2 Thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, the God|strong="H0430" of Israel|strong="H3478", unto thee, O Baruch|strong="H1263";
3 Thou didst say|strong="H0559", Woe|strong="H0188" is me now! for the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* hath added|strong="H3254" grief|strong="H3015" to my sorrow|strong="H4341"; I fainted|strong="H3021" in my sighing|strong="H0585", and I find|strong="H4672" no rest|strong="H4496".
4 Thus shalt thou say|strong="H0559" unto him, The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* saith|strong="H0559" thus; Behold, that which I have built|strong="H1129" will I break down|strong="H2040", and that which I have planted|strong="H5193" I will pluck up|strong="H5428", even this whole land|strong="H0776".
5 And seekest|strong="H1245" thou great things|strong="H1419" for thyself? seek|strong="H1245" them not: for, behold, I will bring|strong="H0935" evil|strong="H7451" upon all flesh|strong="H1320", saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*: but thy life|strong="H5315" will I give|strong="H5414" unto thee for a prey|strong="H7998" in all places|strong="H4725" whither thou goest|strong="H3212".
