1 And at that time|strong="H6256" shall Michael|strong="H4317" stand up|strong="H5975", the great|strong="H1419" prince|strong="H8269" which standeth|strong="H5975" for the children|strong="H1121" of thy people|strong="H5971": and there shall be|strong="H1961" a time|strong="H6256" of trouble|strong="H6869", such as never was since there was a nation|strong="H1471" even to that same time|strong="H6256": and at that time|strong="H6256" thy people|strong="H5971" shall be delivered|strong="H4422", every one that shall be found|strong="H4672" written|strong="H3789" in the book|strong="H5612".
1 Naquele tempo se levantará Miguel, o grande príncipe, que se levanta a favor dos filhos do teu povo; e haverá um tempo de tribulação, qual nunca houve, desde que existiu nação até aquele tempo; mas naquele tempo livrar-se-á o teu povo, todo aquele que for achado escrito no livro.
2 And many|strong="H7227" of them that sleep|strong="H3463" in the dust|strong="H6083" of the earth|strong="H0127" shall awake|strong="H6974", some to everlasting|strong="H5769" life|strong="H2416", and some to shame|strong="H2781" and everlasting|strong="H5769" contempt|strong="H1860".
2 E muitos dos que dormem no pó da terra ressuscitarão, uns para a vida eterna, e outros para vergonha e desprezo eterno.
3 And they that be wise|strong="H7919" shall shine|strong="H2094" as the brightness|strong="H2096" of the firmament|strong="H7549"; and they that turn many|strong="H7227" to righteousness|strong="H6663" as the stars|strong="H3556" for ever|strong="H5769" and ever|strong="H5703".
3 Os que forem sábios, pois, resplandecerão como o fulgor do firmamento; e os que converterem a muitos para a justiça, como as estrelas sempre e eternamente.
4 But thou, O Daniel|strong="H1840", shut up|strong="H5640" the words|strong="H1697", and seal|strong="H2856" the book|strong="H5612", even to the time|strong="H6256" of the end|strong="H7093": many|strong="H7227" shall run to and fro|strong="H7751", and knowledge|strong="H1847" shall be increased|strong="H7235".
4 Tu, porém, Daniel, cerra as palavras e sela o livro, até o fim do tempo; muitos correrão de uma parte para outra, e a ciência se multiplicará.
5 Then I Daniel|strong="H1840" looked|strong="H7200", and, behold, there stood|strong="H5975" other|strong="H0312" two|strong="H8147", the one|strong="H0259" on this side|strong="H2008" of the bank|strong="H8193" of the river|strong="H2975", and the other|strong="H0259" on that side of the bank|strong="H8193" of the river|strong="H2975".
5 Então eu, Daniel, olhei, e eis que estavam em pé outros dois, um de uma banda à beira do rio, e o outro da outra banda à beira do rio.
6 And one said|strong="H0559" to the man|strong="H0376" clothed|strong="H3847" in linen|strong="H0906", which was upon|strong="H4605" the waters|strong="H4325" of the river|strong="H2975", How long shall it be to the end|strong="H7093" of these wonders|strong="H6382"?
6 E perguntei ao homem vestido de linho, que estava por cima das águas do rio: Quanto tempo haverá até o fim destas maravilhas?
7 And I heard|strong="H8085" the man|strong="H0376" clothed|strong="H3847" in linen|strong="H0906", which was upon|strong="H4605" the waters|strong="H4325" of the river|strong="H2975", when he held up|strong="H7311" his right hand|strong="H3225" and his left hand|strong="H8040" unto heaven|strong="H8064", and sware|strong="H7650" by him that liveth|strong="H2416" for ever|strong="H5769" that it shall be for a time|strong="H4150", times|strong="H4150", and an half|strong="H2677"; and when he shall have accomplished|strong="H3615" to scatter|strong="H5310" the power|strong="H3027" of the holy|strong="H6944" people|strong="H5971", all these things shall be finished|strong="H3615".
7 E ouvi o homem vestido de linho, que estava por cima das águas do rio, quando levantou ao céu a mão direita e a mão esquerda, e jurou por aquele que vive eternamente que isso seria para um tempo, dois tempos, e metade de um tempo. E quando tiverem acabado de despedaçar o poder do povo santo, cumprir-se-ão todas estas coisas.
8 And I heard|strong="H8085", but I understood|strong="H0995" not: then said|strong="H0559" I, O my Lord|strong="H0113", what shall be the end|strong="H0319" of these things?
8 Eu, pois, ouvi, mas não entendi; por isso perguntei: Senhor meu, qual será o fim destas coisas?
9 And he said|strong="H0559", Go thy way|strong="H3212", Daniel|strong="H1840": for the words|strong="H1697" are closed up|strong="H5640" and sealed|strong="H2856" till the time|strong="H6256" of the end|strong="H7093".
9 Ele respondeu: Vai-te, Daniel, porque estas palavras estão cerradas e seladas até o tempo do fim.
10 Many|strong="H7227" shall be purified|strong="H1305", and made white|strong="H3835", and tried|strong="H6884"; but the wicked|strong="H7563" shall do wickedly|strong="H7561": and none of the wicked|strong="H7563" shall understand|strong="H0995"; but the wise|strong="H7919" shall understand|strong="H0995".
10 Muitos se purificarão, e se embranquecerão, e serão acrisolados; mas os ímpios procederão impiamente; e nenhum deles entenderá; mas os sábios entenderão.
11 And from the time|strong="H6256" that the daily|strong="H8548" sacrifice shall be taken away|strong="H5493", and the abomination|strong="H8251" that maketh desolate|strong="H8074" set up|strong="H5414", there shall be a thousand|strong="H0505" two hundred|strong="H3967" and ninety|strong="H8673" days|strong="H3117".
11 E desde o tempo em que o holocausto contínuo for tirado, e estabelecida a abominação desoladora, haverá mil duzentos e noventa dias.
12 Blessed|strong="H0835" is he that waiteth|strong="H2442", and cometh|strong="H5060" to the thousand|strong="H0505" three|strong="H7969" hundred|strong="H3967" and five|strong="H2568" and thirty|strong="H7970" days|strong="H3117".
12 Bem-aventurado é o que espera e chega aos mil trezentos e trinta e cinco dias.
13 But go thou thy way|strong="H3212" till the end|strong="H7093" be: for thou shalt rest|strong="H5117", and stand|strong="H5975" in thy lot|strong="H1486" at the end|strong="H7093" of the days|strong="H3117".
13 Tu, porém, vai-te, até que chegue o fim; pois descansarás, e estarás no teu quinhão ao fim dos dias.
