GOD'S WORD (ENGGW) vs BKJ
1 The Lord spoke to Moses,
1 E o SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo:
2 “Tell the Israelites: I am the Lord your God.
2 Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus.
3 You used to live in Egypt. Don’t live the way the Egyptians do. I am bringing you to Canaan. Don’t live the way the Canaanites do. Never live by their standards.
3 Não fareis como fazem na terra do Egito, na qual habitastes, nem fareis como fazem na terra de Canaã aonde eu vos estou conduzindo. Nem andareis nos seus costumes.
4 Follow my rules, and live by my standards. I am the Lord your God.
4 Cumprireis os meus juízos, e guardareis as minhas ordenanças, para andardes neles. Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus.
5 Live by my standards, and obey my rules. You will have life through them. I am the Lord.
5 Portanto, guardareis os meus estatutos, e os meus juízos, pois o homem que fizer estas coisas por elas viverá. Eu sou o SENHOR.
6 “Never have sexual intercourse with anyone related to you by blood. I am the Lord.
6 Nenhum de vós se aproximará de qualquer parente para descobrir a sua nudez. Eu sou o SENHOR.
7 “Never have sexual intercourse with your mother. She is your own mother. Never have sexual intercourse with her.
7 A nudez de teu pai, ou a nudez de tua mãe, tu não descobrirás; ela é tua mãe; tu não descobrirás a sua nudez.
8 Never have sexual intercourse with your stepmother. She is related to you through your father.
8 A nudez da mulher de teu pai, tu não descobrirás; esta é a nudez de teu pai.
9 Never have sexual intercourse with your stepsister, whether she is your father’s daughter or your mother’s daughter. It makes no difference whether or not she was born in your house.
9 A nudez de tua irmã, filha de teu pai ou filha de tua mãe, seja ela nascida em casa ou nascida fora da casa, a sua nudez tu não descobrirás.
10 Never have sexual intercourse with your granddaughter, whether she is your son’s daughter or your daughter’s daughter, because she is related to you.
10 A nudez da filha do teu filho ou da filha da tua filha, a sua nudez tu não descobrirás, porque é tua própria nudez.
11 Never have sexual intercourse with a daughter of your father and his wife. She is your own sister.
11 A nudez da filha da mulher de teu pai, gerada de teu pai, ela é tua irmã, tu não descobrirás a sua nudez.
12 Never have sexual intercourse with your father’s sister. She is your paternal aunt.
12 Tu não descobrirás a nudez da irmã de teu pai; ela é parenta próxima de teu pai.
13 Never have sexual intercourse with your mother’s sister. She is your maternal aunt.
13 Tu não descobrirás a nudez da irmã de tua mãe, porque ela é parenta próxima de tua mãe.
14 Never have sexual intercourse with the wife of your father’s brother. She, too, is your aunt.
14 Tu não descobrirás a nudez do irmão de teu pai; não te chegarás à sua mulher; ela é tua tia.
15 Never have sexual intercourse with your daughter-in-law. She is your son’s wife. Never have sexual intercourse with her.
15 Tu não descobrirás a nudez de tua nora; ela é mulher de teu filho; não descobrirás a sua nudez.
16 Never have sexual intercourse with your sister-in-law. She is your brother’s wife.
16 Tu não descobrirás a nudez da esposa de teu irmão; esta é a nudez de teu irmão.
17 Never have sexual intercourse with a woman and her daughter or a woman and her granddaughter. They are related. Doing this is perverted.
17 Tu não descobrirás a nudez de uma mulher e de sua filha; nem tomarás a filha de seu filho, ou a filha de sua filha, para descobrir a sua nudez; porque elas são parentas próximas: isto é perversidade.
18 While your wife is living, never marry her sister as a rival wife and have sexual intercourse with her.
18 Nem tomarás uma mulher com sua irmã, para aborrecê-la, descobrindo a sua nudez, ao lado da outra durante a sua vida.
19 “Never have sexual intercourse with a woman while she is unclean during her monthly period.
19 Também não te chegarás à mulher para descobrir a sua nudez, enquanto ela for separada por sua impureza;
20 Never have sexual intercourse with your neighbor’s wife and become unclean with her.
20 além disso, não te deitarás carnalmente com a mulher de teu próximo, para te contaminares com ela.
21 Never give your children as sacrifices to the god Molech ⌞by burning them alive⌟. If you do, you are dishonoring the name of your God. I am the Lord.
21 E tu não deixarás nenhum da tua semente passar pelo fogo perante Moloque; nem profanarás o nome do teu Deus. Eu sou o SENHOR.
22 Never have sexual intercourse with a man as with a woman. It is disgusting.
22 Não te deitarás com o homem, como se fosse mulher: isto é uma abominação.
23 Never have sexual intercourse with any animal and become unclean with it. A woman must never offer herself to an animal for sexual intercourse. It is unnatural.
23 Nem te deitarás com qualquer animal, para te contaminares com ele; nem a mulher se colocará perante um animal para deitar-se com ele: isto é confusão.
24 “Do not become unclean in any of these ways. By these practices all the nations which I am forcing out of your way have become unclean.
24 Não vos contamineis com nenhuma destas coisas, porque em todas estas coisas são contaminadas as nações que eu lanço fora de diante de vós.
25 The land has become unclean. I will punish it for its sins. The land will vomit out those who live in it.
25 E a terra está contaminada; portanto, eu visitarei sobre ela a sua iniquidade, e a terra em si vomitará os seus habitantes.
26 Live by my standards, and obey my rules. Neither you nor any foreigner should ever do any of these disgusting things.
26 Portanto, vós guardareis os meus estatutos e os meus juízos, e não cometereis nenhuma dessas abominações; seja alguém do seu próprio país, ou um estrangeiro que peregrina entre vós;
27 The people of the land who were there before you did all these disgusting things. As a result, the land has become unclean.
27 (porque todas estas abominações fizeram os homens desta terra, que nela estavam antes de vós; e a terra está contaminada).
28 If you make the land unclean, it will vomit you out as it has vomited out the people who were there before you.
28 Para que a terra não vos vomite também, quando a contaminardes, como vomitou as nações que foram antes de vós.
29 Whoever does any of these disgusting things must be excluded from the people.
29 Pois qualquer que cometer alguma dessas abominações, as almas que as cometerem, serão cortadas entre o seu povo.
30 So you must follow my instructions. Don’t live by the standards of the people who lived there before you. What they do is disgusting. Never become unclean that way. I am the Lord your God.”
30 Portanto, guardareis a minha ordenança, não cometendo nenhum destes costumes abomináveis que foram cometidos antes de vós, e não vos contamineis com eles. Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus.
