1 And the Lorde spake vnto Moses saynge:
1 O S enhor disse a Moisés:
2 speake vnto the childern of Israel and saye vnto them: Yf any man will geue a synguler vowe vnto the Lorde acordynge to the value
2 “Dê as seguintes instruções ao povo de Israel. Se alguém fizer um voto especial de dedicar uma pessoa ao S enhor mediante o pagamento do valor dessa pessoa,
3 of his soule then shall the male from .xx. yere vnto .lx. be set at fyftie sycles of syluer after the sycle of the sanctuary
3 deve usar a seguinte escala de valores. Um homem de 20 a 60 anos vale 600 gramas de prata, de acordo com o siclo do santuário;
4 and the female at .xxx. sycles.
4 uma mulher da mesma idade vale 360 gramas de prata.
5 And from .v. yeres to xx. the male shalbe set at .xx. sycles and the female at .x. sycles.
5 Um menino ou rapaz de 5 a 20 anos vale 240 gramas de prata; uma menina ou moça da mesma idade vale 120 gramas de prata.
6 And from a moneth vnto .v. yere the male shalbe set at .v. sycles of syluer and the female at thre.
6 Um menino de 1 mês a 5 anos vale 60 gramas de prata; uma menina da mesma idade vale 36 gramas de prata.
7 And the man that is .lx. and aboue shalbe valowed at .xv. sicles, ad the woman at .x.
7 Um homem de mais de 60 anos vale 180 gramas de prata; uma mulher da mesma idade vale 120 gramas de prata.
8 Yf he be to poore so to be set, the let him come before the preast: and let the preast value him acordynge as the hande of him that vowed is able to gete.
8 Quem desejar fazer o voto, mas não puder pagar a quantia exigida, levará a pessoa ao sacerdote, e ele determinará a quantia a ser paga com base nos recursos de quem fez o voto.
9 Yf it be of the beestes of which men bringe an offeringe vnto the Lorde: all that any man geueth of soch vnto the Lorde shalbe holy.
9 “Se alguém fizer o voto de entregar um animal como oferta para o S enhor , toda oferta ao S enhor será considerada santa.
10 He maye not alter it nor chaunge it: a good for a bad or a bad for a goode. Yf he chaunge beest for beest then both the same beest and it also where with it was chaunged shall be holy.
10 Não trocará nem substituirá o animal por outro, seja um animal bom por um ruim ou um animal ruim por um bom. Mas, se trocar um animal por outro, tanto o primeiro como o segundo serão considerados santos.
11 yf it be any maner of vncleane beest of which men maye not offer vnto the Lorde let him brynge the beest before the preast
11 Se o voto for a entrega de um animal impuro que não é aceitável como oferta para o S enhor , levará o animal até o sacerdote,
12 and let the preast value it. And whether it be good or bad as the preast setteth it so shall it be.
12 e ele determinará o valor, e sua avaliação, alta ou baixa, será definitiva.
13 And yf he will bye it agayne let him geue the fyfte parte moare to that it was set at.
13 Quem desejar comprar de volta o animal pagará o valor estipulado pelo sacerdote, mais um quinto do valor.
14 Yf any man dedicate his housse it shalbe holy vnto the Lorde. And the preast shall set it. whether it be good or bad and as the preast hath set it so it shalbe.
14 “Se alguém dedicar uma casa ao S enhor , o sacerdote a avaliará. Sua avaliação, seja alta ou baixa, será definitiva.
15 Yf he that sanctifyed it will redeme his housse let him geue the fyfte parte of the money that it was iudged at thereto and it shalbe his.
15 Se a pessoa que dedicou a casa quiser comprá-la de volta, pagará o valor estipulado pelo sacerdote, mais um quinto do valor. Desse modo, a casa voltará a ser sua.
16 Yf a man halowe a pece of his enhereted londe vnto the Lorde it shalbe set acordynge to that it beareth. Yf it bere an homer of barlye it shall be set at fyftie sicles of syluer.
16 “Se alguém dedicar ao S enhor uma parte de sua propriedade familiar, o valor será determinado de acordo com a quantidade de sementes necessária para semeá-la: 600 gramas de prata por um campo semeado com 220 litros de sementes de cevada.
17 yf he halowe his felde inmediatly from the trompet yere it shalbe worth acordynge as it is estemed. But and if he halowe his felde after the tropetyere the preast shall reke the price with him acordynge to the yeres that remayne vnto the tropet yere, ad there after it shalbe lower sett.
17 Se o campo for dedicado ao S enhor no Ano do Jubileu, será aplicado o valor total.
18 — ausente —
18 Mas, se o campo for dedicado depois do Ano do Jubileu, o sacerdote calculará o valor da terra de modo proporcional ao número de colheitas restantes até o próximo Ano do Jubileu. O valor calculado será reduzido a cada ano que passar.
19 Yf he that sanctifyed the felde will redeme it agayne let him put the fyfte parte of the pryce that it was set at,
19 Se a pessoa que dedicou o campo desejar comprá-lo de volta, pagará o valor estipulado pelo sacerdote, mais um quinto do valor. O campo voltará a ser legalmente seu.
20 there vnto and it shalbe his yf he will not it shalbe redemed nomoare.
20 Se, contudo, não quiser reavê-lo e ele for vendido a outra pessoa, o campo não poderá mais ser comprado de volta.
21 But when the felde goeth out in the trompet yere it shalbe holy vnto the Lorde: euen as a thinge dedycated, ad it shall be the preastes possession.
21 Quando o campo for liberado no Ano do Jubileu, será santo, totalmente dedicado ao S enhor , e se tornará propriedade dos sacerdotes.
22 Yf a man sanctifie vnto the Lorde a felde which he hath boughte and is not of his enheritaunce
22 “Se alguém dedicar ao S enhor um campo que comprou, mas que não faz parte de sua propriedade familiar,
23 then the preast shall reken with him what it is worth vnto the trompet yere and he shall geue the price that it is set at the same daye, and it shalbe holy vnto the Lorde.
23 o sacerdote determinará o valor com base no número de colheitas restantes até o próximo Ano do Jubileu. Nesse mesmo dia, a pessoa entregará o valor do campo como doação sagrada para o S enhor .
24 But in the trompet yere, the felde shall returne vnto him, of whome he boughte it, whose enheritaunce of londe it was.
24 No Ano do Jubileu, o campo será devolvido a quem o herdou como propriedade familiar.
25 And all settinge shalbe acordinge to the holy sycle. One sycle maketh .xx. Geras.
25 (Todos os pagamentos serão calculados de acordo com o peso do siclo do santuário, equivalente a doze gramas. )
26 But the firstborne of the beestes that pertayne vnto the Lorde, maye no ma sanctifie: whether it be oxe or shepe, for they are the Lordes allredy.
26 “O macho da primeira cria de um animal não poderá ser dedicado ao S enhor , pois a primeira cria de seu gado, de suas ovelhas e de suas cabras já pertence a ele.
27 Yf it be an vncleane beest, then let him redeme it as it is sett at, and geue the fifte parte moare thereto. Yf it be not redemed, the let it be solde as it is rated.
27 É possível, porém, comprar de volta a primeira cria de um animal impuro mediante o pagamento do valor estipulado pelo sacerdote, mais um quinto do valor. Se o animal não for comprado de volta, o sacerdote o venderá pelo valor estipulado.
28 Notwithstondinge no dedicated thinge that a man dedicateth vnto the Lorde, of all his goode, whether it be man or beest or lande off his enheritaunce, shalbe solde or redemed: for all dedicate thiges are most holy vnto the Lorde.
28 “Contudo, qualquer coisa totalmente dedicada ao S enhor , seja uma pessoa, um animal ou uma propriedade familiar, jamais será vendida ou comprada de volta. Tudo que é assim consagrado é santíssimo e pertence ao S enhor .
29 No dedicate thinge therfore that is dedicate of ma, may be redemed, but must nedes dye
29 Nenhuma pessoa que tenha sido definitivamente marcada para destruição poderá ser comprada de volta; deverá ser executada.
30 All these tithes of the londe, whether it be of the corne of the felde or frute of the trees, shalbe holy vnto the Lorde.
30 “A décima parte dos produtos da terra, sejam os cereais dos campos ou os frutos das árvores, pertence ao S enhor e deve ser consagrada a ele.
31 Yf any man will redeme oughte of his tithes, let him adde the fifte parte moare thereto.
31 Se você desejar comprar de volta a décima parte dos cereais ou frutos pertencente ao S enhor , pagará o seu valor, mais um quinto do valor.
32 And the tithes of oxen and shepe and of all that goeth vnder the herdemans kepinge, shalbe holye tithes vnto the Lorde.
32 Conte um de cada dez animais do seu gado e dos seus rebanhos e separe-os para o S enhor , considerando-os santos.
33 Men shal not loke yf it be good or bad nor shall chaunge it. Yf any man chaunge it then both it and that it was chaunged with all, shalbe holy and maye not be redemed.
33 Não faça distinção entre animais bons e ruins nem substitua um pelo outro. Mas, se trocar um animal por outro, tanto o primeiro como o seu substituto serão considerados santos e não poderão ser comprados de volta”.
34 These are the commaundmentes whiche the Lorde gaue Moses in charge to geue vnto the childern of Israel in mount Sinai.
34 Esses são os mandamentos que o S enhor deu aos israelitas por meio de Moisés no monte Sinai.
