1 The `title of the hundrid and eiyte and thrittithe salm. `To victorie, the salm of Dauith. Lord, thou hast preued me, and hast knowe me;
1 Ó Senhor Deus, eu te agradeço de todo o coração; diante de todos os deuses eu canto hinos de louvor a ti.
2 thou hast knowe my sitting, and my rising ayen.
2 Por causa do teu amor e da tua fidelidade, eu me ajoelho virado para o teu santo Templo e dou graças a ti. Pois tens mostrado que o teu nome e as tuas promessas estão acima de tudo.
3 Thou hast vndirstonde my thouytis fro fer; thou hast enquerid my path and my corde.
3 Quando te chamei, tu me respondeste e, com o teu poder, aumentaste as minhas forças.
4 And thou hast bifor seien alle my weies; for no word is in my tunge.
4 Ó Senhor Deus, todos os reis da terra te louvarão quando ouvirem falar das tuas promessas.
5 Lo! Lord, thou hast knowe alle thingis, the laste thingis and elde; thou hast formed me, and hast set thin hond on me.
5 Eles cantarão a respeito das coisas que tu, ó pois grande é a tua
6 Thi kunnyng is maad wondirful of me; it is coumfortid, and Y schal not mowe to it.
6 Tu estás lá nas alturas, mas assim mesmo te interessas pelos humildes, e os orgulhosos não podem se esconder de ti.
7 Whidir schal Y go fro thi spirit; and whider schal Y fle fro thi face?
7 Quando estou cercado de perigos, tu me dás segurança. A tua força me protege do ódio dos meus inimigos; tu me salvas pelo teu poder.
8 If Y schal stie in to heuene, thou art there; if Y schal go doun to helle, thou art present.
8 Tu cumprirás tudo o que me prometeste. O teu amor dura para sempre, ó Não abandones o trabalho que começaste.
