1 After this I heard a loud sound in heaven. It sounded like many people calling. They said, Praise our God! He saves people. He is great and power belongs to him.
1 E depois destas coisas, eu ouvi uma grande voz de uma numerosa multidão no céu, dizendo: Aleluia! Salvação, e glória, e honra, e poder ao Senhor nosso Deus.
2 The way God punishes is true and right. He has punished the bad woman who spoiled the earth with her wrong ways. He has made her pay for the killing of his servants.
2 Porque verdadeiros e justos são os seus juízos; porque ele julgou a grande prostituta, que corrompeu a terra com a sua fornicação, e vingou o sangue dos seus servos que estava na mão dela.
3 They said again, Praise God! The smoke where she burns goes up for ever and ever!
3 E novamente eles disseram: Aleluia! E a sua fumaça subiu para sempre e sempre.
4 Then the twenty-four leaders and the four living beings kneeled down. They worshipped God who was sitting on his throne, and they said, Amen! Yes, it is so! Praise God!
4 E os vinte e quatro anciãos, e os quatro animais, prostraram-se e adoraram a Deus, assentado sobre o trono, dizendo: Amém! Aleluia!
5 A voice from the throne said, Praise our God, all his servants, all who respect and honour him: you who are great and you who are not great, praise him!
5 E uma voz saiu do trono, dizendo: Louvai o nosso Deus, todos vós, seus servos, e vós que o temeis, tanto pequenos quanto grandes.
6 Then I heard a sound in heaven. It sounded like many people and much water flowing and like loud thunder. They said, Praise God! The Lord our God, who has all power, rules!
6 E eu ouvi como se fosse a voz de uma grande multidão, e como a voz de muitas águas, e como a voz de poderosos trovões, dizendo: Aleluia; porque o Senhor Deus onipotente reina.
7 We will be glad and very happy! We will praise him. The time has come for the Lamb to marry. The woman who will marry him is ready.
7 Alegremo-nos e regozijemo-nos, e demos honra a ele; porque as bodas do Cordeiro chegou, e sua esposa já se preparou.
8 She was given the right to wear fine linen, shining and clean. The fine linen means the good things Gods people have done.
8 E foi-lhe concedido que se vestisse de linho fino, puro e resplandecente porque o linho fino é a justiça dos santos.
9 The angel said to me, Write this: God blesses those who are called to come to the wedding feast of the Lamb. And he said to me, These are the true words of God.
9 E ele disse-me, escreve: Abençoados são aqueles que são chamados à ceia das bodas do Cordeiro. E disse-me: Estas são as verdadeiras palavras de Deus.
10 Then I kneeled down in front of him to worship him. But he said to me, You must not do that! I am only a servant like you and like your brothers who tell about Jesus. Worship God! Those who tell about Jesus have the spirit of a prophet.
10 E caí a seus pés para o adorar; e ele me disse: Atenta para que tu não faças isso; eu sou o teu conservo, e de teus irmãos, que têm o testemunho de Jesus. Adora a Deus; porque o testemunho de Jesus é o espírito de profecia.
11 Then I saw heaven open, and I saw a white horse! The One who rode him is called One who can be Trusted and The True One.He punishes and makes war in the right way.
11 E eu vi o céu aberto, e eis um cavalo branco; e o que estava assentado sobre ele era chamado de Fiel e Verdadeiro; e com justiça julga e guerreia.
12 His eyes were like a flame of fire. On his head were many crowns. He had a name written on him, but no man knew what it was but he himself.
12 Seus olhos eram como chamas de fogo; e sobre a sua cabeça havia muitas coroas; e ele tem um nome escrito, que nenhum homem conhecia, senão ele mesmo.
13 He wore clothes that had been dipped in blood. His name is The Word of God.
13 E ele estava vestido com veste banhada em sangue; e o seu nome é chamado de: A Palavra de Deus.
14 The armies of heaven followed him on white horses and they were dressed in fine linen, shining and clean.
14 E os exércitos que estavam no céu seguiam-no sobre cavalos brancos, vestidos de linho fino, branco e limpo.
15 A long knife or sword comes from his mouth. With it he will punish and control the people of the nations. He will rule them with an iron stick. He is like the winepress that presses the water out of the fruit. It is the place where God, who has all power, shows his great anger.
15 E de sua boca sai uma espada afiada, para que com ela castigue as nações; e ele as governará com cetro de ferro; e ele pisa o lagar do vinho da fúria e da ira do Deus Todo-Poderoso.
16 A name is written on his clothes and on his leg: it is King of kings, and Lord of lords.
16 E ele tem sobre a sua veste e sobre a sua coxa um nome escrito: REI DOS REIS, E SENHOR DOS SENHORES.
17 I saw an angel standing in the sun. He called in a loud voice to all the birds that fly across the sky. He said, Come, gather for Gods big feast.
17 E eu vi um anjo que estava de pé no sol, e ele gritou com alta voz, dizendo a todas as aves que voam pelo meio do céu: Vinde, e ajuntai-vos à ceia do grande Deus;
18 Come to eat the bodies of kings, the bodies of captains, the bodies of strong men, the bodies of horses and those who ride them, the bodies of all free men and of slaves, those who are great and those who are not great.
18 para que possais comer a carne de reis, e a carne de capitães, e a carne de homens poderosos, e a carne de cavalos e dos que neles se assentam; e a carne de todos os homens, tanto livres quanto escravos, tanto pequenos quanto grandes.
19 I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies. They were gathered to fight against the One riding the horse and his army.
19 E eu vi a besta, e os reis da terra, e os seus exércitos reunidos, para guerrearem contra aquele que está assentado sobre o cavalo, e contra o seu exército.
20 Then the beast was caught and the prophet who is not true was caught. The prophet had done big works for the beast to see. By the things which he did, he had fooled the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshipped its idol. The beast and the prophet were thrown alive into the big fire which burns with dust that chokes people.
20 E a besta foi tomada e com ele o falso profeta que operava milagres diante dele com os quais enganava os que receberam a marca da besta, e os que adoraram a sua imagem. Estes dois foram lançados vivos no lago de fogo, queimando com enxofre.
21 Their armies were killed by the man riding the horse. He killed them with the sword that came out of his mouth. All the birds ate all they wanted of their dead bodies.
21 E os remanescentes foram mortos com a espada daquele que está assentado sobre o cavalo, espada que saía da sua boca; e todas as aves se fartaram com a carne deles.
