1 Arise|strong="H6965", shine|strong="H0215"; for thy light|strong="H0216" is come|strong="H0935", and the glory|strong="H3519" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* is risen|strong="H2224" upon thee.
1 Levanta-te, resplandece, porque é chegada a tua luz, e é nascida sobre ti a glória do Senhor.
2 For, behold, the darkness|strong="H2822" shall cover|strong="H3680" the earth|strong="H0776", and gross darkness|strong="H6205" the people|strong="H3816": but the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* shall arise|strong="H2224" upon thee, and his glory|strong="H3519" shall be seen|strong="H7200" upon thee.
2 Pois eis que as trevas cobrirão a terra, e a escuridão os povos; mas sobre ti o Senhor virá surgindo, e a sua glória se verá sobre ti.
3 And the Gentiles|strong="H1471" shall come|strong="H1980" to thy light|strong="H0216", and kings|strong="H4428" to the brightness|strong="H5051" of thy rising|strong="H2225".
3 E nações caminharão para a tua luz, e reis para o resplendor da tua aurora.
4 Lift up|strong="H5375" thine eyes|strong="H5869" round about|strong="H5439", and see|strong="H7200": all they gather themselves together|strong="H6908", they come|strong="H0935" to thee: thy sons|strong="H1121" shall come|strong="H0935" from far|strong="H7350", and thy daughters|strong="H1323" shall be nursed|strong="H0539" at thy side|strong="H6654".
4 Levanta em redor os teus olhos, e vê; todos estes se ajuntam, e vêm ter contigo; teus filhos vêm de longe, e tuas filhas se criarão a teu lado.
5 Then thou shalt see|strong="H7200", and flow together|strong="H5102", and thine heart|strong="H3824" shall fear|strong="H6342", and be enlarged|strong="H7337"; because the abundance|strong="H1995" of the sea|strong="H3220" shall be converted|strong="H2015" unto thee, the forces|strong="H2428" of the Gentiles|strong="H1471" shall come|strong="H0935" unto thee.
5 Então o verás, e estarás radiante, e o teu coração estremecerá e se alegrará; porque a abundância do mar se tornará a ti, e as riquezas das nações a ti virão.
6 The multitude|strong="H8229" of camels|strong="H1581" shall cover|strong="H3680" thee, the dromedaries|strong="H1070" of Midian|strong="H4080" and Ephah|strong="H5891"; all they from Sheba|strong="H7614" shall come|strong="H0935": they shall bring|strong="H5375" gold|strong="H2091" and incense|strong="H3828"; and they shall shew forth|strong="H1319" the praises|strong="H8416" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
6 A multidão de camelos te cobrirá, os dromedários de Midiã e Efá; todos os de Sabá, virão; trarão ouro e incenso, e publicarão os louvores do Senhor.
7 All the flocks|strong="H6629" of Kedar|strong="H6938" shall be gathered together|strong="H6908" unto thee, the rams|strong="H0352" of Nebaioth|strong="H5032" shall minister|strong="H8334" unto thee: they shall come up|strong="H5927" with acceptance|strong="H7522" on mine altar|strong="H4196", and I will glorify|strong="H6286" the house|strong="H1004" of my glory|strong="H8597".
7 Todos os rebanhos de Quedar se congregarão em ti, os carneiros de Nebaoite te servirão; com aceitação subirão ao meu altar, e eu glorificarei a casa da minha glória.
8 Who are these that fly|strong="H5774" as a cloud|strong="H5645", and as the doves|strong="H3123" to their windows|strong="H0699"?
8 Quem são estes que vêm voando como nuvens e como pombas para as suas janelas?
9 Surely the isles|strong="H0339" shall wait|strong="H6960" for me, and the ships|strong="H0591" of Tarshish|strong="H8659" first|strong="H7223", to bring|strong="H0935" thy sons|strong="H1121" from far|strong="H7350", their silver|strong="H3701" and their gold|strong="H2091" with them, unto the name|strong="H8034" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430", and to the Holy One|strong="H6918" of Israel|strong="H3478", because he hath glorified|strong="H6286" thee.
9 Certamente as ilhas me aguardarão, e vêm primeiro os navios de Társis, para trazerem teus filhos de longe, e com eles a sua prata e o seu ouro, para o nome do Senhor teu Deus, e para o Santo de Israel, porquanto ele te glorificou.
10 And the sons|strong="H1121" of strangers|strong="H5236" shall build up|strong="H1129" thy walls|strong="H2346", and their kings|strong="H4428" shall minister|strong="H8334" unto thee: for in my wrath|strong="H7110" I smote|strong="H5221" thee, but in my favour|strong="H7522" have I had mercy|strong="H7355" on thee.
10 E estrangeiros edificarão os teus muros, e os seus reis te servirão; porque na minha ira te feri, mas na minha benignidade tive misericórdia de ti.
11 Therefore thy gates|strong="H8179" shall be open|strong="H6605" continually|strong="H8548"; they shall not be shut|strong="H5462" day|strong="H3119" nor night|strong="H3915"; that men may bring|strong="H0935" unto thee the forces|strong="H2428" of the Gentiles|strong="H1471", and that their kings|strong="H4428" may be brought|strong="H5090".
11 As tuas portas estarão abertas de contínuo; nem de dia nem de noite se fecharão; para que te sejam trazidas as riquezas das nações, e conduzidos com elas os seus reis.
12 For the nation|strong="H1471" and kingdom|strong="H4467" that will not serve|strong="H5647" thee shall perish|strong="H0006"; yea, those nations|strong="H1471" shall be utterly|strong="H2717" wasted|strong="H2717".
12 Porque a nação e o reino que não te servirem perecerão; sim, essas nações serão de todo assoladas.
13 The glory|strong="H3519" of Lebanon|strong="H3844" shall come|strong="H0935" unto thee, the fir tree|strong="H1265", the pine tree|strong="H8410", and the box|strong="H8391" together|strong="H3162", to beautify|strong="H6286" the place|strong="H4725" of my sanctuary|strong="H4720"; and I will make the place|strong="H4725" of my feet|strong="H7272" glorious|strong="H3513".
13 A glória do Líbano virá a ti; a faia, o olmeiro, e o buxo conjuntamente, para ornarem o lugar do meu santuário; e farei glorioso o lugar em que assentam os meus pés.
14 The sons|strong="H1121" also of them that afflicted|strong="H6031" thee shall come|strong="H1980" bending|strong="H7817" unto thee; and all they that despised|strong="H5006" thee shall bow themselves down|strong="H7812" at the soles|strong="H3709" of thy feet|strong="H7272"; and they shall call|strong="H7121" thee, The city|strong="H5892" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, The Zion|strong="H6726" of the Holy One|strong="H6918" of Israel|strong="H3478".
14 Também virão a ti, inclinando-se, os filhos dos que te oprimiram; e prostrar-se-ão junto às plantas dos teus pés todos os que te desprezaram; e chamar-te-ão a cidade do Senhor, a Sião do Santo de Israel.
15 Whereas|strong="H8478" thou hast been forsaken|strong="H5800" and hated|strong="H8130", so that no man went through|strong="H5674" thee, I will make|strong="H7760" thee an eternal|strong="H5769" excellency|strong="H1347", a joy|strong="H4885" of many|strong="H1755" generations|strong="H1755".
15 Ao invés de seres abandonada e odiada como eras, de sorte que ninguém por ti passava, far-te-ei uma excelência perpétua, uma alegria de geração em geração.
16 Thou shalt also suck|strong="H3243" the milk|strong="H2461" of the Gentiles|strong="H1471", and shalt suck|strong="H3243" the breast|strong="H7699" of kings|strong="H4428": and thou shalt know|strong="H3045" that I the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* am thy Saviour|strong="H3467" and thy Redeemer|strong="H1350", the mighty One|strong="H0046" of Jacob|strong="H3290".
16 E mamarás o leite das nações, e te alimentarás ao peito dos reis; assim saberás que eu sou o Senhor, o teu Salvador, e o teu Redentor, o Poderoso de Jacó.
17 For brass|strong="H5178" I will bring|strong="H0935" gold|strong="H2091", and for iron|strong="H1270" I will bring|strong="H0935" silver|strong="H3701", and for wood|strong="H6086" brass|strong="H5178", and for stones|strong="H0068" iron|strong="H1270": I will also make|strong="H7760" thy officers|strong="H6486" peace|strong="H7965", and thine exactors|strong="H5065" righteousness|strong="H6666".
17 Por bronze trarei ouro, por ferro trarei prata, por madeira bronze, e por pedras ferro; farei pacíficos os teus oficiais e justos os teus exatores.
18 Violence|strong="H2555" shall no more be heard|strong="H8085" in thy land|strong="H0776", wasting|strong="H7701" nor destruction|strong="H7667" within thy borders|strong="H1366"; but thou shalt call|strong="H7121" thy walls|strong="H2346" Salvation|strong="H3444", and thy gates|strong="H8179" Praise|strong="H8416".
18 Não se ouvirá mais de violência na tua terra, de desolação ou destruição nos teus termos; mas aos teus muros chamarás Salvação, e às tuas portas Louvor.
19 The sun|strong="H8121" shall be no more thy light|strong="H0216" by day|strong="H3119"; neither for brightness|strong="H5051" shall the moon|strong="H3394" give light|strong="H0216" unto thee: but the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* shall be unto thee an everlasting|strong="H5769" light|strong="H0215", and thy God|strong="H0430" thy glory|strong="H8597".
19 Não te servirá mais o sol para luz do dia, nem com o seu resplendor a lua te alumiará; mas o Senhor será a tua luz perpétua, e o teu Deus a tua glória.
20 Thy sun|strong="H8121" shall no more go down|strong="H0935"; neither shall thy moon|strong="H3391" withdraw|strong="H0622" itself: for the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* shall be thine everlasting|strong="H5769" light|strong="H0216", and the days|strong="H3117" of thy mourning|strong="H0060" shall be ended|strong="H7999".
20 Nunca mais se porá o teu sol, nem a tua lua minguará; porque o Senhor será a tua luz perpétua, e acabados serão os dias do teu luto.
21 Thy people|strong="H5971" also shall be all righteous|strong="H6662": they shall inherit|strong="H3423" the land|strong="H0776" for ever|strong="H5769", the branch|strong="H5342" of my planting|strong="H4302", the work|strong="H4639" of my hands|strong="H3027", that I may be glorified|strong="H6286".
21 E todos os do teu povo serão justos; para sempre herdarão a terra; serão renovos por mim plantados, obra das minhas mãos, para que eu seja glorificado.
22 A little one|strong="H6996" shall become a thousand|strong="H0505", and a small one|strong="H6810" a strong|strong="H6099" nation|strong="H1471": I the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* will hasten|strong="H2363" it in his time|strong="H6256".
22 O mais pequeno virá a ser mil, e o mínimo uma nação forte; eu, o Senhor, apressarei isso a seu tempo.
