3 whose adorning let it not be that outward one of tressing of hair, and wearing gold, or putting on apparel;

4 but the hidden man of the heart, in the incorruptible {ornament} of a meek and quiet spirit, which in the sight of God is of great price.

5 For thus also the holy women who have hoped in God heretofore adorned themselves, being subject to their own husbands;

6 as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord; whose children ye have become, doing good, and not fearing with any kind of consternation.

7 {Ye} husbands likewise, dwell with {them} according to knowledge, as with a weaker, {even} the female, vessel, giving {them} honour, as also fellow-heirs of {the} grace of life, that your prayers be not hindered.
8 Ateména pʉtʉáa: Mʉ́ã niipetira sĩcãrĩbíro ãñurõ niirecʉtiya; cãmerĩ́ bóaneõ ĩñaña; sĩcʉ̃põna tiiróbiro maĩrécʉtiya; ãñurõ niiña ãpẽrãména; “ʉ̃sã ãpẽrã́ nemorṍ ãñuré tiia”, jĩĩ wãcũrijãña.

9 not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing; but on the contrary, blessing {others}, because ye have been called to this, that ye should inherit blessing.
10 Ate maquẽ Salmopũpʉre jóanoã:
10 For he that will love life and see good days, let him cause his tongue to cease from evil and his lips that they speak no guile.
11 Ñañaré tiidʉgárenorẽ tiiríjãña; ãñurépere tiiyá.
11 And let him avoid evil, and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it;
12 Basocá ãñurã́rẽ marĩ Õpʉ̃ cotequi.
12 because {the} eyes of {the} Lord {are} on {the} righteous, and his ears towards their supplications; but {the} face of {the} Lord {is} against them that do evil.
13 Mʉ́ã ãñurépe bayiró tiidʉgári, ¿noãpé mʉ́ãrẽ ñañarõ tiiápebogari? Ñañarõ tiirícua.
13 And who shall injure you if ye have become imitators of that which {is} good?
14 Apetó tiirá, mʉ́ã ãñuré tiipacári, ãpẽrã́ mʉ́ãrẽ ñañarõ netõrĩ́ tiibócua. Teero tiirí ĩñagʉ̃, Cõãmacʉ̃ mʉ́ãrẽ ʉsenirĩ tiigʉ́daqui. Teero tiirá, cʉ̃́ãrẽ cuirijãña. Mʉ́ãrẽ tiiádarere wãcũrijãña.
14 E até sereis felizes, se padecerdes alguma coisa por causa da justiça!
15 Teero wãcũrõno tiirá, “Cristo ʉ̃sã Õpʉ̃ niiĩ” jĩĩ wãcũ, cʉ̃ʉ̃rẽ padeoyá. Ãpẽrã́ mʉ́ãrẽ sãĩñábocua: “Mʉ́ã Jesuré padeorá, ¿ñeenó ãñurére yuera tiii?” jĩĩbocua. Mʉ́ã yʉʉmasĩrã niirucujãña. Mʉ́ã yʉʉra, tutiro manirṍ yʉʉya. Cʉ̃́ãrẽ quioníremena niirére ẽñoñá.
15 Portanto, não temais as suas ameaças e não vos turbeis. Antes santificai em vossos corações Cristo, o Senhor. Estai sempre prontos a responder para vossa defesa a todo aquele que vos pedir a razão de vossa esperança, mas fazei-o com suavidade e respeito.
16 Mʉ́ã Cristore padeoré wapa ãpẽrã́ mʉ́ã ãñurõ tiirére ñañarõ jĩĩãdacua. Teero jĩĩpacari, mʉ́ãpe ãñurõ tiiyá, ãñurõ catirí yeeripũna cʉorucújããda jĩĩrã. Mʉ́ã teero tiirí, mʉ́ãrẽ ñañarõ jĩĩãrira boboádacua.
16 Tende uma consciência reta a fim de que, mesmo naquilo em que dizem mal de vós, sejam confundidos os que desacreditam o vosso santo procedimento em Cristo.
17 Apetó tiigʉ́, Cõãmacʉ̃ basirora cʉ̃ʉ̃rẽ padeoráre ñañarõ netõrĩ́ booquí. Mʉ́ã ñañarõ netõré mʉ́ã ãñurõ tiiárigue wapa niiãrõ; mʉ́ã booró ñañaré tiiárigue wapape niirijããrõ.
17 Aliás, é melhor padecer, se Deus assim o quiser, por fazer o bem do que por fazer o mal.
18 Cristocã ãñugʉ̃́ niipacʉ, ñañarõ netõwĩ́. Cʉ̃ʉ̃ ñañaré manigʉ̃́, marĩ ñañaré tiiré wapare dia wapatíbosarigʉ niiwĩ. Ñañarã́rẽ diabosagʉ, teero tiiwí. Marĩrẽ netõnégʉ̃, sĩcãrĩrã diawi. Cʉ̃ʉ̃ teero tiirémena cʉ̃ʉ̃ Pacʉ pʉtopʉ marĩrẽ jeamasĩrĩ tiiwí. Cʉ̃ʉ̃ya õpʉ̃ʉ̃rẽjã diajõãwĩ. Diatoa, too síro masãrigʉ niiwĩ. Cʉ̃ʉ̃ya yeeripũnapeja diaririro niiwʉ̃.
18 Pois também Cristo morreu uma vez pelos nossos pecados - o Justo pelos injustos - para nos conduzir a Deus. Padeceu a morte em sua carne, mas foi vivificado quanto ao espírito.

19 É neste mesmo espírito que ele foi pregar aos espíritos que eram detidos no cárcere, àqueles que outrora, nos dias de Noé, tinham sido rebeldes,
20 Cʉ̃́ã Noé niiritopʉ macãrã niiyira. Noé dooríwʉre tiiré bʉrecorire Cõãmacʉ̃ basocá cʉ̃́ã ñañarére tiipacári, yoari nʉcãjã́yigʉ ména. Tiiwʉré peotíari siro, ocho basocá sããwayira. Teero tiirá, oco dúupacari, netõnénoyira.
20 quando Deus aguardava com paciência, enquanto se edificava a arca, na qual poucas pessoas, isto é, apenas oito se salvaram através da água.
21 Tee oco marĩrẽ wãmeõtire tiiróbiro queoré niiriro niiwʉ̃. Teeménarã marĩ netõnénorira niiã. Marĩrẽ wãmeõtiremena marĩye õpʉ̃ʉ̃rĩ jũĩrĩ́ túariguere coseríriro niiwʉ̃. 21 Esta água prefigurava o batismo de agora, que vos salva também a vós, não pela purificação das impurezas do corpo, mas pela que consiste em pedir a Deus uma consciência boa, pela ressurreição de Jesus Cristo.
22 Jesucristo Cõãmacʉ̃ pʉtopʉ mʉãwarigʉ Cõãmacʉ̃ya wãmo diamacʉ̃́niñape niiqui. Cʉ̃ʉ̃ niipetira Õpʉ̃ niiqui. Ángelea, niipetira õpãrã́ ʉ̃mʉã́sepʉ niirã́ sotoa macʉ̃pʉ niiqui.
22 Esse Jesus Cristo, tendo subido ao céu, está assentado à direita de Deus, depois de ter recebido a submissão dos anjos, dos principados e das potestades.
