1 And the sons of Israel, according to their number, the heads of fathers, the commanders of thousands and hundreds and their officers, served the king in every matter in their divisions. These divisions came in and went out month by month throughout all the months of the year; each division having twenty-four thousand.
1 São estes os filhos de Israel segundo o seu número, os chefes das famílias e os capitães de milhares e de centenas com os seus oficiais, que serviam ao rei em todos os negócios dos turnos que entravam e saíam de mês em mês durante o ano, cada turno de vinte e quatro mil.
2 Over the first division for the first month was Jashobeam the son of Zabdiel, and in his division were twenty-four thousand;
2 Sobre o primeiro turno do primeiro mês estava Jasobeão, filho de Zabdiel; em seu turno havia vinte e quatro mil.
3 he was of the sons of Perez, and chief of all the commanders of the army for the first month.
3 Era este dos filhos de Perez, chefe de todos os capitães dos exércitos para o primeiro mês.
4 Over the division of the second month was Dodai an Ahohite, and of his division Mikloth also was the ruler; in his division were twenty-four thousand.

5 The third commander of the army for the third month was Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada the chief priest; in his division were twenty-four thousand.
5 O terceiro capitão do exército e o designado para o terceiro mês era Benaia, chefe, filho do sacerdote Joiada; também em seu turno havia vinte e quatro mil.
6 This was the Benaiah who was mighty among the thirty, and was over the thirty; in his division was Ammizabad his son.
6 Era este Benaia homem poderoso entre os trinta e cabeça deles; o seu turno estava ao encargo do seu filho Amizabade.
7 The fourth for the fourth month was Asahel the brother of Joab, and Zebadiah his son after him; in his division were twenty-four thousand.

8 The fifth commander for the fifth month was Shamhuth the Izrahite; in his division were twenty-four thousand.

9 The sixth for the sixth month was Ira the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite; in his division were twenty-four thousand.

10 The seventh for the seventh month was Helez the Pelonite, of the sons of Ephraim; in his division were twenty-four thousand.
10 O sétimo, para o sétimo mês, Heles, o pelonita, dos filhos de Efraim; também em seu turno havia vinte e quatro mil.
11 The eighth for the eighth month was Sibbechai the Hushathite, of the Zarhites; in his division were twenty-four thousand.
11 O oitavo, para o oitavo mês, Sibecai, o husatita, dos zeraítas; também em seu turno havia vinte e quatro mil.
12 The ninth for the ninth month was Abiezer the Anathothite, of the Benjamites; in his division were twenty-four thousand.
12 O nono, para o nono mês, Abiezer, o anatotita, dos benjamitas; também em seu turno havia vinte e quatro mil.
13 The tenth for the tenth month was Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zarhites; in his division were twenty-four thousand.

14 The eleventh for the eleventh month was Benaiah the Pirathonite, of the sons of Ephraim; in his division were twenty-four thousand.

15 The twelfth for the twelfth month was Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel; in his division were twenty-four thousand.

16 Furthermore, over the tribes of Israel: the ruler of the Reubenites, Eliezer the son of Zichri; of the Simeonites, Shephatiah the son of Maachah;
16 Sobre as tribos de Israel eram estes: sobre os rubenitas era chefe Eliézer, filho de Zicri; sobre os simeonitas, Sefatias, filho de Maaca;
17 of the Levites, Hashabiah the son of Kemuel; of the Aaronites, Zadok;
17 sobre os levitas, Hasabias, filho de Quemuel; sobre os aronitas, Zadoque;
18 of Judah, Elihu, one of Davids brothers; of Issachar, Omri the son of Michael;
18 sobre Judá, Eliú, dos irmãos de Davi; sobre Issacar, Onri, filho de Micael;
19 of Zebulun, Ishmaiah the son of Obadiah; of Naphtali, Jerimoth the son of Azriel;
19 sobre Zebulom, Ismaías, filho de Obadias; sobre Naftali, Jerimote, filho de Azriel;
20 of the sons of Ephraim, Hoshea the son of Azaziah; of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Joel the son of Pedaiah;
20 sobre os filhos de Efraim, Oseias, filho de Azazias; sobre a meia tribo de Manassés, Joel, filho de Pedaías;
21 of the half-tribe of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo the son of Zechariah; of Benjamin, Jaasiel the son of Abner;
21 sobre a outra meia tribo de Manassés em Gileade, Ido, filho de Zacarias; sobre Benjamim, Jaasiel, filho de Abner;
22 of Dan, Azarel the son of Jeroham. These were the rulers over the tribes of Israel.
22 sobre Dã, Azarel, filho de Jeroão; estes eram os chefes das tribos de Israel.
23 But David did not take the number of those twenty years old and under, because Jehovah had said He would multiply Israel like the stars of the heavens.

24 Joab the son of Zeruiah began to count, but he did not finish, for wrath came upon Israel because of this; nor was the number recorded in the account of the chronicles of King David.

25 Azmaveth the son of Adiel was over the kings treasuries; and Jehonathan the son of Uzziah was over the storehouses in the fields, in the cities, in the villages, and in the towers.
25 Azmavete, filho de Adiel, estava sobre os tesouros do rei; sobre o que este possuía nos campos, nas cidades, nas aldeias e nos castelos, Jônatas, filho de Uzias.
26 Ezri the son of Chelub was over those who did the work of the field for working the land.
26 Sobre os lavradores do campo, que cultivavam a terra, Ezri, filho de Quelube.
27 And Shimei the Ramathite was over the vineyards, and Zabdi the Shiphmite was over the produce of the vineyards for the supply of wine.
27 Sobre as vinhas, Simei, o ramatita; porém sobre o que das vides entrava para as adegas, Zabdi, o sifmita.
28 Baal-Hanan the Gederite was over the olive trees and the sycamore trees in the lowlands, and Joash was over the supply of oil.
28 Sobre os olivais e sicômoros que havia nas campinas, Baal-Hanã, o gederita; porém Joás, sobre os depósitos do azeite.
29 And Shitrai the Sharonite was over the herds that fed in Sharon, and Shaphat the son of Adlai was over the herds in the valleys.
29 Sobre os gados que pasciam em Sarom, Sitrai, o saronita; porém sobre os gados dos vales, Safate, filho de Adlai.
30 Obil the Ishmaelite was over the camels, Jehdeiah the Meronothite was over the donkeys,
30 Sobre os camelos, Obil, o ismaelita; sobre as jumentas, Jedias, o meronotita.
31 and Jaziz the Hagrite was over the flocks. All these were the officials over King Davids property.
31 Sobre o gado miúdo, Jaziz, o hagareno; todos estes eram administradores da fazenda do rei Davi.
32 Also Jehonathan, Davids uncle, was a counselor, a wise man, and a scribe; and Jehiel the son of Hachmoni was with the kings sons.
32 Jônatas, tio de Davi, era do conselho, homem sábio e escriba; Jeiel, filho de Hacmoni, atendia os filhos do rei.
33 Ahithophel was the kings counselor, and Hushai the Archite was the kings friend.
33 Aitofel era do conselho do rei; Husai, o arquita, amigo do rei.
34 After Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, then Abiathar. And the commander of the kings army was Joab.
34 A Aitofel sucederam Joiada, filho de Benaia, e Abiatar; Joabe era comandante do exército do rei.
