1 Send|strong="H7971" ye the lamb|strong="H3733" to the ruler|strong="H4910" of the land|strong="H0776" from Sela|strong="H5554" to the wilderness|strong="H4057", unto the mount|strong="H2022" of the daughter|strong="H1323" of Zion|strong="H6726".
1 Enviai cordeiros ao dominador da terra, desde Sela, pelo deserto, até ao monte da filha de Sião.
2 For it shall be, that, as a wandering|strong="H5074" bird|strong="H5775" cast out|strong="H7971" of the nest|strong="H7064", so the daughters|strong="H1323" of Moab|strong="H4124" shall be at the fords|strong="H4569" of Arnon|strong="H0769".
2 Como pássaro espantado, lançado fora do ninho, assim são as filhas de Moabe nos vaus do Arnom, que dizem:
3 Take|strong="H0935" counsel|strong="H6098", execute|strong="H6213" judgment|strong="H6415"; make|strong="H7896" thy shadow|strong="H6738" as the night|strong="H3915" in the midst|strong="H8432" of the noonday|strong="H6672"; hide|strong="H5641" the outcasts|strong="H5080"; bewray|strong="H1540" not him that wandereth|strong="H5074".
3 Dá conselhos, executa o juízo e faze a tua sombra no pino do meio-dia como a noite; esconde os desterrados e não descubras os fugitivos.
4 Let mine outcasts|strong="H5080" dwell|strong="H1481" with thee, Moab|strong="H4124"; be|strong="H1933" thou a covert|strong="H5643" to them from the face|strong="H6440" of the spoiler|strong="H7703": for the extortioner|strong="H4160" is at an end|strong="H0656", the spoiler|strong="H7701" ceaseth|strong="H3615", the oppressors|strong="H7429" are consumed|strong="H8552" out of the land|strong="H0776".
4 Habitem entre ti os desterrados de Moabe, serve-lhes de esconderijo contra o destruidor. Quando o homem violento tiver fim, a destruição for desfeita e o opressor deixar a terra,
5 And in mercy|strong="H2617" shall the throne|strong="H3678" be established|strong="H3559": and he shall sit|strong="H3427" upon it in truth|strong="H0571" in the tabernacle|strong="H0168" of David|strong="H1732", judging|strong="H8199", and seeking|strong="H1875" judgment|strong="H4941", and hasting|strong="H4106" righteousness|strong="H6664".
5 então, um trono se firmará em benignidade, e sobre ele no tabernáculo de Davi se assentará com fidelidade um que julgue, busque o juízo e não tarde em fazer justiça.
6 We have heard|strong="H8085" of the pride|strong="H1347" of Moab|strong="H4124"; he is very|strong="H3966" proud|strong="H1341": even of his haughtiness|strong="H1346", and his pride|strong="H1347", and his wrath|strong="H5678": but his lies|strong="H0907" shall not be so.
6 Temos ouvido da soberba de Moabe, soberbo em extremo; da sua arrogância, do seu orgulho e do seu furor; a sua jactância é vã.
7 Therefore shall Moab|strong="H4124" howl|strong="H3213" for Moab|strong="H4124", every one shall howl|strong="H3213": for the foundations|strong="H0808" of Kir-hareseth|strong="H7025" shall ye mourn|strong="H1897"; surely they are stricken|strong="H5218".
7 Portanto, uivará Moabe, cada um por Moabe; gemereis profundamente abatidos pelas pastas de uvas de Quir-Haresete.
8 For the fields|strong="H7709" of Heshbon|strong="H2809" languish|strong="H0535", and the vine|strong="H1612" of Sibmah|strong="H7643": the lords|strong="H1167" of the heathen|strong="H1471" have broken down|strong="H1986" the principal plants|strong="H8291" thereof, they are come|strong="H5060" even unto Jazer|strong="H3270", they wandered|strong="H8582" through the wilderness|strong="H4057": her branches|strong="H7976" are stretched out|strong="H5203", they are gone over|strong="H5674" the sea|strong="H3220".
8 Porque os campos de Hesbom estão murchos; os senhores das nações talaram os melhores ramos da vinha de Sibma, que se estenderam até Jazer e se perderam no deserto, sarmentos que se estenderam e passaram além do mar.
9 Therefore I will bewail|strong="H1058" with the weeping|strong="H1065" of Jazer|strong="H3270" the vine|strong="H1612" of Sibmah|strong="H7643": I will water|strong="H7301" thee with my tears|strong="H1832", O Heshbon|strong="H2809", and Elealeh|strong="H0500": for the shouting|strong="H1959" for thy summer fruits|strong="H7019" and for thy harvest|strong="H7105" is fallen|strong="H5307".
9 Pelo que prantearei, com o pranto de Jazer, a vinha de Sibma; regar-te-ei com as minhas lágrimas, ó Hesbom, ó Eleale; pois, sobre os teus frutos de verão e sobre a tua vindima, caiu já dos inimigos o eia, como o de pisadores.
10 And gladness|strong="H8057" is taken away|strong="H0622", and joy|strong="H1524" out of the plentiful field|strong="H3759"; and in the vineyards|strong="H3754" there shall be no singing|strong="H7442", neither shall there be shouting|strong="H7321": the treaders|strong="H1869" shall tread out|strong="H1869" no wine|strong="H3196" in their presses|strong="H3342"; I have made their vintage shouting|strong="H1959" to cease|strong="H7673".
10 Fugiu a alegria e o regozijo do pomar; nas vinhas já não se canta, nem há júbilo algum; já não se pisarão as uvas nos lagares. Eu fiz cessar o eia dos pisadores.
11 Wherefore my bowels|strong="H4578" shall sound|strong="H1993" like an harp|strong="H3658" for Moab|strong="H4124", and mine inward parts|strong="H7130" for Kir-haresh|strong="H7025".
11 Pelo que por Moabe vibra como harpa o meu íntimo, e o meu coração, por Quir-Heres.
12 And it shall come to pass, when it is seen|strong="H7200" that Moab|strong="H4124" is weary|strong="H3811" on the high place|strong="H1116", that he shall come|strong="H0935" to his sanctuary|strong="H4720" to pray|strong="H6419"; but he shall not prevail|strong="H3201".
12 Ver-se-á como Moabe se cansa nos altos, como entra no santuário a orar e nada alcança.
13 This is the word|strong="H1697" that the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* hath spoken|strong="H1696" concerning Moab|strong="H4124" since that time|strong="H0227".
13 Esta é a palavra que o Senhor há muito pronunciou contra Moabe.
14 But now the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* hath spoken|strong="H1696", saying|strong="H0559", Within three|strong="H7969" years|strong="H8141", as the years|strong="H8141" of an hireling|strong="H7916", and the glory|strong="H3519" of Moab|strong="H4124" shall be contemned|strong="H7034", with all that great|strong="H7227" multitude|strong="H1995"; and the remnant|strong="H7605" shall be very|strong="H4592" small|strong="H4213" and feeble|strong="H3808".
14 Agora, porém, o Senhor fala e diz: Dentro de três anos, tais como os de jornaleiros, será envilecida a glória de Moabe, com toda a sua grande multidão; e o restante será pouco, pequeno e débil.
