1 زاد يَسوع هْدَرَّلهُم بالمْتال وقال:
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 "مَلَكوت السْما يْشَبَّه لسَلطان دار عَرس لوْليدو،
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 وبْعَت الخَدّامين مْتاعو يْعَيّطو للي كانو مَعروضين للعَرس وهومَ ما حَبّوش يْجيو.
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 زاد بْعَت خَدّامين واحَدُخرين وقال: "قولو للمَعروضين: "الوَليمة مْتاعي راني وَجَّدتها والفْراد والزْوايَل السْمان مْتاعي نْدَبحو وكُل شي راهو واجَد، أَرواحو للعَرس"".
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 بَصَّح المَعروضين ما عْباوش بالعَرضة وراحو، واحَد للحوش مْتاعو والآخُر للتِجارة مْتاعو،
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 والباقيين حَكمو الخَدّامين مْتاع السَلطان، هانوهُم وقَتلوهُم.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 زْعَف السَلطان وبْعَت العَسكَر مْتاعو وقْتَل هَدوك القَتّالين وحْرَق مْدينَتهُم.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 أومبَعد قال للخَدّامين مْتاعو: "العَرس راهو واجَد بَصَّح اللي كانو مَعروضين ما سْتاهلوهش.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 هِمّالا روحو للطُرقان، وكامَل اللي تَلقاوهُم أَعَّرضوهُم للعَرس".
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 خَرجو هَدوك الخَدّامين للطُرقان ولَمّو كامَل اللي لْقاوهُم، مَشرارين ومْلاح، وتْعَمّر العَرس بالضْياف.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 كي دْخَل السَلطان يْشوف الضْياف، شاف تَمّة واحَد الراجَل ماشي لابَس لْباس العَرس،
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 قاللو: "صاحبي، كيفاش دْخَلت اللَهنا بْلا ما تْكون بلْباس العَرس؟" بْقا الراجَل ساكَت.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 داك الساع قال السَلطان للخَدّامين: "أَرَّبطولو رَجليه ويَدّيه وأرميوَه فالضْلام بَرّا وين يْكون البْكا وغَز السْنان".
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 خاطَر المَعروضين بَزّاف بَصَّح المُختارين قْلال."
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 داك الساع راحو الفَرّيسِيّين يَتشاورو ما بيناتهُم كيفاش يْزَلّقو يَسوع بكَلمة،
15 — ausente —
16 وبَعتولو التابعين مْتاعهُم مع الهيرودوسِيّين يْقولو: "شيخ، رانا عارفين باللي أنتَ حَقّاني، وتْعَلَّم طْريق الله على حْساب الحَق، ما تْخاف حَتّى واحَد وما تْديرش الوْجوه.
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 قولَلنا هِمّالا، واش رايَك. يْجوز نْخَلّصو الجَزية لقَيصَر وَلاّ لالا؟"
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 عْرَف يَسوع شَرّهُم وقال: "وَعلاش راكُم تْجَرّبو فِيَّ يا مُنافقين؟
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 وَرّيولي الدْراهَم اللي يْخَلّصو بيهُم الجَزية". أَعطاولو دينار.
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 وقالَلهُم: "مْتاع من هاد التَصويرة وهاد الكْتيبة؟"
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 قالولو: "مْتاع قَيصَر"، داك الساع قالَلهُم: "هِمّالا، أَعطيو لقَيصَر شِيّ قَيصَر، ولله شِيّ الله".
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 كي سَمعو سْتَعجبو، وخَلاّوَه وراحو.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 في هَداك النْهار، جاو ليه الصَدّوقِيّين اللي يْقولو باللي ما كانش القِيامة وسَقساوَه،
23 — ausente —
24 وقالو: "شيخ، موسى قال: لوكان يْموت واحَد ما عَندوش الدْراري، لازَم على خوه يَتزَوَّج بمَرتو ويْدير دَرِيّة لخوه.
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 كانو عَندنا سْبَع خاوة، وتْزَوَّج الأَوَّل ومات: وكي ما عَندوش الدْراري خَلاّ مَرتو لخوه،
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 وهَكدا صْرا للتاني، والتالَت حَتّى للسابَع.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 بَعدهُم كامَل ماتَت المْرا.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 فالقِيامة، شْكون فالسَبعة اللي تْكون هَديك المْرا مَرتو؟ خاطَر كامَل أَدّاوها".
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 جاوَب يَسوع وقالَلهُم: "راهي تالفَتَّلكُم خاطَر ما تَعَّرفو لا الكْتوب وَلا قُدرة الله.
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 خاطَر فالقِيامة، ما يَتزَوّجو ما يَتزَوّجو بيهُم، بَصَّح يْكونو كي المَلايكة فالسْما.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 وعلى قِيامة الموتى، ما قْريتوش كْلام الله ليكُم اللي يْقول:
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 "أنا إلَه إبراهيم وإلَه إسحاق وإلَه يَعقوب؟ الله ماشي إلَه الموتى، الله إلَه الحَيّين."
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.
33 كي سْمَع الغاشي، دَهش فالتَعليم مْتاعو.
33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.
34 الفَرّيسِيّين كي سَمعو باللي يَسوع بَكَّم الصَدّوقِيّين، تْلايمو في مَدرَب واحَد.
34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 وواحَد فيهُم، شيخ مْتاع الشَريعة سَقساه باش يْجَرّبو:
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 "شيخ، أَما هُوَ الفَرض الكْبير فالشَريعة؟"
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 جاوبو يَسوع: "تْحَب الرَب إلَهَك من كُل قَلبَك ومن كُل نَفسَك ومن كُل تَخمامَك.
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 هَدا هُوَ الفَرض الكْبير والأوَّل.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 بَصَّح كايَن التاني كيما هُوَ: تْحَب قْريبَك كيما نَفسَك.
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 كامَل الشَريعة والأنبيا مَبنِيّين على هاد الزوج فْرايَض."
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 كي كانو الفَرّيسِيّين مَتلايمين، سَقساهُم يَسوع،
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 وقال: "واش رايكُم فالمَسيح؟ وْليد مَن هُوَ؟" قالولو: "وْليد داوَد."
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 قالَلهُم: "هِمّالا كيفاش داوَد بالروح يْعَيَّطلو "رَبّي" ويْقول:
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 "قال الرَب لرَبّي: "أَقعُد على يْميني حَتّى نْحَط عَديانَك تَحت رَجليك؟"
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 إيلا كان داوَد يْعَيَّطلو رَبّي، كيفاش هِمّالا يْكون وْليدو؟"
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 وحَتّى واحَد ما قْدَر يْجاوبو بكَلمة. ومن هَداك اليوم، واحَد ما زاد قْدَر يْسَقسيه في حاجة.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
