne.
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 Kwimin toimuwawa me kin me usiwa meuma memgebip buyunai tamibarip aivi mina.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,

3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.

4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 Megara mu gae meuma den auya, sira mu amiya. Desirom nau meuma aine, dawa anmaga nauwawa aine.
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 Iyayapan upeba nau meuma aiviwa yumamiya, wakukam muniya sira guriya boriruwaya.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.

7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.

8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Ebu kokawa aisiya sira bira da undag ye yauyawa ep teya buyunai nakwaeba onampe.
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Meoya nau meuma emewa ebu taibe amiya iyayapan undag mu yawamiyawa agoniyag tam onamiya. Mu iyayapan oraiwa ge kukaeba igiyawa. Mu uwag buyunai arawa noi dauwane.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 Megara kin dauwag munan wanewa igiyawa yawamnewa, me apan da memgebip wapeyawa den ennewa me yaug anone.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 Me singui ane, Enda, ge memgebip wapeyawa den enkapa ge aninin unigana? Apan me noi onan wakene.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 Meve kin me nau eme igiyawa dirumwane, Me naniwa ge amawa murap tuya, sira me daieve aoreya, sisip danave wakepe, asimeve me iruwaigimpe donawa kitosaigimpe.
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Obiren munan ep tene, megara duwamit tamne.
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Meve Parisi igiyawa dauwag amiya, Iesu gae meuma gumbe me amawa ororiyatan oya gae yuya.

16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;

17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?

18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?

19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.

20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?

21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.

22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.

24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.

25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 Gwaneba duwameba ge duwamdesiyawa aig onne undag 7 gumbo ebu desiroma meib sira aya.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Oieba, vesin me boane.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Gare mu boriruwaya sira mu yoipewa kumiwa apa, vesin me undag 7 danave bira biviwa ape, kuiyawa mu undag vesin me auya?
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Iesu garawa wane, Ye anopipanum ene, kuiyawa Baiboru ge God yusiwa den yaug anoyana.
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.

30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.

31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 Ne Ebraam God meuma, Aisak God meuma, sira Jekob God meuma. Me bo igiyawa God muma onan, megara me kaninga wakeemewa God muma.
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.

36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?

37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.

38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.

39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.

40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 Parisi igiyawa undag agoniyayawa, Iesu me singui munne,
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 Ye Keriso oya aninin anoene? Me bira usiwa?
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Me mu dirum wane, Me aninin, Devid me Guwawa Iyakaisiyapama gumbe gae waivi me auwane Ayapan,
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 Ayapan me Ayapan neuma dig wane:
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 Devid me Keriso gumbe Ayapan waiviwa, me aninin Devid usiwa?
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Bira da Iesu gumbe garawa den watan anoya. Me kum me apa man onne bira da Iesu gumbe singui da watan den anone.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
