1 Were and some in Antioch in the being congregation prophets and teachers, the both Barnabas and Simon that being called Black, and Lucius the Cyrenian, Manaen also, of Herod the tetrarch a foster brother, and Saul.
1 Entre os profetas e mestres da igreja de Antioquia da Síria estavam Barnabé e Simeão, chamado Negro, Lúcio de Cirene, Manaém, que tinha sido criado com o rei Herodes Antipas, e Saulo.
2 Serving and of them the Lord and fasting, said the spirit the holy: Separate you indeed for me the Barnabas and the Saul for the work, which I have called them.
2 Certo dia, enquanto adoravam o Senhor e jejuavam, o Espírito Santo disse: “Separem Barnabé e Saulo para realizarem o trabalho para o qual os chamei”.
3 Then having fasted and having prayed, and having laid the hands to them, they sent forth.
3 Então, depois de mais jejuns e orações, impuseram as mãos sobre eles e os enviaram em sua missão.
4 These indeed then having been sent forth by the spirit the holy, went down into the Seleucia, thence and sailed into the Cyprus.
4 Enviados pelo Espírito Santo, eles desceram ao porto de Selêucia, de onde navegaram para a ilha de Chipre.
5 And having arrived in Salamis, they announced the word of the God in the synagogues of the Jews; they had and also John an attendant.
5 Ali, na cidade de Salamina, foram às sinagogas judaicas e pregaram a palavra de Deus. João Marcos os acompanhava como assistente.
6 Having gone through and whole the island to Paphos, they found a certain magian, a false prophet a Jew, to whom a name BarJesus,
6 Viajaram por toda a ilha até que, por fim, chegaram a Pafos, onde encontraram um feiticeiro judeu, um falso profeta chamado Barjesus.
7 who was with the proconsul Sergius Paulus, a man intelligent. This having summoned Barnabas and Saul, desired to hear the word of the God.
7 Ele acompanhava o governador Sérgio Paulo, um homem inteligente que convidou Barnabé e Saulo para visitá-lo, pois desejava ouvir a palavra de Deus.
8 Stood against but them Elymas the magian, (thus for it translated the name of him,) seeking to turn away the proconsul from the faith.
8 Mas Elimas, o feiticeiro (esse é o significado de seu nome), opôs-se a eles, na tentativa de impedir que o governador viesse a crer.
9 Saul but (he also Paul) being filled of spirit holy, and having looked earnestly on him,
9 Cheio do Espírito Santo, Saulo, também conhecido como Paulo, encarou Elimas nos olhos
10 said: O full of all deceit and of all ready working, O son of an accuser, enemy of all righteousness, not wilt thou cease perverting the ways of Lord the straight?
10 e disse: “Filho do diabo, cheio de toda espécie de engano e maldade e inimigo de tudo que é certo! Quando deixará de distorcer os caminhos retos do Senhor?
11 And now lo, a hand of Lord on thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun till a season. Immediately and fell on him a mist and darkness; and going about he sought guides.
11 Preste atenção, pois o Senhor colocou a mão sobre você para castigá-lo, e você ficará cego, sem conseguir ver a luz do sol por algum tempo”. No mesmo instante, neblina e escuridão cobriram-lhe os olhos e ele começou a tatear, suplicando que alguém o tomasse pela mão e o guiasse.
12 Then seeing the proconsul that having been done, believed, being astonished at the teaching of the Lord.
12 Quando o governador viu o que havia acontecido, creu, muito admirado com o ensino a respeito do Senhor.
13 Having set sail and from the Paphos those about the Paul, came into Perga of the Pamphylia. John but, having gone away from them, returned into Jerusalem.
13 Paulo e seus companheiros saíram de Pafos num navio e foram à Panfília, onde aportaram em Perge. Ali, João Marcos os deixou e voltou para Jerusalém.
14 They and having passed through from the Perga went to Antioch of the Pisidia, and having entered into the synagogue in the day of the sabbaths, they sat down.
14 Paulo e Barnabé prosseguiram para o interior, até Antioquia da Pisídia. No sábado, foram à sinagoga.
15 After and the reading of the law and the prophets, sent the synagoguerulers to them, saying: Men brethren, if is a word in you of consolation to the people, say you.
15 Depois da leitura dos livros da lei e dos profetas, os chefes da sinagoga lhes mandaram um recado: “Irmãos, se vocês têm uma palavra de encorajamento para o povo, podem falar”.
16 Having stood up and Paul, and having waved the hand, said: Men Israelites, and those fearing the God, hear you.
16 Então Paulo ficou em pé, levantou a mão para pedir silêncio e começou a falar: “Homens de Israel e gentios tementes a Deus, ouçam-me!
17 The God of the people this chose the fathers of you; and the people exalted in the sojourning in land of Egypt, and with an arm lifted up be brought them out of her;
17 “O Deus desta nação de Israel escolheu nossos antepassados e fez que se multiplicassem e se fortalecessem durante o tempo em que ficaram no Egito. Então, com braço poderoso, ele os tirou da escravidão.
18 and about forty years time he nourished them in the desert;
18 Ele suportou seu comportamento durante os quarenta anos em que andaram sem rumo pelo deserto.
19 and having cast out nations seven in land of Canaan, he distributed by lot to them the land of them.
19 Destruiu sete nações em Canaã e deu seu território a Israel como herança.
20 And after these things about years four hundred and fifty he gave judges, till Samuel the prophet.
20 Tudo isso levou cerca de quatrocentos e cinquenta anos. “Depois, Deus lhes deu juízes para governá-los até o tempo do profeta Samuel.
21 And then they asked for a king, and gave to them the God the Saul son of Kish, a man of tribe of Benjamin, years forty.
21 Então o povo pediu um rei, e ele lhes deu Saul, filho de Quis, homem da tribo de Benjamim, e ele reinou por quarenta anos.
22 And having removed him, he raised up to them the David for a king, to whom also he said having testified: I found David, that of the Jesse, a man according to the heart of me, who will do all the will of me.
22 Mas Deus removeu Saul e colocou em seu lugar Davi, a respeito de quem Deus disse: ‘Davi, filho de Jessé, é um homem segundo o meu coração; fará tudo que for da minha vontade’.
23 This the God from the seed according to promise brought forth to the Israel a savior Jesus,
23 “E Jesus, um dos descendentes de Davi, é o salvador que Deus concedeu a Israel, conforme sua promessa!
24 having announced before of John before face of the entrance of him a dipping of reformation to all the people Israel.
24 Antes da vinda de Jesus, João Batista anunciou que todo o povo de Israel precisava se arrepender e ser batizado.
25 As and was fulfilling the John the race, he said: Who me do you suppose to be? not am I, but lo, comes after me, of whom not I am worthy the sandal of the feet to loose.
25 Quando João estava concluindo seu trabalho, perguntou: ‘Vocês pensam que eu sou o Cristo? Não sou! Mas ele vem em breve, e não sou digno sequer de desamarrar as correias de suas sandálias’.
26 Men brethren, sons race of Abraham, and those among you fearing the God, to you the word of the salvation this is sent.
26 “Irmãos, vocês que são filhos de Abraão e também vocês gentios tementes a Deus, esta mensagem de salvação foi enviada a nós.
27 Those for dwelling in Jerusalem, and the rulers of them, him not knowing, and the voices of the prophets those in every sabbath being read, judging fulfilled.
27 O povo de Jerusalém e seus líderes não reconheceram que Jesus era aquele a respeito de quem os profetas haviam falado. Em vez disso, eles o condenaram e, ao fazê-lo, cumpriram as palavras dos profetas, que são lidas todos os sábados.
28 And no one cause of death having found, they asked Pilate to kill him.

30 The but God raised him out of dead ones,
30 mas Deus o ressuscitou dos mortos.
31 who appeared on days many to those having gone up with him from of the Galilee into Jerusalem, who are witnesses of him to the people.
31 E, por muitos dias, ele apareceu àqueles que o tinham acompanhado da Galileia para Jerusalém. Agora eles são suas testemunhas diante do povo.
32 And we you address with glad tidings that to the fathers promise having been made, that this the God has fulfilled to the children of them to us, having raised up Jesus;
32 “Estamos aqui para trazer a vocês esta boa-nova. A promessa foi feita a nossos antepassados,
33 as also in the first psalm it is written: A son of me art thou, I today have begotten thee.
33 e agora Deus a cumpriu para nós, os descendentes deles, ao ressuscitar Jesus. É isto que o segundo salmo diz a respeito dele: ‘Você é meu Filho; hoje eu o gerei’.
34 Because and he raised him out of dead ones, no more being about to return to corruption, thus he said: That I will give to you the holy things of David the faithful.
34 Pois Deus havia prometido ressuscitá-lo dos mortos, para que jamais apodrecesse no túmulo. Ele disse: ‘Eu lhes darei as bênçãos sagradas que prometi a Davi’.
35 Therefore also in another he says: Not thou wilt permit the holy one of thee to see corruption.
35 Em outro salmo, ele explicou de modo mais direto: ‘Não permitirás que o teu Santo apodreça no túmulo’.
36 David indeed for own generation having served by the of the God will fell asleep, and was laid with the fathers of himself and saw corruption;
36 Não se trata de uma referência a Davi, porque, depois que Davi fez a vontade de Deus em sua geração, morreu e foi sepultado com seus antepassados, e seu corpo apodreceu.
37 whom but the God raised up, not saw corruption.
37 É uma referência a outra pessoa, a alguém a quem Deus ressuscitou e cujo corpo não apodreceu.
38 Know therefore let it be to you, men brethren, that through this to you forgiveness of sins is announced;
38 “Ouçam, irmãos! Estamos aqui para proclamar que, por meio de Jesus, há perdão para os pecados.
39 and from all things, which not you are able by the law of Moses to be justified in him every one the believing is justified.
39 Todo o que nele crê é declarado justo diante de Deus, algo que a lei de Moisés jamais pôde fazer.
40 See then, not may come upon you that having been spoken by the prophets;
40 Por isso, tomem cuidado para que não se apliquem a vocês as palavras dos profetas:
41 behold you the despisers, and wonder you, and disappear you; because a work I work in the days of you, a work, which not not you would believe, if one should narrate to you.
41 ‘Olhem, zombadores; fiquem admirados e morram! Pois faço algo em seus dias, algo em que vocês não acreditariam mesmo que lhes contassem’”.
42 Having gone out and of them, they desired on the next sabbath to be spoken to them the words these.
42 Quando Paulo e Barnabé estavam saindo da sinagoga, o povo pediu que voltassem a falar dessas coisas na semana seguinte.
43 Being broken up and the synagogue, followed many of the Jews and of the worshiping proselytes the Paul and the Barnabas; who speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the favor of the God.
43 Muitos judeus e gentios devotos convertidos ao judaísmo seguiram Paulo e Barnabé, que insistiam com eles para que continuassem a confiar na graça de Deus.
44 On the and coming sabbath, almost all the city came together to hear the word of the God.
44 No sábado seguinte, quase toda a cidade compareceu para ouvir a palavra do Senhor.
45 Seeing and the Jews the crowds, they were filled of zeal, and spoke against the things by the Paul being spoken, contradicting and blaspheming.
45 Quando alguns dos judeus viram as multidões, ficaram com inveja, de modo que difamaram Paulo e contestavam tudo que ele dizia.
46 Speaking freely and the Paul and the Barnabas said: To you it was necessary first to be spoken the word of the God; since but you trust away him, and not worthy judge yourselves of the agelasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.
46 Então Paulo e Barnabé se pronunciaram corajosamente, dizendo: “Era necessário que pregássemos a palavra de Deus primeiro a vocês, judeus. Mas, uma vez que vocês a rejeitaram e não se consideraram dignos da vida eterna, agora vamos oferecê-la aos gentios.
47 Thus for has commanded us the Lord: I have set thee for a light of nations, the to be thee for salvation to end of the earth.
47 Pois foi isso que o Senhor nos ordenou quando disse: ‘Fiz de você uma luz para os gentios, para levar a salvação até os lugares mais distantes da terra’”.
48 Having heard and the Gentiles rejoiced, and glorified the word of the Lord; and believed as many as were having been disposed for life agelasting.
48 Quando ouviram isso, os gentios se alegraram e agradeceram ao Senhor por essa mensagem, e todos que haviam sido escolhidos para a vida eterna creram.
49 Was published and the word of the Lord through whole of the country.
49 Assim, a palavra do Senhor se espalhou por toda aquela região.
50 The but Jews stirred up the religious women the honorable, and the chiefs of the city, and raised a persecution against the Paul and the Barnabas, and cast out them from the borders of them.
50 Então os judeus, instigando as mulheres religiosas influentes e as autoridades da cidade, provocaram uma multidão contra Paulo e Barnabé e os expulsaram dali.
51 They but having shaken off the dust of the feet of them against them, came into Iconium.
51 Eles, porém, sacudiram o pó dos pés em sinal de reprovação e foram à cidade de Icônio.
52 The and disciples were filled joy and spirit holy.
52 E os discípulos estavam cheios de alegria e do Espírito Santo.
