1 Ábaya lagúmeserun Jesúsu adímureja joun láu jémpulu, ába laríñagun joun.
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 —Nijánya ában jémpulu luáguti arúeijani le lánina siélu. Ñíñein ában urúei adǘgüti ában fédu lubá lamárieidun lisáani.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 Ába loúnajaniña lumúsuniña oúgaña amísurajoútiña, májatiña amísurajoútiña jayábin.
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 Ábaya loúnajan ámu músu, ába laríñagun joun. “Aríñaga jumá joun amísurajoútiña luágu aráanseeli lan eígini. Áfaragüda náaña bágasu jáma nilǘgüniña anímaalugu dibúnetiña, aráanseeli sun cátei, lun jayábin maríeirugu.”
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 Madǘgüntiña amísurajoútiña gásu. Ába lídin ában jádaangiñe lichárigu, ñǘdün ában adǘga ámu wadágimanu,
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 ja jíbiri, ába járügüdüniña lumúsuniña urúei, ába joúseruniña wuríba, ába jáfaraguniña jilágubei.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 Ábati lagáñidun urúei sarágu, ába loúnajaniña lisúdaaranigu áfaraguaña gáfarajatiña jagía jilágubei lúma águdei jageíra.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 Ába laríñagun joun lumúsuniña. “Aráanseeli sun cátei lun maríei, áni amísurajoútiña jagǘra madǘnamatiña lun jamísurajoúniwa.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Jeíba lubeíti luágu buri larígei ǘma, ábame jamísurajaniña sun ja úmatiña jadúnragua.”
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Ába joúdin músu luágu buri ǘma, ába joúndaruniña sun ja úmabaña jadúnragua, buítiña jáma wuríbatiña, ába tabuínchun múna jáu gürígia.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 ‘Ábati lebélurun urúei aríjaña amísurajoútiña, ába laríjin ában wügǘri le madáüragunti quei lun ában maríei ñi.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 Ába laríñagun lun. “Numáda, ¿ída liñági bebélurunbei ñájoun madáüragunga quei lun ában maríei?” Maní ligía.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 Ába laríñagun urúei joun ja eténirubaña lún buri dábula. “Gürágua jumeí lugúdi lúma lújabu, fíjumei lídoun lubúriga le boúgudibei, le ñíba lubeí layájuaja, acǘnrijame lári.”
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Ába laríñagun Jesúsu joun ja agáambubalin.
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Ába joúdin fariséogu, ába júaradun aríja cába lan gayára lan jadǘgün lun jaríñagagüdüni Jesúsu cátei le uáguti gayára lan jadárirun lidúnrun.

16 Ábati joúnajan jádaangiñe jánigu úara jáma jádaangiñe lánigu Heródes, aríñaga lun Jesúsu.
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Rúbei lubeíti barítagun woun. ¿Buítisan lun lafáyeirúniwa seínsu lun urúei Rómana ódi mabuídunti?
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 Aríagu líña Jesúsu lun luríba jayúmajan, ába laríñagun joun.
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 Arúfuda jumeí seínsu le áubei lafáyeijoúa liseínsuna gumádi nun.
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 Dan laríjini, ába lálügüdüniña.
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 Ába jaríñagun lun.
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Dan jagáambunbalin le, ába laweíridun janígi, ába jígiruni, ába joúdin.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Wéyu méme ligía, ába joúdin fiú saduséogu aríjei Jesúsu. Jaríñajare saduséogu luágu úa lan ásaaruni lídaangiñe oúweni. Ábati jaríñagun lun Jesúsu.

24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Wel, ñíñanu méjati sédü gamúlenuguátiña ya wádan, ába lamárieidun le furúmiñeti, ába loúnwen. Quei masáanigu lubeí táu lúmari, ába lígirunun lun lamúlen.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 Ligía méme suséreti lun jabíaman, lárigiñe lun jǘrüwan darí lúmoun jasédün.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Lárigiñe, ába gíñe toúnwen wǘri.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Dánmeti jásaarun lídaangiñe oúweni, ¿cábati úmari wǘri tugúya jádaangiñe sédü gamúlenuguátiña ja, lárigiñe maríei jamá sun jagía túma?
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Ába laríñagun Jesúsu joun.
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 Dánme le jásaarun jiláaña lúnya jabágaridun, ámujalime jabágari, magámaridun jába, míchugun jamáñame jasáanigu lun maríei, queísi magámaridun jamá ánjeligu siélu.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 Ánjeinti luágu sará jamá jiláaña lúnya jabágaridun, ¿malíijan jumágili le laríñagubei Búngiu gúanarü jun? ítara líña laríñagun.
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 “Áu Lubúngiutebei Abrahám, Lubúngiute Isáac, Lubúngiute Jacób.” Ítara líña lubeíti, ánjein jamúga jiláañu jáña lubeí wügǘriña jagía lun sun dan, maríñagunti jamúgati Búngiu luágu Jabúngiute lan, ladǘga máma Jabúngiute jiláguaaña Búngiu, Jabúngiute wínwangiña.
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.
33 Dan jagáambunbalin gürígia cátei le, ába laweíridun janígi láu le larúfudajabei.
33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.

34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 ñíñein ában jádaangiñe le arúfudajati lilúrudun Moisés, abúseeruti laríjin lábun Jesúsu, ába laríñagun lun.
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 —Maésturu, ¿cásan gumádi weírigutimaabei lídan lilúrudun Búngiu?
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Ába laríñagun Jesúsu lun.
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 Niján gumádi weírigutimaabei, furúmiñeti gíñe lídaangiñe sun lugúmadin Búngiu.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 Áni le libíaman lídan uweíriguni lenége le, ítara líña. “Jínsiñe jamá bíbirigu bun quei bínsiñegua búngua.”
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 Bián gumádi le, ligía ébuubei lun sun lilúrudun Moisés lúma jarúfudajan profétagu.
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 Sun añája lan fariséogu oúndaragu,
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 ába laríñagun Jesúsu joun.
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Ábati laríñagun Jesúsu joun.
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 Laríñajare Búngiu lun Nabúreme.
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 ¿Ída lubáti ladǘgawagun lan Davíd Crístu ánjein wá lubali Davíd guánarü Crístu Nabúreme?
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Úati ni ában gayáraati loúnabun ni ában dimúrei, lúmagiñeti wéyu ligía, manígiti ni ában lun liábin álügüdaguei.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
