1 and straightaway upon the early/morning, make[ing] together-intention, the chief-consecrateds[i.e. chief priests] alongside of{the elders} and of{[the] scribes} and the whole council, bind[ing]/necessitate[ing], carry-off/away and give-aside/deliver the Jesus to{the Pilate},
1 Assim que amanheceu, os chefes dos sacerdotes se reuniram com os líderes dos judeus, e com os mestres da Lei, e com todo o Conselho Superior e fizeram os seus planos. Eles amarraram Jesus, e o levaram, e entregaram a Pilatos.
2 and the Pilate asks-upon same, "You are-being the king of{the Judeans}[?]" Moreover, the respond[ing] says to{same}, "You are-saying,"
2 Pilatos perguntou: — Você é o rei dos judeus?
3 and the chief-consecrateds[i.e. chief priests] have-been-accusing much of{same}; moreover, same responds not-one.
3 E os chefes dos sacerdotes faziam muitas acusações contra ele.
4 Moreover, the Pilate again asks-upon same, saying, "You-are_not_responding, not-one. Behold how-many are-witnessing-down/against of{you}."
4 Então Pilatos fez outra pergunta: — Você não vai responder? Veja quantas acusações estão fazendo contra você!
5 Moreover, the Jesus responds not-still not-one, such-as the Pilate to-be-marveling.

7 Naquela ocasião um homem chamado Barrabás estava preso na cadeia junto com alguns homens que tinham matado algumas pessoas numa revolta.

9 Então ele perguntou: — Vocês querem que eu solte para vocês o rei dos judeus?
10 for he-has-been-knowing that through jealousy the chief-consecrateds[i.e. chief priests] had-given-aside/delivered same.

11 Mas os chefes dos sacerdotes atiçaram o povo para que pedisse a Pilatos que, em vez de soltar Jesus, ele soltasse Barrabás.

14 — Que crime ele cometeu? — perguntou Pilatos. Mas eles gritaram ainda mais alto: — Crucifica! Crucifica!
15 Moreover, the Pilate, intending to-do to{the crowd} the sufficient, looses-off/away to{same} the bar-Abbas and gives-aside/delivers the Jesus, whip[ing] in-which-place he-may-be-crucified.
15 Então Pilatos, querendo agradar o povo, soltou Barrabás, como eles haviam pedido. Depois mandou chicotear Jesus e o entregou para ser crucificado.

17 Depois vestiram em Jesus uma capa vermelha e puseram na cabeça dele uma coroa feita de ramos cheios de espinhos.
18 and they-initiate to-be-greeting same, "Be-joying, the king of{the Judeans},"
18 E começaram a saudá-lo, dizendo: — Viva o Rei dos Judeus!
19 and they-have-been-beating the head of{same} to{reed/staff} and have-been-spitting-in to{same} and, placing the knees, they-have-been-worshiping to{same},
19 Batiam na cabeça dele com um bastão, cuspiam nele e se ajoelhavam, fingindo que o estavam adorando.
20 and when they-infantilize to{same}, they-out-clothe/disrobe same, the purple, and clothe same the outer-garments, the own/self, and are-leading-out same in-which-place they-may-crucify same,

28 [Assim se cumpriu o que as Escrituras Sagradas dizem: “Ele foi tratado como se fosse um criminoso.”]
29 and the[plural] being-gone-aside have-been-asserting-evil [toward] same, moving the heads of{same} and saying, "Ah, the loosing-down the temple and in to{three days} house-building,
29 Os que passavam por ali caçoavam dele, balançavam a cabeça e o insultavam assim: — Ei, você que disse que era capaz de destruir o Templo e tornar a construí-lo em três dias!
30 save yourself, descend[ing] off/from of{the cross}."
30 Pois desça da cruz e salve-se a si mesmo!
31 Moreover, similarly also the chief-consecrateds[i.e. chief priests], infantilizing toward one-another, alongside of{the scribes}, have-been-saying, "He-saves others; he-is_not_being-empowered to-save sameself.
31 Os chefes dos sacerdotes e os mestres da Lei também caçoavam dele, dizendo: — Ele salvou os outros, mas não pode salvar a si mesmo!
32 The Anointed, the king of{the Israel}: descend now off/from of{the cross} in-which-place we-may-behold and may-entrust to{same}." Also the having-been-crucified-together to{same} have-been-reproach-izing same.
32 Vamos ver o Messias , o Rei de Israel, descer agora da cruz e então creremos nele! E os ladrões que foram crucificados com Jesus também o insultavam.
33 Moreover, of{sixth hour become}, darkness becomes upon the whole land until of{ninth hour},
33 Ao meio-dia começou a escurecer, e toda a terra ficou três horas na escuridão.
34 and to{the ninth hour} the Jesus cries to{large sound}, saying, "Eloi, Eloi, lima sabachthani," the is-being being-translated, "Oh God of{me}, oh God of{me}, into what you-leave-in-down/against/leave-behind me[?],"
34 Às três horas da tarde Jesus gritou bem alto:
35 and some of{the having-stood-aside}, hear[ing], have-been-saying, "Behold, he-is-sounding Elijah."
35 Algumas pessoas que estavam ali ouviram isso e disseram: — Escutem! Ele está chamando Elias!
36 Moreover, hurry[ing], one also fill-ize[ing] [a] sponge of{vinegar}, place[ing]-around both to{reed/staff}, has-been-drink-izing same, saying, "Let-off/away-from. We-may-behold if Elijah is-being-come to-lift-down same."
36 Alguém correu e molhou uma esponja em vinho comum, pôs na ponta de um bastão, deu para Jesus beber e disse: — Esperem! Vamos ver se Elias vem tirá-lo da cruz!
37 Moreover, the Jesus, let[ing]-off/away [a] great sound, breaths-out,
37 Aí Jesus deu um grito forte e morreu.
38 and the spread-out-against-effect/curtain of{the temple} is-split into two from up-place-ly until down.
38 Então a cortina do Templo se rasgou em dois pedaços, de cima até embaixo.
39 Moreover, behold[ing], the centurion[Latin], the having-stood-aside out of{in-opposition} of{same} that the-same-ly, cry[ing]-out, breaths-out, says, "Truly the man, the-same, has-been-being Son of{God}."
39 O oficial do exército romano que estava em frente da cruz, vendo Jesus morrer daquele modo, disse: — De fato, este homem era o Filho de Deus!
40 Moreover, also women have-been-being observing from afar, in to{whom} has-been-being also Mary the Magdalene, also Mary, the mother of{James, the little}, and of{Joses}, and Salome,

44 Pilatos ficou admirado quando soube que Jesus já estava morto. Chamou o oficial romano e perguntou se fazia muito tempo que Jesus tinha morrido.
