2 And|strong="G1161" when he had gone over|strong="G1330" those|strong="G1565" parts|strong="G3313", and|strong="G2532" had given|strong="G3870" them|strong="G0846" much|strong="G4183" exhortation|strong="G3056", he came|strong="G2064" into|strong="G1519" Greece|strong="G1671",
3 And|strong="G5037" there abode|strong="G4160" three|strong="G5140" months|strong="G3376". And when|strong="G1096" the Jews|strong="G2453" laid wait|strong="G1917" for him|strong="G0846", as he was about|strong="G3195" to sail|strong="G0321" into|strong="G1519" Syria|strong="G4947", he|strong="G1096" purposed|strong="G1106" to return|strong="G5290" through|strong="G1223" Macedonia|strong="G3109".

6 And|strong="G1161" we|strong="G2249" sailed away|strong="G1602" from|strong="G0575" Philippi|strong="G5375" after|strong="G3326" the days|strong="G2250" of unleavened bread|strong="G0106", and|strong="G2532" came|strong="G2064" unto|strong="G4314" them|strong="G0846" to|strong="G1519" Troas|strong="G5174" in|strong="G0891" five|strong="G4002" days|strong="G2250"; where|strong="G3757" we abode|strong="G1304" seven|strong="G2033" days|strong="G2250".

8 And|strong="G1161" there were|strong="G2258" many|strong="G2425" lights|strong="G2985" in|strong="G1722" the upper chamber|strong="G5253", where|strong="G3757" they were|strong="G2258" gathered together|strong="G4863".
9 And|strong="G1161" there sat|strong="G2521" in|strong="G1909" a window|strong="G2376" a certain|strong="G5100" young man|strong="G3494" named|strong="G3686" Eutychus|strong="G2161", being fallen|strong="G2702" into a deep|strong="G0901" sleep|strong="G5258": and as|strong="G1909" Paul|strong="G3972" was|strong="G1256" long|strong="G4119" preaching|strong="G1256", he sunk down|strong="G2702" with|strong="G0575" sleep|strong="G5258", and fell down|strong="G4098" from|strong="G0575" the third loft|strong="G5152", and|strong="G2532" was taken|strong="G0142" up|strong="G2736" dead|strong="G3498".
10 And|strong="G1161" Paul|strong="G3972" went down|strong="G2597", and fell|strong="G1968" on him|strong="G0846", and|strong="G2532" embracing|strong="G4843" him said|strong="G2036", Trouble|strong="G2350" not|strong="G3361" yourselves|strong="G2350"; for|strong="G1063" his|strong="G0846" life|strong="G5590" is|strong="G2076" in|strong="G1722" him|strong="G0846".
11 When|strong="G1161" he therefore was come up again|strong="G0305", and|strong="G2532" had broken|strong="G2806" bread|strong="G0740", and|strong="G2532" eaten|strong="G1089", and|strong="G5037" talked|strong="G3656" a|strong="G1909" long while|strong="G2425", even till|strong="G0891" break of day|strong="G0827", so|strong="G3779" he departed|strong="G1831".
12 And|strong="G1161" they brought|strong="G0071" the young man|strong="G3816" alive|strong="G2198", and|strong="G2532" were|strong="G3870" not|strong="G3756" a little|strong="G3357" comforted|strong="G3870".
13 And|strong="G1161" we|strong="G2249" went before|strong="G4281" to|strong="G1909" ship|strong="G4143", and sailed|strong="G0321" unto|strong="G1519" Assos|strong="G0789", there|strong="G1564" intending|strong="G3195" to take|strong="G0353" in Paul|strong="G3972": for|strong="G1063" so|strong="G3779" had|strong="G2258" he appointed|strong="G1299", minding|strong="G3195" himself|strong="G0846" to go afoot|strong="G3978".

15 And we sailed|strong="G0636" thence|strong="G2547", and came|strong="G2658" the next|strong="G1966" day over against|strong="G0481" Chios|strong="G5508"; and|strong="G1161" the next|strong="G2087" day we arrived|strong="G3846" at|strong="G1519" Samos|strong="G4544", and|strong="G2532" tarried|strong="G3306" at|strong="G1722" Trogyllium|strong="G5175"; and the next|strong="G2192" day we came|strong="G2064" to|strong="G1519" Miletus|strong="G3399".
16 For|strong="G1063" Paul|strong="G3972" had determined|strong="G2919" to sail by|strong="G3896" Ephesus|strong="G2181", because|strong="G3704" he|strong="G0846" would|strong="G1096" not|strong="G3361" spend the time|strong="G5551" in|strong="G1722" Asia|strong="G0773": for|strong="G1063" he hasted|strong="G4692", if|strong="G1487" it were|strong="G2258" possible|strong="G1415" for him|strong="G0846", to be|strong="G1096" at|strong="G1519" Jerusalem|strong="G2414" the day|strong="G2250" of Pentecost|strong="G4005".

20 And how|strong="G5613" I kept back|strong="G5288" nothing|strong="G3762" that was profitable|strong="G4851" unto you, but|strong="G3361" have shewed|strong="G0312" you|strong="G5213", and|strong="G2532" have taught|strong="G1321" you|strong="G5209" publickly|strong="G1219", and|strong="G2532" from|strong="G2596" house to house|strong="G3624",
21 Testifying|strong="G1263" both|strong="G5037" to the Jews|strong="G2453", and also|strong="G2532" to the Greeks|strong="G1672", repentance|strong="G3341" toward|strong="G1519" God|strong="G2316", and|strong="G2532" faith|strong="G4102" toward|strong="G1519" our|strong="G2257" Lord|strong="G2962" Jesus|strong="G2424" Christ|strong="G5547".
22 And|strong="G2532" now|strong="G3568", behold|strong="G2400", I|strong="G1473" go|strong="G4198" bound|strong="G1210" in the spirit|strong="G4151" unto|strong="G1519" Jerusalem|strong="G2419", not|strong="G3361" knowing|strong="G1492" the things|strong="G3588" that|strong="G1722" shall befall|strong="G4876" me|strong="G3427" there|strong="G0846":

24 But|strong="G0235" none|strong="G3762" of these things|strong="G3056" move me|strong="G4160", neither|strong="G3761" count I|strong="G2192" my|strong="G3450" life|strong="G5590" dear|strong="G5093" unto myself|strong="G1683", so|strong="G5613" that I might finish|strong="G5048" my|strong="G3450" course|strong="G1408" with|strong="G3326" joy|strong="G5479", and|strong="G2532" the ministry|strong="G1248", which|strong="G3739" I have received|strong="G2983" of|strong="G3844" the Lord|strong="G2962" Jesus|strong="G2424", to testify|strong="G1263" the gospel|strong="G2098" of the grace|strong="G5485" of God|strong="G2316".
25 And|strong="G2532" now|strong="G3568", behold|strong="G2400", I|strong="G1473" know|strong="G1492" that|strong="G3754" ye|strong="G5210" all|strong="G3956", among|strong="G1722" whom|strong="G3739" I have gone|strong="G1330" preaching|strong="G2784" the kingdom|strong="G0932" of God|strong="G2316", shall see|strong="G3700" my|strong="G3450" face|strong="G4383" no more|strong="G3765".
26 Wherefore|strong="G1352" I take|strong="G3143" you|strong="G5213" to record|strong="G3143" this|strong="G4594" day|strong="G2250", that|strong="G3754" I|strong="G1473" am pure|strong="G2513" from|strong="G0575" the blood|strong="G0129" of all|strong="G3956" men.
27 For|strong="G1063" I have|strong="G5288" not|strong="G3756" shunned|strong="G5288" to|strong="G3361" declare|strong="G0312" unto you|strong="G5213" all|strong="G3956" the counsel|strong="G1012" of God|strong="G2316".
28 Take heed|strong="G4337" therefore|strong="G3767" unto yourselves|strong="G1438", and|strong="G2532" to all|strong="G3956" the flock|strong="G4168", over|strong="G1722" the which|strong="G3739" the Holy|strong="G0040" Ghost|strong="G4151" hath made|strong="G5087" you|strong="G5209" overseers|strong="G1985", to feed|strong="G4165" the church|strong="G1577" of God|strong="G2316", which|strong="G3739" he hath purchased|strong="G4046" with|strong="G1223" his own|strong="G2398" blood|strong="G0129".
29 For|strong="G1063" I|strong="G1473" know|strong="G1492" this|strong="G5124", that|strong="G3754" after|strong="G3326" my|strong="G3450" departing|strong="G0867" shall grievous|strong="G0926" wolves|strong="G3074" enter|strong="G1525" in among|strong="G1519" you|strong="G5209", not|strong="G3361" sparing|strong="G5339" the flock|strong="G4168".
30 Also|strong="G2532" of|strong="G1537" your|strong="G5216" own selves|strong="G0846" shall|strong="G0435" men|strong="G0435" arise|strong="G0450", speaking|strong="G2980" perverse things|strong="G1294", to draw away|strong="G0645" disciples|strong="G3101" after|strong="G3694" them|strong="G0846".
31 Therefore|strong="G1352" watch|strong="G1127", and remember|strong="G3421", that|strong="G3754" by the space of three years|strong="G5148" I ceased|strong="G3973" not|strong="G3756" to warn|strong="G3560" every|strong="G1538" one|strong="G1520" night|strong="G3571" and|strong="G2532" day|strong="G2250" with|strong="G3326" tears|strong="G1144".
32 And|strong="G2532" now|strong="G3908", brethren|strong="G3588", I commend|strong="G5209" you|strong="G0080" to God|strong="G2532", and|strong="G3588" to the word|strong="G3588" of his|strong="G3588" grace|strong="G0846", which is able|strong="G2026" to build you up|strong="G2532", and|strong="G1325" to give|strong="G5213" you|strong="G2817" an inheritance|strong="G1722" among|strong="G3588" all|strong="G3956" them which|strong="G0037" are sanctified|strong="G3956".
33 I have coveted|strong="G1937" no man’s|strong="G3762" silver|strong="G0694", or|strong="G2228" gold|strong="G5553", or|strong="G2228" apparel|strong="G2441".
34 Yea|strong="G1161", ye|strong="G1097" yourselves|strong="G0846" know|strong="G1097", that|strong="G3754" these|strong="G3778" hands|strong="G5495" have ministered|strong="G5256" unto my|strong="G3450" necessities|strong="G5532", and|strong="G2532" to them|strong="G3588" that were|strong="G5607" with|strong="G3326" me|strong="G1700".
35 I have shewed|strong="G5263" you|strong="G5213" all things|strong="G3956", how that|strong="G3754" so|strong="G3779" labouring|strong="G2872" ye ought|strong="G1163" to support|strong="G0482" the weak|strong="G0770", and|strong="G5037" to remember|strong="G3421" the words|strong="G3056" of the Lord|strong="G2962" Jesus|strong="G2424", how|strong="G3754" he|strong="G0846" said|strong="G2036", \+w It is|strong="G2076"\+w* \+w more|strong="G3123"\+w* \+w blessed|strong="G3107"\+w* \+w to give|strong="G1325"\+w* \+w than|strong="G2228"\+w* \+w to receive|strong="G2983"\+w*.
36 And|strong="G2532" when he had|strong="G2036" thus|strong="G5023" spoken|strong="G2036", he kneeled down|strong="G1119", and prayed|strong="G4336" with|strong="G4862" them|strong="G0846" all|strong="G3956".
37 And|strong="G1161" they|strong="G2425" all|strong="G3956" wept|strong="G1096" sore|strong="G2805", and|strong="G2532" fell|strong="G1968" on|strong="G1909" Paul’s|strong="G3972" neck|strong="G5137", and kissed|strong="G2705" him|strong="G0846",
38 Sorrowing|strong="G3600" most of all|strong="G3122" for|strong="G1909" the words|strong="G3056" which|strong="G3739" he spake|strong="G2046", that|strong="G3754" they should|strong="G3195" see|strong="G2334" his|strong="G0846" face|strong="G4383" no more|strong="G3765".
