1 O sing to the LORD a new song: sing to the LORD, all the earth.
1 Cantem ao Senhor um novo cântico; cantem ao Senhor, todos os habitantes da terra!
2 Sing to the LORD, bless his name; show forth his salvation from day to day.
2 Cantem ao Senhor, bendigam o seu nome; cada dia proclamem a sua salvação!
3 Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.
3 Anunciem a sua glória entre as nações, seus feitos maravilhosos entre todos os povos!
4 For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods.
4 Porque o Senhor é grande e digno de todo louvor, mais temível do que todos os deuses!
5 For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens.
5 Todos os deuses das nações não passam de ídolos, mas o Senhor fez os céus.
6 Honor and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
6 Majestade e esplendor estão diante dele, poder e dignidade, no seu santuário.
7 Give to the LORD, O ye kindreds of the people, give to the LORD glory and strength.
7 Dêem ao Senhor, ó famílias das nações, dêem ao Senhor glória e força.
8 Give to the LORD the glory due to his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.
8 Dêem ao Senhor a glória devida ao seu nome, e entrem nos seus átrios trazendo ofertas.
9 O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth.
9 Adorem ao Senhor no esplendor da sua santidade; tremam diante dele todos os habitantes da terra.
10 Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he will judge the people righteously.
10 Digam entre as nações: "O Senhor reina! " Por isso firme está o mundo, e não se abalará, e ele julgará os povos com justiça.
11 Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fullness of it.
11 Regozijem-se os céus e exulte a terra! Ressoe o mar e tudo o que nele existe!
12 Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice before the LORD:
12 Regozijem-se os campos e tudo o que neles há! Cantem de alegria todas as árvores da floresta,
13 For he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he will judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.
13 cantem diante do Senhor, porque ele vem, vem julgar a terra; julgará o mundo com justiça e os povos, com a sua fidelidade!
