1 Whosoever|strong="G3956" believeth|strong="G4100" that|strong="G3754" Jesus|strong="G2424" is|strong="G2076" the Christ|strong="G5547" is born|strong="G1080" of|strong="G1537" God|strong="G2316": and|strong="G2532" every one|strong="G3956" that|strong="G3588" loveth|strong="G0025" him|strong="G3588" that begat|strong="G1080" loveth|strong="G0025" him|strong="G3588" also|strong="G2532" that is begotten|strong="G1080" of|strong="G1537" him|strong="G0846".
1 Todo o que crê que Jesus é o Cristo, nasceu de Deus; e todo o que ama aquele que o gerou, ama também aquele que dele foi gerado.
2 By|strong="G1722" this|strong="G5129" we know|strong="G1097" that|strong="G3754" we love|strong="G0025" the children|strong="G5043" of God|strong="G2316", when|strong="G3752" we love|strong="G0025" God|strong="G2316", and|strong="G2532" keep|strong="G5083" his|strong="G0846" commandments|strong="G1785".
2 Nisto conhecemos que amamos os filhos de Deus: se amamos a Deus e guardamos os seus mandamentos.
3 For|strong="G1063" this|strong="G3778" is|strong="G2076" the love|strong="G0026" of God|strong="G2316", that|strong="G2443" we keep|strong="G5083" his|strong="G0846" commandments|strong="G1785": and|strong="G2532" his|strong="G0846" commandments|strong="G1785" are|strong="G1526" not|strong="G3756" grievous|strong="G0926".
3 Eis o amor de Deus: que guardemos seus mandamentos. E seus mandamentos não são penosos,
4 For|strong="G3754" whatsoever|strong="G3956" is born|strong="G1080" of|strong="G1537" God|strong="G2316" overcometh|strong="G3528" the world|strong="G2889": and|strong="G2532" this|strong="G3778" is|strong="G2076" the victory|strong="G3529" that overcometh|strong="G3528" the world|strong="G2889", even our|strong="G2257" faith|strong="G4102".
4 porque todo o que nasceu de Deus vence o mundo. E esta é a vitória que vence o mundo: a nossa fé.
5 Who|strong="G5101" is|strong="G2076" he that overcometh|strong="G3528" the world|strong="G2889", but|strong="G1487" he that believeth|strong="G4100" that|strong="G3754" Jesus|strong="G2424" is|strong="G2076" the Son|strong="G5207" of God|strong="G2316"?
5 Quem é o vencedor do mundo senão aquele que crê que Jesus é o Filho de Deus?
6 This|strong="G3778" is|strong="G2076" he that came|strong="G2064" by|strong="G1223" water|strong="G5204" and|strong="G2532" blood|strong="G0129", even Jesus|strong="G2424" Christ|strong="G5547"; not|strong="G3756" by|strong="G1722" water|strong="G5204" only|strong="G3440", but|strong="G0235" by|strong="G1722" water|strong="G5204" and|strong="G2532" blood|strong="G0129". And|strong="G2532" it is|strong="G2076" the Spirit|strong="G4151" that beareth witness|strong="G3140", because|strong="G3754" the Spirit|strong="G4151" is|strong="G2076" truth|strong="G0225".
6 Ei-lo, Jesus Cristo, aquele que veio pela água e pelo sangue; não só pela água, mas pela água e pelo sangue. E o Espírito é quem dá testemunho dele, porque o Espírito é a verdade.
7 For|strong="G3754" there are|strong="G1526" three|strong="G5140" that bear record|strong="G3140" in|strong="G1722" heaven|strong="G3772", the Father|strong="G3962", the Word|strong="G3056", and|strong="G2532" the Holy|strong="G0040" Ghost|strong="G4151": and|strong="G2532" these|strong="G3778" three|strong="G5140" are|strong="G1526" one|strong="G1520".
7 São, assim, três os que dão testemunho:
8 And|strong="G2532" there are|strong="G1526" three|strong="G5140" that bear witness|strong="G3140" in|strong="G1722" earth|strong="G1093", the Spirit|strong="G4151", and|strong="G2532" the water|strong="G5204", and|strong="G2532" the blood|strong="G0129": and|strong="G2532" these|strong="G3588" three|strong="G5140" agree|strong="G1526" in|strong="G1519" one|strong="G1520".
8 o Espírito, a água e o sangue; estes três dão o mesmo testemunho.
9 If|strong="G1487" we receive|strong="G2983" the witness|strong="G3141" of men|strong="G0444", the witness|strong="G3141" of God|strong="G2316" is|strong="G2076" greater|strong="G3187": for|strong="G3754" this|strong="G3778" is|strong="G2076" the witness|strong="G3141" of God|strong="G2316" which|strong="G3739" he hath testified|strong="G3140" of|strong="G4012" his|strong="G0846" Son|strong="G5207".
9 Aceitamos o testemunho dos homens. Ora, maior é o testemunho de Deus, porque se trata do próprio testemunho de Deus, aquele que ele deu do seu próprio Filho.
10 He that believeth|strong="G4100" on|strong="G1519" the Son|strong="G5207" of God|strong="G2316" hath|strong="G2192" the witness|strong="G3141" in|strong="G1722" himself|strong="G1438": he that believeth|strong="G4100" not|strong="G3361" God|strong="G2316" hath made|strong="G4160" him|strong="G0846" a liar|strong="G5583"; because|strong="G3754" he believeth|strong="G4100" not|strong="G3756" the record|strong="G3141" that|strong="G3739" God|strong="G2316" gave|strong="G3140" of|strong="G4012" his|strong="G0846" Son|strong="G5207".
10 Aquele que crê no Filho de Deus tem em si o testemunho de Deus. Aquele que não crê em Deus, o faz mentiroso, porque não crê no testemunho que Deus deu a respeito de seu Filho.
11 And|strong="G2532" this|strong="G3778" is|strong="G2076" the record|strong="G3141", that|strong="G3754" God|strong="G2316" hath given|strong="G1325" to us|strong="G2254" eternal|strong="G0166" life|strong="G2222", and|strong="G2532" this|strong="G3778" life|strong="G2222" is|strong="G2076" in|strong="G1722" his|strong="G0846" Son|strong="G5207".
11 E o testemunho é este: Deus nos deu a vida eterna, e esta vida está em seu Filho.
12 He that hath|strong="G2192" the Son|strong="G5207" hath|strong="G2192" life|strong="G2222"; and he that hath|strong="G2192" not|strong="G3361" the Son|strong="G5207" of God|strong="G2316" hath|strong="G2192" not|strong="G3756" life|strong="G2222".
12 Quem possui o Filho possui a vida; quem não tem o Filho de Deus não tem a vida.
13 These things|strong="G5023" have I written|strong="G1125" unto you|strong="G5213" that believe|strong="G4100" on|strong="G1519" the name|strong="G3686" of the Son|strong="G5207" of God|strong="G2316"; that|strong="G2443" ye may know|strong="G1492" that|strong="G3754" ye have|strong="G2192" eternal|strong="G0166" life|strong="G2222", and|strong="G2532" that|strong="G2443" ye may believe|strong="G4100" on|strong="G1519" the name|strong="G3686" of the Son|strong="G5207" of God|strong="G2316".
13 Isto vos escrevi para que saibais que tendes a vida eterna, vós que credes no nome do Filho de Deus.
14 And|strong="G2532" this|strong="G3778" is|strong="G2076" the confidence|strong="G3954" that|strong="G3739" we have|strong="G2192" in|strong="G4314" him|strong="G0846", that|strong="G3754", if|strong="G1437" we ask|strong="G0154" any thing|strong="G5100" according to|strong="G2596" his|strong="G0846" will|strong="G2307", he heareth|strong="G0191" us|strong="G2257":
14 A confiança que depositamos nele é esta: em tudo quanto lhe pedirmos, se for conforme à sua vontade, ele nos atenderá.
15 And|strong="G2532" if|strong="G1437" we know|strong="G1492" that|strong="G3754" he hear|strong="G0191" us|strong="G2257", whatsoever|strong="G3739" we ask|strong="G0154", we know|strong="G1492" that|strong="G3754" we have|strong="G2192" the petitions|strong="G0155" that|strong="G3739" we desired|strong="G0154" of|strong="G3844" him|strong="G0846".
15 E se sabemos que ele nos atende em tudo quanto lhe pedirmos, sabemos daí que já recebemos o que pedimos.
16 If|strong="G1437" any man|strong="G5100" see|strong="G1492" his|strong="G0846" brother|strong="G0080" sin|strong="G0264" a sin|strong="G0266" which is not|strong="G3361" unto|strong="G4314" death|strong="G2288", he shall ask|strong="G0154", and|strong="G2532" he shall give|strong="G1325" him|strong="G0846" life|strong="G2222" for them that sin|strong="G0264" not|strong="G3361" unto|strong="G4314" death|strong="G2288". There is|strong="G2076" a sin|strong="G0266" unto|strong="G4314" death|strong="G2288": I do|strong="G3004" not|strong="G3756" say|strong="G3004" that|strong="G2443" he shall pray|strong="G2065" for|strong="G4012" it|strong="G1565".
16 Se alguém vê seu irmão cometer um pecado que não o conduza à morte, reze, e Deus lhe dará a vida; isto para aqueles que não pecam para a morte. Há pecado que é para morte; não digo que se reze por este.
17 All|strong="G3956" unrighteousness|strong="G0093" is|strong="G2076" sin|strong="G0266": and|strong="G2532" there is|strong="G2076" a sin|strong="G0266" not|strong="G3756" unto|strong="G4314" death|strong="G2288".
17 Toda iniqüidade é pecado, mas há pecado que não leva à morte.
18 We know|strong="G1492" that|strong="G3754" whosoever|strong="G3956" is born|strong="G1080" of|strong="G1537" God|strong="G2316" sinneth|strong="G0264" not|strong="G3756"; but|strong="G0235" he that is begotten|strong="G1080" of|strong="G1537" God|strong="G2316" keepeth|strong="G5083" himself|strong="G1438", and|strong="G2532" that|strong="G3588" wicked one|strong="G4190" toucheth|strong="G0680" him|strong="G0846" not|strong="G3756".
18 Sabemos que aquele que nasceu de Deus não peca; mas o que é gerado de Deus se acautela, e o Maligno não o toca.
19 And we know|strong="G1492" that|strong="G3754" we are|strong="G2070" of|strong="G1537" God|strong="G2316", and|strong="G2532" the whole|strong="G3650" world|strong="G2889" lieth|strong="G2749" in|strong="G1722" wickedness|strong="G4190".
19 Sabemos que somos de Deus, e que o mundo todo jaz sob o Maligno.
20 And|strong="G1161" we know|strong="G1492" that|strong="G3754" the Son|strong="G5207" of God|strong="G2316" is come|strong="G2240", and|strong="G2532" hath given|strong="G1325" us|strong="G2254" an understanding|strong="G1271", that|strong="G2443" we may know|strong="G1097" him that is true|strong="G0228", and|strong="G2532" we are|strong="G2070" in|strong="G1722" him that is true|strong="G0228", even in|strong="G1722" his|strong="G0846" Son|strong="G5207" Jesus|strong="G2424" Christ|strong="G5547". This|strong="G3778" is|strong="G2076" the true|strong="G0228" God|strong="G2316", and|strong="G2532" eternal|strong="G0166" life|strong="G2222".
20 Sabemos que o Filho de Deus veio e nos deu entendimento para conhecermos o Verdadeiro. E estamos no Verdadeiro, nós que estamos em seu Filho Jesus Cristo. Este é o verdadeiro Deus e a vida eterna.
21 Little children|strong="G5040", keep|strong="G5442" yourselves|strong="G1438" from|strong="G0575" idols|strong="G1497". Amen|strong="G0281".
