1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 Mé’ áníi gozlíni ibe’ yídįh daanlįįhíí k’ehgo, Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań biyati’, ibe’ nłt’éhi, bídįh daanohłįį, bee daanołseeł doleełhíí bighą:
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 NohweBik’ehń biłgoch’oba’íí iłk’idá’ daasolįhgo.
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.
4 Áń bich’į’ nnohkáh, áń tséé hiṉaahíí k’ehgo nlįį, nṉee doo hádaabit’įį da ndi łáń ílį́į́go Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań habiłtįį.

5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań biyati’ bek’e’eshchiiníí biyi’ gáṉíí, Isąą, Siongee hágon’ą́ą́gee tséé dantsé si’aaníí nnish’aah, łáń ílį́į́go hałtíni, áí tsééhíí Christ nlįį: áík’ehgo dahadíń bosdląądíí doo hant’é yik’e ídaayándzį da doleeł, ṉii.
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 Áí bighą áń daahohdlaaníí nohwich’į’ łáń ílį́į́: áídá’ doo da’odląą dahíí bich’į́’go tséé kįh ádaagole’íí yó’odaisṉe’i n’íí hágon’áágee dantsé si’aaníí silįį,
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 Doo da’odląą dahíí yséé bighą nach’igeehíí, tséé ts’iztałgo nach’ikaadíí silįį, Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań biyati’ doo daach’idits’ag dahíí bighą nach’iniidéh; díí yee bángon’ąąhi ádaach’it’ee.
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Áídá’ Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań, godiłhiłdí’ dabíí bits’ą́’dí’ díyat’éégo idindláádzhį’ nohwiká ánṉiidíí, ízisgo ye’at’ééhíí ch’í’ṉah ádaanołsį doleełhíí bighą nohwíí daałinolt’įįłíí hanohwi’dihesṉilhi ádaanoht’ee; nadaant’án okąąh yedaabik’ehíí daanohłįį, nohwinant’a’ dała’áhíí daanohłįįgo daagodinołsini, Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań bíyéé daanohłįį:
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Łahn doo Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań bíyééhíí daanohłįį da, n’íí k’adíí bíyéé daanohłįį: łahn Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań doo nohwaa ch’oba’ da, n’íí k’adíí nohwaa ch’oba’.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Shił daanohshóni, díí ni’gosdzáń biká’zhį’ nanidí’ nakaihíí ła’íí dét’įhézhį’ kú nakaihíí k’ehgo daanohłįįgo, nádaanohwoshkąąh, nohwits’í bich’į’ zhiṉéégo nchǫ’i zhą́ hádaaht’iiníí bits’ą́’zhį’ ádaanoht’ee, nohwijíí yuṉe’ nłt’éhihíí nchǫ’íí bich’į’ nagonlkaad;
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Doo Jews daanlįį dahíí binadzahgee nohwi’at’e’ nłt’éégo ádaanołsį: áík’ehgo doo bik’ehyú ánádaaht’įįł da, daaṉiigo nohwída’iłtah ndi nłt’éégo ánádaaht’įįłíí daayo’įįgo Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań ya’ihédaanzį doleeł, áń baa nyááhíí bijįį.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 NohweBik’ehń bíyéé daanohłįįhíí bighą nṉee yenagos’aaníí dawa bikísk’eh ádaanoht’ee: ízisgo nant’án, áń ízisgo at’éhi nlįįgo daadohts’ag;

14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Díí Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań nohwá hát’įį, dábik’ehyú ádaaht’iiníí bee nṉee doo daagoyą́ą́ dahíí, nt’é yaa yádaałti’íí doo yídaagołsį dahíí, doo nt’é daaṉii dago ádaahłe’:
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Jews bich’į’ begoz’aaníí doo dayúweh bi’isna’ daanohłįį da; da’ágát’éé ndi dawa nohwá bił ch’í’otąąhíí doo nohwinchǫ’íí bił yaa nadaasołtsooz da, áídá’ Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań bánada’ohsiidíí daanohłįįgo daahinohṉaa.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Nṉee dawa daadinołsį le’. Odlą’ bee nohwik’isyú daanliiníí nohwił daanzhǫǫ le’. Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań daadinołsįgo bédaałdzid le’. Ízisgo nant’anhíí daadinołsį le’.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Nada’ohsiidíí, nohwinant’a’ daanliiníí dawa bee daadinołsįgo daadohts’ag; daanzhooníí ła’íí doo hago ádaat’įį dahíí doo áí zhą́ da, áídá’ hadaashkeehíí ałdó’ daadohts’ag.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań binadzahgee nłt’éégo ách’ídzaago ídégoch’ilziyúgo, áídá’ doo nchǫ’go ách’ídzaa da ndi koniigodilṉe’go nye’i ch’idits’ago bidag ách’ít’ééyúgo, Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań binadzahgee dábik’ehyú ách’ít’éé.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Nchǫ’go ádaahdzaahíí bighą nohwiniigodelzaahíí bidag ádaanoht’eeyúgo, ya’ áí Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań bił nzhǫǫ nee? Dah. Áídá’ dábik’ehyú ádaaht’įį ndi nohwiniigodelzaago bidag ádaanoht’eeyúgohįį, áí Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań bił nzhǫǫ.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Ágát’éégo nohwiniidaagonłt’ééhíí bighą Bik’ehgo’ihi’ṉań nohwich’į’ ánṉiid: Christ nohwá biniigodelzaa, áík’ehgo shedaanołt’ee le’, nohwiłṉii:
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Áń doo nchǫ’go adzaa da, nach’aago yá’iti’íí doo bizé’dí’ diits’ag da:
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;

23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Áń nohwinchǫ’íí dabíí bits’í ída’áyiidlaago tsį’iłna’áhi yiká’ daztsąą, néé nohwinchǫ’íí bich’į’ dasiitsąądá’ dábik’ehyú ágot’eehíí bich’į’ daahin’ṉaa doleełhíí bighą: nohwá habi’doltsazíí bighą nohwinchǫ’íí bits’ą́’zhį’ nádaahdzii.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Dibełį́į́ ch’a’onałsą́ą́híí k’ehgo ádaanoht’ee ni’; k’adíí t’ąązhį’ dibełį́į́ Nanyoodihíí baa nánohkai, áń Christ nlįįgo nohwiyi’siziiníí Yiṉádéz’iiníí nlįį.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
