1 Forsooth the sons of Issachar were four; Tola, and Puah, Jashub, and Shimrom.
1 Ora, os filhos de Issacar foram: Tola, e Puva, Jasube, e Sinrom; quatro.
2 The sons of Tola were Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Jibsam, and Shemuel, princes by the houses of their kindreds. Of the generation of Tola were numbered (the) strongest men in the days of David, two and twenty thousand and six hundred. (The sons of Tola \+em were\+em* Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Jibsam, and Shemuel, the leaders of the houses of their kindreds. They were the strongest men of the descendants of Tola, who, in the days of David, numbered twenty-two thousand and six hundred.)

3 The sons of Uzzi were Izrahiah (or The son of Uzzi \+em was\+em* Izrahiah); of whom were born Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, and Ishiah, five, all princes.

4 And with them were by their families and peoples, six and thirty thousand most strong men girded to battle; for they had many wives and sons. (And with them, by their families and peoples, \+em were\+em* thirty-six thousand most strong men girded for battle; for they had many wives and sons.)

5 And their brethren, by all the kindreds of Issachar, most strong to fight, were numbered fourscore and seven thousand (or numbered eighty-seven thousand).

7 The sons of Bela were Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth, and Iri, five; princes of families (or the leaders of their families), most strong to fight; for the number of them was two and twenty thousand and four and thirty.
7 E os filhos de Belá: Esbom, e Uzi, e Uziel, e Jerimote, e Iri, cinco; cabeças da casa dos seus pais, homens fortes e valentes; e foram considerados, pelas suas genealogias, vinte e dois mil e trinta e quatro.
8 And the sons of Becher were Zemira, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jerimoth, and Abiah, and Anathoth, and Alameth; all these were the sons of Becher.
8 E os filhos de Bequer: Zemira, e Joás, e Eliézer, e Elioenai, e Onri, e Jerimote, e Abias, e Anatote, e Alemete. Todos estes são os filhos de Bequer.
9 And the princes of (their) kindreds were numbered by their families twenty thousand and two hundred most strong men to battles. (And the leaders of their kindreds were listed, \+em or registered\+em*, by their families, and there were found \+em to be\+em* twenty thousand and two hundred most strong men for battle.)
9 E o número deles, segundo a sua genealogia, pelas suas gerações, cabeças da casa dos seus pais, homens fortes e valentes, foi de vinte mil e duzentos.
10 And the sons of Jediael were Bilhan (or And the son of Jediael \+em was\+em* Bilhan); soothly the sons of Bilhan were Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tharshish, and Ahishahar.
10 E o filho de Jediael: Bilã; e os filhos de Bilã: Jeús, e Benjamim, e Eúde, e Quenaana, e Zetã, e Társis, e Aisaar.
11 All these the sons of Jediael were princes of their families, seventeen thousand and two hundred, strongest men going forth to battle. (All these sons of Jediael, the leaders of their families, and their most strong men, were seventeen thousand and two hundred going forth to battle.)
11 Todos estes filhos de Jediael, segundo os cabeças das suas famílias, homens fortes e valentes, foram dezessete mil e duzentos soldados, aptos para sair à guerra e à batalha.
12 Also Shuppim and Huppim (or And Shuppim and Huppim)were the sons of Ir; and Hushim was the son of Aher.
12 Também Supim, e Hupim, o filho de Ir; e Husim, dos filhos de Aer.
13 And the sons of Naphtali were Jahziel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, the sons of Bilhah.
13 Os filhos de Naftali: Jaziel, e Guni, e Jezer, e Salum, os filhos de Bila.
14 And the son of Manasseh was Asriel; and Sira, his secondary wife, childed Machir, the father of Gilead. (And the sons of Manasseh \+em were\+em* Ashriel, and Machir, the father of Gilead, whom his secondary wife, the Syrian, \+em or the Aramean\+em*, bare for him.)
14 Os filhos de Manassés: Asriel, que teve de sua mulher; (mas, a sua concubina, a arameia, deu à luz Maquir, o pai de Gileade;
15 And Machir took wives to his sons Huppim and Shuppim; and he had a sister, Maachah by name, (or And Machir took for a wife the sister of Huppim and Shuppim, whose name was Maachah, or And Machir took for a wife a woman whose name was Maachah, the sister of Huppim and Shuppim); and the name of the second son was Zelophehad, and daughters were born to Zelophehad.
15 e Maquir tomou por esposa a irmã de Hupim e Supim, que tinha por nome Maaca); e o nome do segundo foi Zelofeade; e Zelofeade teve filhas.
16 And Maachah, the wife of Machir, childed a son (or bare a son), and called his name Peresh; and the name of his brother was Sheresh; and his sons were Ulam and Rakem.
16 E Maaca, a esposa de Maquir, deu à luz um filho, e ela chamou o seu nome Perez; e o nome de seu irmão foi Seres; e os seus filhos foram Ulão e Requém.
17 And the son of Ulam was Bedan. These were the sons of Gilead, son of Machir, son of Manasseh;
17 E o filho de Ulão: Bedã. Estes foram os filhos de Gileade, o filho de Maquir, o filho de Manassés.
18 and Hammoleketh his sister childed a fair man, Abiezer, and Mahalah. (and his sister Hammoleketh gave birth to Ishod, and Abiezer, and Mahalah.)
18 E a sua irmã, Hamolequete, deu à luz Isode, e Abiezer, e Macla.
19 And the sons of Shemidah were Ahian, and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.
19 E os filhos de Semida foram: Aiã, e Siquém, e Liqui, e Anião.
20 And the sons of Ephraim were Shuthelah; Bered, his son; Tahath, his son; Eladah, his son; and Tahath, his son;
20 E os filhos de Efraim: Sutela, e Berede, o seu filho; e Taate, seu filho; e Eleada, seu filho; e Taate, o seu filho.
21 and Zabad, his son; and Shuthelah, his son; and Ezer, and Elead, his sons. And [the] men of Gath born in the land killed them, for they went down to assail their possessions.
21 E Zabade, seu filho; e Sutela, seu filho; e Eser, e Eleade; cujos homens de Gate, que nasceram naquela terra os mataram, porque eles desceram para roubar o seu gado.
22 Therefore Ephraim, the father of them, wailed by many days; and his brethren came to comfort him. (And their father Ephraim bewailed them for many days; and his kinsmen came to comfort him.)
22 E Efraim, pai deles, pranteou muitos dias, e os seus irmãos vieram lhe consolar.
23 And he entered [in] to his wife, which conceived, and childed a son (or and bare a son); and he called his name Beriah, for he was born in the evils of his house.
23 E, quando ele conheceu à sua esposa, ela concebeu e deu à luz um filho, e ele chamou o seu nome Berias, porque a sua casa ia mal.
24 And his daughter was Sherah; that builded Bethhoron, the lower, and the higher, and Uzzen, and Sherah. (And his daughter was Sherah, who built Lower Bethhoron, and Upper Bethhoron, and Uzzensherah.)

25 And his son was called Rephah, and (his son was) Resheph, and (his son was) Telah, of whom was born Tahan; (And Ephraim’s son\+em was called\+em* Rephah, and his son was Resheph, and his son was Telah, and his son was Tahan;)
25 E Refa foi seu filho, também Resefe, e Tela, seu filho; e Taã, seu filho,
26 that engendered Laadan; and Ammihud, the son of him, begat Elishama; (and Tahan begat Laadan; and Laadan’s son Ammihud, begat Elishama;)

27 of whom was born Nun; that had a son Joshua.
27 Num, seu filho; Josué, seu filho.
28 And the possession and the dwelling places of them was Bethel with his villages, and against the east, Naaran; at the west coast, Gezer, and his villages, also Shechem with his villages, and Gaza with his villages. (And their possession and their dwelling places \+em were\+em* Bethel with its villages, and to the east, Naaran; and to the west, Gezer, and its villages, and Shechem with its villages, and Gaza with its villages.)
28 E as suas possessões e habitações foram: Betel e as suas aldeias, e, em direção ao leste, Naarã, e em direção ao oeste, Gezer, com as suas aldeias; também Siquém e as suas aldeias, até Gaza e as suas aldeias.
29 Also beside the sons of Manasseh, Bethshean and his towns, Taanach and his towns, Megiddo and his towns, Dor and his towns; and the sons of Joseph, son of Israel, dwelled in these towns. (And the sons of Manasseh had Bethshean and its towns, Taanach and its towns, Megiddo and its towns, and Dor and its towns; and the sons of Joseph, the son of Israel, lived in these \+em towns\+em*.)
29 E junto aos limites dos filhos de Manassés: Bete-Seã e as suas aldeias; Taanaque e as suas aldeias, Megido e as suas aldeias, Dor e as suas aldeias. Nestas habitaram os filhos de José, o filho de Israel.
30 The sons of Asher were Imnah, and Isuah, and Ishuai, and Beriah; and Serah was the sister of them.
30 Os filhos de Aser: Imna, e Isvá, e Isvi, e Berias, e Sera, sua irmã.
31 And the sons of Beriah were Heber, and Malchiel; he is the father of Birzavith.
31 E os filhos de Berias: Héber e Malquiel; que é o pai de Birzavite.
32 And Heber engendered Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, and Shua, the sister of them.
32 E Héber gerou Jaflete, e Somer, e Hotão, e Suá, sua irmã.
33 And the sons of Japhlet were Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashvath; these were the sons of Japhlet.

34 And the sons of Shamer were Ahi, and Rohgah, and Jehubbah, and Aram.

39 And the sons of Ulla were Arah, and Haniel, and Rezia.

40 All these were the sons of Asher, princes of kindreds, chosen men and full strong dukes of dukes; and the number, of the age of them that were able to battle, was six and twenty thousand. (All these \+em were\+em* the sons of Asher, the leaders of their kindreds, chosen and very strong men, leaders of leaders; and the number of them of the age who were able to do battle, was twenty-six thousand.)
40 Todos estes foram os filhos de Aser, cabeças da casa do pai deles, homens escolhidos, fortes e valentes, chefes dos príncipes. E o número, ao longo da sua genealogia, dos que eram aptos para a guerra e para a batalha, era de vinte e seis mil homens.
