1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 —Sir cara rehquey úchtaan wanro. Cara reyat ima wacját wiya yehw̃íc cuitar fiesta yajquín órojocro.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 Eyta oror cuitar uw chiín acu ima cacmín áyjacro. Récaji secuan acu cájaquin quin secuan chiín acu cacmín áyjacro. Chic cuar rótiro.
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.

4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.

5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.

6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 Cacmín eyta ruhw̃uyat, cara rey túrjacro. Eyta turir, ima soldádoin áyjacro. Ayat soldádoinat bíyinat cacmín tíw̃jactara, eyin cat rahra tiw̃ téjecro. Bíyinat ruhw̃ujáctara eyin pueblo cat, ubach cat bahnác wahná téjecro.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 Etar ima cacmín quin wajacro: “As wacjá wiya yehw̃íc fiesta bahnác órojocro. Eyta cuar uwa roquín chíjaquin urá ay batro. Ur ay bár rehquít, usar raúwajar binro.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Eyta chíhtara ba carretera aw̃at uw wahitay béowi. Erara beyar uwa chiwi. Cuisa bita bin istíctara, as wacjí wiya yehw̃íc fiesta cuit roquín ac chiwi,” wajacro.
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Eyta wacayat, cacmín ibta aw̃at uw wahitay béjecro. Uwa bita bin istíctara, eta bin chíjacro. Chíjaqueyin ur ay bin cat, ur ay bár bin cat sécuajacro. Eyta secuar fiesta yajquín ubach tan sar ricán to sécuajacro.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 Eyta sécuayat, cara reyat cat uw wahitay usar raújacro. Rauwir ítitan, ser istiyá eyan oya fiesta cuitar ow̃ata bin ów̃tiro.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 Eyta istír ser ey quin wajacro: “Chahrú, ¿bitara reht fiesta cuitar ow̃ata bin oya ów̃tiqui?” wajacro. Eyta táyoyat, ser eya ajc chin chájacro.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 Etar cara reyat ima cacmín quin wajacro: “Ser eya questawi. Quescara cat, átcara cat cay questawi. Cay questár car watar uc tewi. Tinjac baquí chira cuitar uc tewi,” wajacro. “Erar técayat, ey bar óyqueyra. Erar yara abáy rehquít ruhra cat cuechwáyqueyra,” -wajacro, Jesusat-.
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.

14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.

16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Eyta cuácayat is quin ehcuwi. Behmát séhw̃atan, romano cara reyat is quin tayar chícayat, ¿isat túnataica, túnajarica? ¿Sir chihtá cutar tunin ajc waaquí? 17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?

18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?

19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 Etat Jesusat eyin quin táyojocro:
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?

21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.

22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Im ey rícara cuitar saducéoin Jesús quin béhjecro. Saducéoinat sihw̃at, uw sácajaquin sícotra estají yínajar síhw̃aro. Saduceo éyinat Jesús quin tayon acu wajacro:

Eyta báhyeyra ima rabat yarjaquey wiya jor yehw̃ata” wac bahjacro. Yehw̃ír yarjaquey acu sasá cohnátaro. Rab yarjaquey acu cohnátaro. Yarjaquey wiya ojc cut sasá cohnátaro. Isat eyta yajquín acu Moisesat cuihsú bahjacro, -wajacro-.
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Eyta cuácayat is uw tac icar rábinan cucuí ojcor táyonro. Rab eyin rab cahmor bijat wiya yehw̃jacro. Yehw̃ír sah bár cuar yarjacro. Eyta cuácayat, yarjaquey rabat chein wiya báhjaquey yehw̃jacro. Yehw̃ír ey cat, sah bár cuar yarjacro.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 Ey yar yiror, rab báwoyat chein wiya yehw̃jacro. Yehw̃ír, ey cat sah bár cuar yarjacro. Eytaan rab cucwoy tas bahnáquinat yehw̃ír, sah bár cuar sácajacro.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Rabin bahnaquin sah istiti sacay cutar chájareht, chein wiya cat ubar ojcor yarjacro.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Eyta cuácayat, sácajaquin sicor estají yinátair waquít, ¿sácajaquin wiya ey sicor cat bi rabay jácataca? -táyojocro, Jesús quin-. Ey wiw̃ eyan rabin cucuí binat yehw̃jacro, wajacro, Jesús quin.
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Eyta wacayat Jesusat wajacro:
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.

30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.

31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 Abrahamin, Isaaquin, Jacobin sácajac cuar Sirat wajacro: “Asan Abrahamin acu, Isaaquin acu, Jacobin acu Sitro,” wajacro. Sira chein acui Sir batro. Estají bin acu Sitro.
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.

33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.

34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 Secuar eyin owár bin bachan chihtán síw̃quinat Jesús urá wahitín acu táyojocro:
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 —Síw̃quibu, Moisés chiht istiy, chiht istiy bahjác sicar ¿biyan ayan cuitca? wajacro.
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Eyta táyoyat wajacro:
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 Chihtá eyan récaji biro. Ayan cuít biro.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 Ey yahncút bi cat eyan wanro. “Behmá urá cut behmán sehnác eyta cahujín cat eyta sehnác chaw̃i.”
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 Chihtá eyan caba yajcayat, Moisesat chihtá bita cuihsú bahjáctara, bahnác caba yajcaro. Sir chihtá ehcúquinat chihtá bita ehcú bahjáctara bahnác caba yajcaro.
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 Eyta waquír, fariséoin owár sécuajaquin quin Jesusat táyojocro:
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 —¿Sirat Cristo ayquey tamo baat icúr síhw̃aqui? Baat síhw̃atan, ¿rehrá wihnacá? wajacro.
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Etat wajacro:
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 Sirat ajmár cara quino wajacro: “Asi jor bahan cara chaquic acor ítuwi,” wajacro, Sirat. “Aját bah quehsí bin bahnaquin burbar yajquíc acor ítuwi,” wajacro, Sirat ajmár cara quin.
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 Davidat “ajmár cara” waquíc cuitar Cristo ima cara ehcuro. Eyta ehcujác cuar baat Crístoan “David wihná” wacaro.
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Eyta wacayat eyin bahnaquin ajc sácajacro. Etar yahncutra istiyati ey urá istín acu táyotiro.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
