2 May grace and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ be yours!
2 Manaw kabeber Tamat Godane naatu ata Regah Jesu Keriso’one kwa etei isa nama.
3 I thank my God every time I remember you,
3 Ayu au God ana merar ayiy ana veya mar etei kwa anunuhi.
4 always praying with joy in every one of my prayers for all of you
4 Matan fufur au yoyobanamaim, ayu mar etei ereyasisir kwa etei isa ayoyoyoban.
5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.
5 Anayabin tur gewasin wantoro’ot abai ana biyat atitit ana veya, kwa a baibais kwaitu bairi iti tur tafaram tanan iti boun tatit.
6 I am convinced of this, that the one who began a good work among you will bring it to completion by the day of Christ Jesus.
6 Naatu ayu i abitumatum, God iti bowabow gewasin kwa wanawananamaim bubusuruf boro nabow nan yomanin na’asa’ubibo Keriso Jesu ana veya natit.
7 For it is only right for me to think this way about all of you, because I have you in my heart. Both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, all of you are partners with me in grace.
7 Kwa i mar etei ayu dogorou’umaim kwama’am, naatu au naniyan iti na’atube mar etei kwa isa anotanot, anayabin dibur baremaim, o tur gewasin awawasfarimaim, o aitafofor tur ao’orerebamaim. Kwa etei i ayu bairit God ana manaw ana kabeber tafafarambonen.
8 For God is my witness how much I long for all of you with the compassion of Christ Jesus.
8 Ayu dogorou wanawanan au naniyan tutufin etei Keriso ekukura’ara’ah na kwa iti isan, God i etei so’ob, ayu men abifuwen.
9 And this is my prayer, that your love will keep on growing more and more in full knowledge and perfect insight,
9 Ayu ayoyoyoban kwa a yabow i akokok tafan nayababar nara’at, anot hinarerekab, naatu turobe hai naniyah etei kwanaso’ob gewas,
10 so that you may be able to determine what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ,
10 saise kwa tur nowar fufunin gewas yabuna’in isan boro kwanasinaf gewas. Naatu Keriso ana Veya’amaim kwa boro aur ubar en sasouwi kwanabat.
11 having been filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God.
11 Naatu roumutufuren ana ro’on gewasih Jesu Keriso’one hinanan boro dogor wanawanan nare naatu imaim kwa boro God merarayow kwanitin kwanabora’ara’ah.
12 Now I want you to know, brothers, that what has happened to me has actually turned out for the progress of the gospel.
12 Taitu tuwai’inah, ayu akokok kwanaso’ob, sawar abistan isou himamatar imaim Tur Gewasin ibais ra’at etatasasar.
13 As a result, it has become clear to the whole imperial guard and to everyone else that I am in prison because of Christ.
13 Sinaf ana itinin iti’imaim aiwob orot ana bar wanawanan ana kaifenayah naatu sabuw afa nati’imaim hima’am auman hiso’ob, ayu i Keriso ana bowayan orot, imih hifatumu.
14 Moreover, because of my imprisonment most of the brothers have been made confident in the Lord to speak God's word more boldly and courageously than ever before.
14 Ayu dibur arurumaim taituwau iyab Regah wanawananamaim hima’ama moumurihika koufair hibai himisir hitafofor God ana tur tibibinan.
15 Some are preaching Christ because of their envy and rivalry, while others do so because of their good will.
15 Binanuyah i turobe Keriso isan tebibinan, baise afa dogoroh wanawanan i geg bobowen ayu isou ma auman tibibinan, naatu afa i not gewasinamaim tebibinan, anayabin tekokok ayu hinibaisu.
16 The latter are motivated by love, because they know that I have been appointed for the defense of the gospel.
16 Iti binanuyah i yabowamaim bonawiyih tebibinan, anayabin ayu Tur Gewasin atafafar isan dibur ama’ama i hiso’ob.
17 The former proclaim Christ out of selfish ambition and without sincerity, thinking that they will stir up trouble for me during my imprisonment.
17 Binanuyah afa Keriso isan tibibinan baise geg bobowenamaim tibibinan, anayabin tekokok hinasinaf ayu dibur baremaim yababan anab isan.
18 But what does it matter? Just this, that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is being proclaimed, and because of this I rejoice. Yes, I will continue to rejoice,
18 Baise ayu nati isan men anotanot! Anayabin binanuyah not gewasinamaim tibibinan o geg bobowenamaim tibibinan, ana’an gagamin Keriso ana tur gewasin i hibinan sabuw tenonowar isan ayu abiyasisir, naatu boro mar etei aniyasisir.
19 because I know that this will result in my deliverance through your prayers and the help that comes from the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
19 Anayabin kwa ayoyobanamaim naatu Jesu Keriso Anunin ana baibaisamaim ayu aso’ob iti biyababanane boro nabotaitu anatit.
20 This is according to my eager expectation and hope that I will have nothing to be ashamed of. Instead, because of my boldness Christ will be exalted in my body, now as always, whether I live or die.
20 Ayu au naniyan tutufin etei nuhufot ama akakaif wanawanan boro men kafa’imo ef ta’amaim anasinaf kakaf biya’ohow anabaimih, en baise, biyou yawasin ema’ama o biyou emomorob, ayu boro mar etei anitafofor anabinan sabuw etei Keriso hinarusagisagiy.
21 For to me, to go on living is Christ, and to die is gain.
21 Anayabin yawasu ama’am i Keriso isan ama’am, naatu anamomorob na’at au gewasin i gagaminaka ema’am.
22 Now if I go on living in this body, that will produce more results, yet I do not know which I would prefer.
22 Biyau yawasin anama’am na’at, Regah isan boro ana ma anabow, baise men aso’ob boro menatan anarubin?
23 Indeed, I cannot decide between the two. I have the desire to leave this life and be with Christ, for that is far better.
23 Ayu i sawar rou’ab hitarsibu. Baise ayu au kok gagamin i ata morob Keriso airi atama i igewasin kwanekwan.
24 But for your sake it is better that I remain in this body.
24 Naatu baise gewasin anababatun i yawasu anama, saise kwa anibaisi.
25 Since I am convinced of this, I know that I will continue to live and be with all of you for the sake of your progress and joy in the faith.
25 Tur anababatun a tur ao’owen, aso’ob boro yawasu anama kwa etei anibaisi a baitumatum wanawanan kwanara’at kwanayen kwaniyasisir,
26 Then your boasting in Christ Jesus will increase along with mine through my coming again to you.
26 saise ayu anabinanawani maiye, kwa boro abisa asisinaf isan Keriso Jesu ana merar kwanay wabin kwanabora’ara’ah.
27 The only thing that matters is that you continue to live as good citizens in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come to see you or whether I stay away, I may hear all about you—that you are standing firm in one spirit, struggling with one mind for the faith of the gospel,
27 Au not gagamin i iti a tur ao’owen, akokok ama yawasamaim Keriso ana tur gewasin sabuw hinakakafiy. Ayu itimih ananan na’at, o men ananan, ayu akokok kwa a not etei i ta’imon, roun roun kwanabat kwanibaibaisbonen sabuw tur gewasin batkikin isan kwabowabow ana tur ananowar.
28 and that you are not intimidated by your opponents in any way. This is evidence that they will be destroyed and that you will be saved—and all because of God.
28 Arakit sabuw wanawanah kwanarur na hini’aiseyasey kwanabat, kwa abatkikinamaim nati sabuw gurugurusen wanawanan tirur boro hina’itin hinaso’ob, kwa i boro God yawas nit, naatu i boro nagurusih, iti i God boro nasinaf.
29 For you have been given the privilege for Christ's sake not only to believe in him but also to suffer for him.
29 Anayabin God ana baigegewasin it bitit i men baitutumin akisin, baise isan tani’akir auman.
30 You have the same struggle that you saw in me and now hear that I am still having.
30 Ayu bairit tama’am ana veya wawainabu i kwa’itin, naatu boun ewawainabu ana tur i kwanonowar, imih kwa wainaben i nati ta’imon wanawanan kwarun ewawainabi.
