1 Eu vi também, na mão direita do que estava assentado no trono, um livro escrito por dentro e por fora, selado com sete selos.
2 and|strong="G2532" I|strong="G2532" saw|strong="G3708" a|strong="G2532" mighty|strong="G2478" angel who|strong="G5101" was|strong="G3588" proclaiming|strong="G2784" in|strong="G1722" a|strong="G2532" loud|strong="G3173" voice|strong="G5456" – “Who|strong="G5101" is|strong="G3588" worthy to|strong="G2532" open the|strong="G1722" book|strong="G3588" and|strong="G2532" break|strong="G3089" its|strong="G3089" seals|strong="G4973"?”
2 Vi então um anjo vigoroso, que clamava em alta voz: Quem é digno de abrir o livro e desatar os seus selos?
3 But|strong="G2532" no|strong="G3762" one|strong="G3762" either|strong="G3777" in|strong="G1722" heaven|strong="G3772" or|strong="G2532" on|strong="G1909" earth|strong="G1093" or|strong="G2532" under|strong="G5270" the|strong="G1722" earth|strong="G1093" was|strong="G3588" able|strong="G1410" to|strong="G2532" open the|strong="G1722" book|strong="G3588" or|strong="G2532" look within|strong="G1722" it|strong="G2532".
3 Mas ninguém, nem no céu, nem na terra, nem debaixo da terra, podia abrir o livro ou examiná-lo.

4 Eu chorava muito, porque ninguém fora achado digno de abrir o livro e examiná-lo.

5 Então um dos Anciãos me falou: Não chores! O Leão da tribo de Judá, o descendente de Davi achou meio de abrir o livro e os sete selos.

7 Veio e recebeu o livro da mão direita do que se assentava no trono.
8 and|strong="G2532" when|strong="G3753" he|strong="G2532" had|strong="G2192" taken|strong="G2983" it|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" four|strong="G5064" creatures|strong="G2226" and|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" twenty-four|strong="G1501" elders|strong="G4245" prostrated themselves|strong="G1510" before|strong="G1799" the|strong="G2532" Lamb, each|strong="G1538" of|strong="G2532" them|strong="G3588" holding|strong="G2192" a|strong="G2192" harp|strong="G2788" and|strong="G2532" golden|strong="G5552" bowls|strong="G5357" full|strong="G1073" of|strong="G2532" incense|strong="G2368". 8 Quando recebeu o livro, os quatro Animais e os vinte e quatro Anciãos prostraram-se diante do Cordeiro, tendo cada um uma cítara e taças de ouro cheias de perfume {que são as orações dos santos}.
9 And|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" are|strong="G1510" singing a|strong="G2532" new|strong="G2537" song|strong="G5603" –
9 Cantavam um cântico novo, dizendo: Tu és digno de receber o livro e de abrir-lhe os selos, porque foste imolado e resgataste para Deus, ao preço de teu sangue, homens de toda tribo, língua, povo e raça;
10 and|strong="G2532" did|strong="G4160" make|strong="G4160" them|strong="G3588" a|strong="G2532" kingdom of|strong="G2316" priests|strong="G2409" in|strong="G1909" the|strong="G2532" service of|strong="G2316" our|strong="G2316" God|strong="G2316", and|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" are|strong="G3588" reigning on|strong="G1909" the|strong="G2532" earth|strong="G1093".”
10 e deles fizeste para nosso Deus um reino de sacerdotes, que reinam sobre a terra.

In|strong="G2532" number they|strong="G2532" were|strong="G1510" ten|strong="G3461" thousand|strong="G5505" times|strong="G3461" ten|strong="G3461" thousand|strong="G5505" and|strong="G2532" thousands|strong="G3461" of|strong="G2532" thousands|strong="G3461",
11 Na minha visão ouvi também, ao redor do trono, dos Animais e dos Anciãos, a voz de muitos anjos, em número de miríades de miríades e de milhares de milhares,
12 and|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" cried|strong="G2532" in|strong="G2532" a|strong="G2532" loud|strong="G3173" voice|strong="G5456" –
12 bradando em alta voz: Digno é o Cordeiro imolado de receber o poder, a riqueza, a sabedoria, a força, a glória, a honra e o louvor.
13 And|strong="G2532" I|strong="G3739" heard every|strong="G3956" created|strong="G2938" thing|strong="G3956" in|strong="G1722" the|strong="G1722" air|strong="G3772", and|strong="G2532" on|strong="G1909" the|strong="G1722" earth|strong="G1093", and|strong="G2532" under|strong="G5270" the|strong="G1722" earth|strong="G1093", and|strong="G2532" on|strong="G1909" the|strong="G1722" sea|strong="G2281", and|strong="G2532" all|strong="G3956" that|strong="G3739" is|strong="G3588" in|strong="G1722" them|strong="G3588" crying –
13 E todas as criaturas que estão no céu, na terra, debaixo da terra e no mar, e tudo que contêm, eu as ouvi clamar: Àquele que se assenta no trono e ao Cordeiro, louvor, honra, glória e poder pelos séculos dos séculos.
14 And|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" four|strong="G5064" creatures|strong="G2226" said|strong="G3004" “Amen,” and|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" elders|strong="G4245" prostrated|strong="G4352" themselves and|strong="G2532" worshiped|strong="G4352".
14 E os quatro Animais diziam: Amém! Os Anciãos prostravam-se e adoravam.
