1 Enquanto Apolo estava em Corinto, Paulo viajou pelas regiões do interior até chegar a Éfeso, no litoral, onde encontrou alguns discípulos.
2 says toward same, "If, believe[ing], you-take [the] Holy Spirit[?]" Moreover, the toward same, "Contrariwise, not-moreover we-hear if [the] Holy Spirit is-being."

10 Isso continuou durante os dois anos seguintes, e gente de toda a província da Ásia, tanto judeus como gregos, ouviu a palavra do Senhor.

11 Deus concedeu a Paulo o poder de realizar milagres extraordinários.

12 Quando lenços ou aventais usados por ele eram colocados sobre enfermos, estes eram curados de suas doenças e deles saíam espíritos malignos.
13 Moreover, some also of{the being-come-around Judean oath-out-ists[translit. "exorcists"]} hand-upon[i.e. undertake] to-be-name-izing upon the having the spirits, the evil, the name of{the Lord Jesus}, saying, "I-am-oath-izing you [by] the Jesus whom Paul is-proclaiming."
13 Alguns judeus viajavam pelas cidades expulsando espíritos malignos. Tentavam usar o nome do Senhor Jesus, dizendo: “Ordeno que saia em nome de Jesus, a quem Paulo anuncia!”.
14 Moreover, seven sons of{Sceva, some Judean chief-consecrated[i.e. chief priest]}, have-been-being doing the-same.

17 A notícia do ocorrido se espalhou rapidamente por toda a cidade de Éfeso, tanto entre judeus como entre gregos, e sobre eles veio um temor reverente, e o nome do Senhor Jesus era engrandecido.
18 Besides, many of{the having-believed} have-been-being-come acknowledging-selves-out and messaging-anew the practices of{same}.

24 Começou com Demétrio, ourives que fabricava modelos de prata do templo da deusa grega Ártemis e que empregava muitos artífices.

26 Mas, como vocês viram e ouviram, esse sujeito, Paulo, convenceu muita gente de que deuses feitos por mãos humanas não são deuses de verdade. Fez isso não apenas aqui em Éfeso, mas em toda a província.

27 Claro que não me refiro apenas à perda do respeito público por nossa atividade. Também me preocupa que o templo da grande deusa Ártemis perca sua influência e que esta deusa magnífica, adorada em toda a província da Ásia e ao redor do mundo, seja destituída de seu grande prestígio!”.
28 Moreover, hear[ing] and become[ing] full of{[furious]desire}, they-have-been-crying-out, saying, "Great, the Artemis of{Ephesians},"
28 Ao ouvir isso, ficaram furiosos e começaram a gritar: “Grande é Ártemis dos efésios!”.
29 and the whole city is-filled of{the confoundment}, besides they-dash like-desire-ly/one-accord into the theater, snatch[ing]-together Gaius and Aristarchus, Macedonians, together-out-populace-s[i.e. companions abroad] of{Paul}.
29 Em pouco tempo, a cidade toda estava uma confusão. O povo correu para o anfiteatro, arrastando os macedônios Gaio e Aristarco, companheiros de viagem de Paulo.
30 Moreover, of{the Paul intending} to-come-into into the populace, the disciples have_not_been-allowing same.

32 Lá dentro, em polvorosa, o povo todo gritava, e cada um dizia uma coisa. Na verdade, a maioria nem sabia por que estava ali.
33 Moreover, out of{the crowd} they-step-ize-ahead Alexander, of{the Judeans cast[ing]-ahead} same. Moreover, the Alexander, shake[ing]-according-to the hand, has-been-will-ing to-be-defending-self to{the populace}.

35 Por fim, o escrivão da cidade conseguiu acalmar a multidão e disse: “Cidadãos de Éfeso, todos sabem que Éfeso é a guardiã do templo da grande Ártemis, cuja imagem caiu do céu para nós.
36 So, of{the-same being undeniable}, it-is-being necessitating you, having-been-sent-down[i.e. calmed], to-be-undertaking and to-be-practicing nothing before-fall-able[i.e. rash/reckless/impulsive],
36 Portanto, sendo este um fato inegável, acalmem-se e não façam nada precipitadamente.

40 Corremos o perigo de ser acusados de provocar desordem, pois não há motivo para este tumulto. E, se exigirem de nós uma explicação, não teremos o que dizer”.
41 and, say[ing] the-same, he-looses-off/away the out-calling.
41 Então os despediu, e a multidão se dispersou.
