Then said|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* unto me, Though Moses|strong="H4872" and Samuel|strong="H8050" stood|strong="H5975" before|strong="H6440" me, yet my mind|strong="H5315" could not be toward this people|strong="H5971": cast them out|strong="H7971" of my sight|strong="H6440", and let them go forth|strong="H3318".
And it shall come to pass, if they say|strong="H0559" unto thee, Whither shall we go forth|strong="H3318"? then thou shalt tell|strong="H0559" them, Thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*; Such as are for death|strong="H4194", to death|strong="H4194"; and such as are for the sword|strong="H2719", to the sword|strong="H2719"; and such as are for the famine|strong="H7458", to the famine|strong="H7458"; and such as are for the captivity|strong="H7628", to the captivity|strong="H7628".
And I will appoint|strong="H6485" over them four|strong="H0702" kinds|strong="H4940", saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*: the sword|strong="H2719" to slay|strong="H2026", and the dogs|strong="H3611" to tear|strong="H5498", and the fowls|strong="H5775" of the heaven|strong="H8064", and the beasts|strong="H0929" of the earth|strong="H0776", to devour|strong="H0398" and destroy|strong="H7843".
And I will cause|strong="H5414" them to be removed|strong="H2189" into all kingdoms|strong="H4467" of the earth|strong="H0776", because|strong="H1558" of Manasseh|strong="H4519" the son|strong="H1121" of Hezekiah|strong="H3169" king|strong="H4428" of Judah|strong="H3063", for that which he did|strong="H6213" in Jerusalem|strong="H3389".
For who shall have pity|strong="H2550" upon thee, O Jerusalem|strong="H3389"? or who shall bemoan|strong="H5110" thee? or who shall go aside|strong="H5493" to ask|strong="H7592" how thou doest|strong="H7965"?
Thou hast forsaken|strong="H5203" me, saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, thou art gone|strong="H3212" backward|strong="H0268": therefore will I stretch out|strong="H5186" my hand|strong="H3027" against thee, and destroy|strong="H7843" thee; I am weary|strong="H3811" with repenting|strong="H5162".
And I will fan|strong="H2219" them with a fan|strong="H4214" in the gates|strong="H8179" of the land|strong="H0776"; I will bereave|strong="H7921" them of children, I will destroy|strong="H0006" my people|strong="H5971", since they return|strong="H7725" not from their ways|strong="H1870".
Their widows|strong="H0490" are increased|strong="H6105" to me above the sand|strong="H2344" of the seas|strong="H3220": I have brought|strong="H0935" upon them against the mother|strong="H0517" of the young men|strong="H0970" a spoiler|strong="H7703" at noonday|strong="H6672": I have caused him to fall|strong="H5307" upon it suddenly|strong="H6597", and terrors|strong="H0928" upon the city|strong="H5892".
She that hath borne|strong="H3205" seven|strong="H7651" languisheth|strong="H0535": she hath given up|strong="H5301" the ghost|strong="H5315"; her sun|strong="H8121" is gone|strong="H0935" down while it was yet day|strong="H3119": she hath been ashamed|strong="H0954" and confounded|strong="H2659": and the residue|strong="H7611" of them will I deliver|strong="H5414" to the sword|strong="H2719" before|strong="H6440" their enemies|strong="H0341", saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
Woe|strong="H0188" is me, my mother|strong="H0517", that thou hast borne|strong="H3205" me a man|strong="H0376" of strife|strong="H7379" and a man|strong="H0376" of contention|strong="H4066" to the whole earth|strong="H0776"! I have neither lent on usury|strong="H5383", nor men have lent to me on usury|strong="H5383"; yet every one of them doth curse|strong="H7043" me.
The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* said|strong="H0559", Verily|strong="H3808" it shall be well|strong="H2896" with thy remnant|strong="H8281"; verily|strong="H0518" I will cause the enemy|strong="H0341" to entreat|strong="H6293" thee well in the time|strong="H6256" of evil|strong="H7451" and in the time|strong="H6256" of affliction|strong="H6869".
Shall iron|strong="H1270" break|strong="H7489" the northern|strong="H6828" iron|strong="H1270" and the steel|strong="H5178"?
Thy substance|strong="H2428" and thy treasures|strong="H0214" will I give|strong="H5414" to the spoil|strong="H0957" without price|strong="H4242", and that for all thy sins|strong="H2403", even in all thy borders|strong="H1366".
And I will make thee to pass|strong="H5674" with thine enemies|strong="H0341" into a land|strong="H0776" which thou knowest|strong="H3045" not: for a fire|strong="H0784" is kindled|strong="H6919" in mine anger|strong="H0639", which shall burn|strong="H3344" upon you.
O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, thou knowest|strong="H3045": remember|strong="H2142" me, and visit|strong="H6485" me, and revenge|strong="H5358" me of my persecutors|strong="H7291"; take me not away|strong="H3947" in thy longsuffering|strong="H0639": know|strong="H3045" that for thy sake I have suffered|strong="H5375" rebuke|strong="H2781".
Thy words|strong="H1697" were found|strong="H4672", and I did eat|strong="H0398" them; and thy word|strong="H1697" was unto me the joy|strong="H8342" and rejoicing|strong="H8057" of mine heart|strong="H3824": for I am called|strong="H7121" by thy name|strong="H8034", O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* God|strong="H0430" of hosts|strong="H6635".
I sat|strong="H3427" not in the assembly|strong="H5475" of the mockers|strong="H7832", nor rejoiced|strong="H5937"; I sat|strong="H3427" alone|strong="H0910" because|strong="H6440" of thy hand|strong="H3027": for thou hast filled|strong="H4390" me with indignation|strong="H2195".
Why is my pain|strong="H3511" perpetual|strong="H5331", and my wound|strong="H4347" incurable|strong="H0605", which refuseth|strong="H3985" to be healed|strong="H7495"? wilt thou be altogether unto me as a liar|strong="H0391", and as waters|strong="H4325" that fail|strong="H0539"?
Therefore thus saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, If thou return|strong="H7725", then will I bring thee again|strong="H7725", and thou shalt stand|strong="H5975" before|strong="H6440" me: and if thou take forth|strong="H3318" the precious|strong="H3368" from the vile|strong="H2151", thou shalt be as my mouth|strong="H6310": let them return|strong="H7725" unto thee; but return|strong="H7725" not thou unto them.
And I will make|strong="H5414" thee unto this people|strong="H5971" a fenced|strong="H1219" brasen|strong="H5178" wall|strong="H2346": and they shall fight|strong="H3898" against thee, but they shall not prevail|strong="H3201" against thee: for I am with thee to save|strong="H3467" thee and to deliver|strong="H5337" thee, saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
And I will deliver|strong="H5337" thee out of the hand|strong="H3027" of the wicked|strong="H7451", and I will redeem|strong="H6299" thee out of the hand|strong="H3709" of the terrible|strong="H6184".
