1 O Senhor disse a Moisés:
2 Speak|strong="H1696" unto Aaron|strong="H0175", and unto his sons|strong="H1121", and unto all the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", and say|strong="H0559" unto them; This is the thing|strong="H1697" which the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* hath commanded|strong="H6680", saying|strong="H0559",
2 "Dize a Aarão, a seus filhos e a todos os israelitas o seguinte: eis as ordens do Senhor:
3 What|strong="H0376" man|strong="H0376" soever there be of the house|strong="H1004" of Israel|strong="H3478", that killeth|strong="H7819" an ox|strong="H7794", or lamb|strong="H3775", or goat|strong="H5795", in the camp|strong="H4264", or that killeth|strong="H7819" it out|strong="H2351" of the camp|strong="H4264",
3 Todo israelita que imolar um boi, uma ovelha ou uma cabra, no acampamento ou fora dele,
4 And bringeth|strong="H0935" it not unto the door|strong="H6607" of the tabernacle|strong="H0168" of the congregation|strong="H4150", to offer|strong="H7126" an offering|strong="H7133" unto the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* before|strong="H6440" the tabernacle|strong="H4908" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*; blood|strong="H1818" shall be imputed|strong="H2803" unto that man|strong="H0376"; he hath shed|strong="H8210" blood|strong="H1818"; and that man|strong="H0376" shall be cut off|strong="H3772" from among|strong="H7130" his people|strong="H5971":
4 sem apresentá-lo à entrada da tenda de reunião para oferecê-lo ao Senhor diante do seu tabernáculo, será réu do sangue oferecido. Esse homem derramou sangue, e será cortado do meio de seu povo.
5 To the end that the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478" may bring|strong="H0935" their sacrifices|strong="H2077", which they offer|strong="H2076" in the open|strong="H6440" field|strong="H7704", even that they may bring|strong="H0935" them unto the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, unto the door|strong="H6607" of the tabernacle|strong="H0168" of the congregation|strong="H4150", unto the priest|strong="H3548", and offer|strong="H2076" them for peace|strong="H8002" offerings|strong="H2077" unto the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
5 Por isso os israelitas, em lugar de ofereceram os seus sacrifícios no campo, apresentarão as vítimas ao sacerdote, diante do Senhor, à entrada da tenda de reunião, e as oferecerão ao Senhor em sacrifício pacífico.
6 And the priest|strong="H3548" shall sprinkle|strong="H2236" the blood|strong="H1818" upon the altar|strong="H4196" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* at the door|strong="H6607" of the tabernacle|strong="H0168" of the congregation|strong="H4150", and burn|strong="H6999" the fat|strong="H2459" for a sweet|strong="H5207" savour|strong="H7381" unto the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
6 O sacerdote derramará o seu sangue sobre o altar do Senhor, à entrada da tenda de reunião, e queimará a gordura em odor agradável ao Senhor.
7 And they shall no more offer|strong="H2076" their sacrifices|strong="H2077" unto devils|strong="H8163", after|strong="H0310" whom they have gone a whoring|strong="H2181". This shall be a statute|strong="H2708" for ever|strong="H5769" unto them throughout their generations|strong="H1755".
7 Nunca mais oferecerão os seus sacrifícios aos sátiros, com os quais se prostituem. Esta será para eles uma lei perpétua de geração em geração.
8 And thou shalt say|strong="H0559" unto them, Whatsoever man|strong="H0376" there be of the house|strong="H1004" of Israel|strong="H3478", or of the strangers|strong="H1616" which sojourn|strong="H1481" among|strong="H8432" you, that offereth|strong="H5927" a burnt offering|strong="H5930" or sacrifice|strong="H2077",
8 Dir-lhes-ás: todo israelita ou todo estrangeiro que habita no meio deles, e que oferecer um holocausto ou outro sacrifício,
9 And bringeth|strong="H0935" it not unto the door|strong="H6607" of the tabernacle|strong="H0168" of the congregation|strong="H4150", to offer|strong="H6213" it unto the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*; even that man|strong="H0376" shall be cut off|strong="H3772" from among his people|strong="H5971".
9 sem levar a vítima à entrada da tenda de reunião para sacrificá-la ao Senhor, será cortado do meio de seu povo.
10 And whatsoever man|strong="H0376" there be of the house|strong="H1004" of Israel|strong="H3478", or of the strangers|strong="H1616" that sojourn|strong="H1481" among|strong="H8432" you, that eateth|strong="H0398" any manner of blood|strong="H1818"; I will even set|strong="H5414" my face|strong="H6440" against that soul|strong="H5315" that eateth|strong="H0398" blood|strong="H1818", and will cut him off|strong="H3772" from among|strong="H7130" his people|strong="H5971".
10 A todo israelita ou a todo estrangeiro, que habita no meio deles, e que comer qualquer espécie de sangue, voltarei minha face contra ele, e exterminá-lo-ei do meio de seu povo.
11 For the life|strong="H5315" of the flesh|strong="H1320" is in the blood|strong="H1818": and I have given|strong="H5414" it to you upon the altar|strong="H4196" to make an atonement|strong="H3722" for your souls|strong="H5315": for it is the blood|strong="H1818" that maketh an atonement|strong="H3722" for the soul|strong="H5315".
11 Pois a alma da carne está no sangue, e dei-vos esse sangue para o altar, a fim de que ele sirva de expiação por vossas almas, porque é pela alma que o sangue expia.
12 Therefore I said|strong="H0559" unto the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", No soul|strong="H5315" of you shall eat|strong="H0398" blood|strong="H1818", neither shall any stranger|strong="H1616" that sojourneth|strong="H1481" among|strong="H8432" you eat|strong="H0398" blood|strong="H1818".
12 Eis por que eu disse aos israelitas: ninguém dentre vós comerá sangue, nem o estrangeiro que habita no meio de vós.
13 And whatsoever man|strong="H0376" there be of the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", or of the strangers|strong="H1616" that sojourn|strong="H1481" among|strong="H8432" you, which hunteth|strong="H6679" and catcheth|strong="H6718" any beast|strong="H2416" or fowl|strong="H5775" that may be eaten|strong="H0398"; he shall even pour|strong="H8210" out the blood|strong="H1818" thereof, and cover|strong="H3680" it with dust|strong="H6083".
13 Se um israelita ou um estrangeiro que habita no meio deles capturar na caça um animal ou pássaro que se possa comer, derramará o seu sangue, e o cobrirá com terra,
14 For it is the life|strong="H5315" of all flesh|strong="H1320"; the blood|strong="H1818" of it is for the life|strong="H5315" thereof: therefore I said|strong="H0559" unto the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", Ye shall eat|strong="H0398" the blood|strong="H1818" of no manner of flesh|strong="H1320": for the life|strong="H5315" of all flesh|strong="H1320" is the blood|strong="H1818" thereof: whosoever eateth|strong="H0398" it shall be cut off|strong="H3772".
14 porque a alma de toda carne é o seu sangue, que é sua alma. Eis por que eu disse aos israelitas: não comereis sangue de animal algum, porque a alma de toda carne é o seu sangue; quem o comer será elimitado.
15 And every soul|strong="H5315" that eateth|strong="H0398" that which died|strong="H5038" of itself, or that which was torn|strong="H2966" with beasts, whether it be one of your own country|strong="H0249", or a stranger|strong="H1616", he shall both wash|strong="H3526" his clothes|strong="H0899", and bathe|strong="H7364" himself in water|strong="H4325", and be unclean|strong="H2930" until the even|strong="H6153": then shall he be clean|strong="H2891".
15 Toda pessoa, natural ou estrangeira, que comer um animal morto ou dilacerado, lavará suas vestes, banhar-se-á em água e ficará impura até a tarde; e depois será pura.
16 But if he wash|strong="H3526" them not, nor bathe|strong="H7364" his flesh|strong="H1320"; then he shall bear|strong="H5375" his iniquity|strong="H5771".
16 Mas, se não lavar as vestes e o corpo, levará sobre si a sua iniqüidade."
