2 Vendo isto, os fariseus disseram-lhe: Eis que teus discípulos fazem o que é proibido no dia de sábado.

6 Ora, eu vos declaro que aqui está quem é maior que o templo.

7 Se compreendêsseis o sentido destas palavras: Quero a misericórdia e não o sacrifício... não condenaríeis os inocentes.

8 Porque o Filho do Homem é senhor também do sábado.
9 And|strong="G2532" when he was departed|strong="G3327" thence|strong="G1564", he went|strong="G2064" into|strong="G1519" their|strong="G0846" synagogue|strong="G4864":
9 Partindo dali, Jesus entrou na sinagoga.
10 And|strong="G2532", behold|strong="G2400", there was|strong="G2258" a man|strong="G0444" which had|strong="G2192" his hand|strong="G5495" withered|strong="G3584". And|strong="G2532" they asked|strong="G1905" him|strong="G0846", saying|strong="G3004", Is it lawful|strong="G1832" to heal|strong="G2323" on the sabbath days|strong="G4521"? that|strong="G2443" they might accuse|strong="G2723" him|strong="G0846".
10 Encontrava-se lá um homem que tinha a mão seca. Alguém perguntou a Jesus: É permitido curar no dia de sábado? Isto para poder acusá-lo.

12 Não vale o homem muito mais que uma ovelha? É permitido, pois, fazer o bem no dia de sábado.
13 Then|strong="G5119" saith he|strong="G3004" to the man|strong="G0444", \+w Stretch forth|strong="G1614"\+w* \+w thine|strong="G4675"\+w* \+w hand|strong="G5495"\+w*. And|strong="G2532" he stretched|strong="G1614" it forth|strong="G1614"; and|strong="G2532" it was restored|strong="G0600" whole|strong="G5199", like as|strong="G5613" the other|strong="G0243".
13 Disse, então, àquele homem: Estende a mão. Ele a estendeu e ela tornou-se sã como a outra.
14 Then|strong="G1161" the Pharisees|strong="G5330" went out|strong="G1831", and held|strong="G2983" a council|strong="G4824" against|strong="G2596" him|strong="G0846", how|strong="G3704" they might destroy|strong="G0622" him|strong="G0846".
14 Os fariseus saíram dali e deliberaram sobre os meios de o matar.
15 But when|strong="G1161" Jesus|strong="G2424" knew|strong="G1097" it, he withdrew himself|strong="G0402" from thence|strong="G1564": and|strong="G2532" great|strong="G4183" multitudes|strong="G3793" followed|strong="G0190" him|strong="G0846", and|strong="G2532" he healed|strong="G2323" them|strong="G0846" all|strong="G3956";
15 Jesus soube disso e afastou-se daquele lugar. Uma grande multidão o seguiu, e ele curou todos os seus doentes.
16 And|strong="G2532" charged|strong="G2008" them|strong="G0846" that|strong="G2443" they should|strong="G4160" not|strong="G3361" make|strong="G4160" him|strong="G0846" known|strong="G5318":
16 Proibia-lhes formalmente falar disso,
17 That|strong="G3704" it might be fulfilled|strong="G4137" which was spoken|strong="G4483" by|strong="G1223" Esaias|strong="G2268" the prophet|strong="G4396", saying|strong="G3004",
17 para que se cumprisse o anunciado pelo profeta Isaías:
18 Behold|strong="G2400" my|strong="G3450" servant|strong="G3816", whom|strong="G3739" I have chosen|strong="G0140"; my|strong="G3450" beloved|strong="G0027", in|strong="G1519" whom|strong="G3739" my|strong="G3450" soul|strong="G5590" is well pleased|strong="G2106": I will put|strong="G5087" my|strong="G3450" spirit|strong="G4151" upon|strong="G1909" him|strong="G0846", and|strong="G2532" he shall shew|strong="G0518" judgment|strong="G2920" to the Gentiles|strong="G1484".
18 Eis o meu servo a quem escolhi, meu bem-amado em quem minha alma pôs toda sua a afeição. Farei repousar sobre ele o meu Espírito e ele anunciará a justiça aos pagãos.
19 He shall|strong="G2051" not|strong="G3756" strive|strong="G2051", nor|strong="G3761" cry|strong="G2905"; neither|strong="G3761" shall|strong="G0191" any man|strong="G5100" hear|strong="G0191" his|strong="G0846" voice|strong="G5456" in|strong="G1722" the streets|strong="G4113".
19 Ele não disputará, não elevará sua voz; ninguém ouvirá sua voz nas praças públicas.
20 A bruised|strong="G4937" reed|strong="G2563" shall he|strong="G2608" not|strong="G3756" break|strong="G2608", and|strong="G2532" smoking|strong="G5188" flax|strong="G3043" shall he|strong="G4570" not|strong="G3756" quench|strong="G4570", till|strong="G2193" he send forth|strong="G1544" judgment|strong="G2920" unto|strong="G1519" victory|strong="G3534".
20 Não quebrará o caniço rachado, nem apagará a mecha que ainda fumega, até que faça triunfar a justiça.
21 And|strong="G2532" in|strong="G1722" his|strong="G0846" name|strong="G3686" shall|strong="G1679" the Gentiles|strong="G1484" trust|strong="G1679".
21 Em seu nome as nações pagãs porão sua esperança {Is 42,1-4}.
22 Then|strong="G5119" was brought|strong="G4374" unto him|strong="G0846" one possessed with a devil|strong="G1139", blind|strong="G5185", and|strong="G2532" dumb|strong="G2974": and|strong="G2532" he healed|strong="G2323" him|strong="G0846", insomuch that|strong="G5620" the blind|strong="G5185" and|strong="G2532" dumb|strong="G2974" both|strong="G2532" spake|strong="G2980" and|strong="G2532" saw|strong="G0991".
22 Apresentaram-lhe, depois, um possesso cego e mudo. Jesus o curou de tal modo, que este falava e via.
23 And|strong="G2532" all|strong="G3956" the people|strong="G3793" were amazed|strong="G1839", and|strong="G2532" said|strong="G3004", Is|strong="G2076" not|strong="G3385" this|strong="G3778" the son|strong="G5207" of David|strong="G1138"?
23 A multidão, admirada, dizia: Não será este o filho de Davi?
24 But when|strong="G1161" the Pharisees|strong="G5330" heard|strong="G0191" it, they said|strong="G2036", This|strong="G3778" fellow doth|strong="G1544" not|strong="G3756" cast out|strong="G1544" devils|strong="G1140", but|strong="G1487" by|strong="G1722" Beelzebub|strong="G0954" the prince|strong="G0758" of the devils|strong="G1140".
24 Mas, ouvindo isto, os fariseus responderam: É por Beelzebul, chefe dos demônios, que ele os expulsa.
25 And|strong="G1161" Jesus|strong="G2424" knew|strong="G1492" their|strong="G0846" thoughts|strong="G1761", and said|strong="G2036" unto them|strong="G0846", \+w Every|strong="G3956"\+w* \+w kingdom|strong="G0932"\+w* \+w divided|strong="G3307"\+w* \+w against|strong="G2596"\+w* \+w itself|strong="G1438"\+w* \+w is brought to desolation|strong="G2049"\+w*; \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w every|strong="G3956"\+w* \+w city|strong="G4172"\+w* \+w or|strong="G2228"\+w* \+w house|strong="G3614"\+w* \+w divided|strong="G3307"\+w* \+w against|strong="G2596"\+w* \+w itself|strong="G1438"\+w* \+w shall|strong="G2476"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3756"\+w* \+w stand|strong="G2476"\+w*:
25 Jesus, porém, penetrando nos seus pensamentos, disse: Todo reino dividido contra si mesmo será destruído. Toda cidade, toda casa dividida contra si mesma não pode subsistir.
26 \+w And|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w if|strong="G1487"\+w* \+w Satan|strong="G4567"\+w* \+w cast out|strong="G1544"\+w* \+w Satan|strong="G4567"\+w*, \+w he is divided|strong="G3307"\+w* \+w against|strong="G1909"\+w* \+w himself|strong="G1438"\+w*; \+w how|strong="G4459"\+w* \+w shall|strong="G2476"\+w* \+w then|strong="G3767"\+w* \+w his|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w kingdom|strong="G0932"\+w* \+w stand|strong="G2476"\+w*?
26 Se Satanás expele Satanás, está dividido contra si mesmo. Como, pois, subsistirá o seu reino?
27 \+w And|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w if|strong="G1487"\+w* \+w I|strong="G1473"\+w* \+w by|strong="G1722"\+w* \+w Beelzebub|strong="G0954"\+w* \+w cast out|strong="G1544"\+w* \+w devils|strong="G1140"\+w*, \+w by|strong="G1722"\+w* \+w whom do|strong="G5101"\+w* \+w your|strong="G5216"\+w* \+w children|strong="G5207"\+w* \+w cast|strong="G1544"\+w* \+add them\+add* \+w out|strong="G1544"\+w*? \+w therefore|strong="G1223"\+w* \+w they|strong="G0846"\+w* \+w shall be|strong="G2071"\+w* \+w your|strong="G5216"\+w* \+w judges|strong="G2923"\+w*.
27 E se eu expulso os demônios por Beelzebul, por quem é que vossos filhos os expulsam? Por isso, eles mesmos serão vossos juízes.

28 Mas, se é pelo Espírito de Deus que expulso os demônios, então chegou para vós o Reino de Deus.

29 Como pode alguém penetrar na casa de um homem forte e roubar-lhe os bens, sem ter primeiro amarrado este homem forte? Só então pode roubar sua casa.
30 \+w He that is|strong="G5607"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3361"\+w* \+w with|strong="G3326"\+w* \+w me|strong="G1700"\+w* \+w is|strong="G2076"\+w* \+w against|strong="G2596"\+w* \+w me|strong="G1700"\+w*; \+w and|strong="G2532"\+w* \+w he that gathereth|strong="G4863"\+w* \+w not|strong="G3361"\+w* \+w with|strong="G3326"\+w* \+w me|strong="G1700"\+w* \+w scattereth abroad|strong="G4650"\+w*.
30 Quem não está comigo está contra mim; e quem não ajunta comigo, espalha.

31 Por isso, eu vos digo: todo pecado e toda blasfêmia serão perdoados aos homens, mas a blasfêmia contra o Espírito não lhes será perdoada.

32 Todo o que tiver falado contra o Filho do Homem será perdoado. Se, porém, falar contra o Espírito Santo, não alcançará perdão nem neste século nem no século vindouro.

33 Ou dizeis que a árvore é boa e seu fruto bom, ou dizeis que é má e seu fruto, mau; porque é pelo fruto que se conhece a árvore.

34 Raça de víboras, maus como sois, como podeis dizer coisas boas? Porque a boca fala do que lhe transborda do coração.

35 O homem de bem tira boas coisas de seu bom tesouro. O mau, porém, tira coisas más de seu mau tesouro.

36 Eu vos digo: no dia do juízo os homens prestarão contas de toda palavra vã que tiverem proferido.
