5 Mʉ́ãcã Jesucristo menamacãrã niijĩrã, ʉ̃tãquiri catiré cʉoréquiri tiiróbiro niicu. Cõãmacʉ̃ mʉ́ã ʉ̃tãquiribiro niirã́mena sicawií tiiróbiro tiigʉ́ tiiquí. Toopʉ́ mʉ́ã paiá tiiróbiro niiãdacu. Jesucristo tiiápuremena Cõãmacʉ̃ dutiré dícʉre tii, cʉ̃ʉ̃rẽ ʉsenire ticoadacu; mʉ́ã ãñurõ tiirécãrẽ cʉ̃ʉ̃rẽ ʉsenipeoadacu.
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Cõãmacʉ̃ tee maquẽ wedeserere jóanoã cʉ̃ʉ̃ye queti jóaripũpʉ:
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 Teero tiigʉ́, cʉ̃ʉ̃ wapapacá niiĩ mʉ́ãrẽ, cʉ̃ʉ̃rẽ padeoráre. Cʉ̃ʉ̃rẽ padeohérapere Cõãmacʉ̃ye queti jóaripũpʉ ateré jĩĩã:
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 Atecã́rẽ jĩĩã:
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Mʉ́ã docare Cõãmacʉ̃ beserigʉ niiwĩ, cʉ̃ʉ̃yara niiãrõ jĩĩgʉ̃. Mʉ́ã paiá tiiróbiro niirã́ niicu, Cõãmacʉ̃ marĩ Õpʉ̃rẽ ʉsenire ticorá niijĩrã. Sicadita macãrã ãñuré dícʉre tiirá tiiróbiro niicu. Cõãmacʉ̃yara niicu. Cʉ̃ʉ̃ mʉ́ãrẽ beserigʉ niiwĩ, cʉ̃ʉ̃ ãñurõ tiirére wedearo jĩĩgʉ̃. Cʉ̃ʉ̃ mʉ́ãrẽ naĩtĩãrõpʉ tiiróbiro niimirirare beserigʉ niiwĩ. Teero tiirá, mʉ́ã cʉ̃ʉ̃mena niirã́ niijĩrã, cʉ̃ʉ̃ bóebatecoropʉ niirã́ tiiróbiro niicu. Cʉ̃ʉ̃ bóere ãñunetõjõãã.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Too sʉgueropʉre mʉ́ã cʉ̃ʉ̃ põna mee niiwʉ̃ ména. Atitóreja cʉ̃ʉ̃ põna niiã sáa. Too sʉgueropʉre mʉ́ãrẽ bóaneõ ĩñaririgʉ niiwĩ ména. Atitópereja mʉ́ã cʉ̃ʉ̃ bóaneõ ĩñarére masĩcu sáa.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Yʉʉ mʉ́ãrẽ maĩã. Teero tiigʉ́, mʉ́ãrẽ tiidutía. Mʉ́ã atibʉ́recopʉre wáanetõri basocá tiiróbiro niiã. Mʉ́ã niiãdaro peti ʉ̃mʉã́sepʉ niicu. Teero tiirá, ñañarére tiidʉgárijãña. Ñañaré tiidʉgáre ãñurõ tiidʉgárepere cãmotácu mʉ́ã yeeripũnapʉre.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Jesuré padeohéra mʉ́ã ãñurõ tiirécʉtirere ĩñapacara, mʉ́ãrẽ wedesãrã tiiáyira; mʉ́ã ãñuré tiipacári, teero jĩĩãmajããyira. Teero jĩĩãmapacara, mʉ́ã ãñuré tiirére ĩñaãyira. Teero tiirá, Jesús pʉtʉaatiri bʉreco jeari, biiro jĩĩãdacua: “Cõãmacʉ̃ ãñugʉ̃́ niiĩ; cʉ̃ʉ̃rã́ niijĩyi cʉ̃́ãrẽ ãñurére tiidutírigʉ” jĩĩãdacua.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.

14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Cõãmacʉ̃yere masĩdʉgaherape bʉ́ri peti mʉ́ãrẽ ñañarõ wedepatiãmajãbocua. Mʉ́ã ãñurépe tiirí docare, cʉ̃́ã deerope jĩĩmasĩricua. Teero tiigʉ́, Cõãmacʉ̃pe mʉ́ãrẽ ãñuré dícʉre tiirucúri booquí.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Mʉ́ã Moisés dutirére tiicotémirira teeré witirira tiiróbiro niicu. Teero tiirá, teeré witirira niijĩrã, ãñurõ niijãña. Sĩquẽrã “tee dutirére witirirapʉ niiã” jĩĩrã, ate wãcũbocua: “Teeré witirirapʉ niijĩrã, cuiro manirṍ ñañaré tiimasĩ́ã”, jĩĩ wãcũbocua. Niiria. Mʉ́ã Cõãmacʉ̃rẽ padecotera niiã. Teero tiirá, cʉ̃ʉ̃ boorére tiirucújãña.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Niipetirare quioníremena ĩñaña. Jesuré padeoráre maĩñá. Cõãmacʉ̃rẽ quioníremena ĩñaña. Romanuã õpʉ̃cãrẽ quioníremena ĩñaña.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Mʉ́ã sĩquẽrã ãpẽrãrẽ́ padecotera niicu. Mʉ́ã padecotere wiseri õpãrãrẽ́ quioníremena yʉʉya. Tutiré manirṍ mʉ́ãrẽ ãñurõ tiirá dícʉre yʉʉrijãña; ñañarõ tiirácãrẽ yʉʉya.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Apetó tiirá, mʉ́ã ãñurõ tiipacári, mʉ́ãrẽ dutirá mʉ́ãrẽ ñañarõ tiibócua. Cʉ̃́ã teero tiirí, mʉ́ã Cõãmacʉ̃rẽ padeorá niijĩrã, cʉ̃́ãrẽ pʉaníña jĩĩrijãña. Mʉ́ã teero tiirí, Cõãmacʉ̃ mʉ́ãrẽ “ãñurére tiirá tiiíya” jĩĩ ĩñagʉ̃daqui.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Apetó tiirá, mʉ́ã ñañarõ tiiárigue wapa páacua. Cʉ̃́ã páari, mʉ́ã nʉcãjã́rĩ, Cõãmacʉ̃ ĩñacoropʉre wapamaníã. Cʉ̃́ã páare mʉ́ãye wapa niiã. Apetó tiirá, mʉ́ã ãñurõ tiipacári, mʉ́ãrẽ ñañarõ netõrĩ́ tiibócua. Mʉ́ã cúaro manirṍ nʉcãrĩ́, Cõãmacʉ̃ ĩñacoropʉre wapacʉtía.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Cõãmacʉ̃ marĩ teero tiiádarare beserigʉ niiwĩ. Cristo marĩrẽ netõnégʉ̃ ñañarõ netõ, diawi. Ãñurõ tiipacári, cʉ̃ʉ̃rẽ ñañarõ tiirí, teero nʉcãjã́wĩ. Teero tiigʉ́, marĩrẽ cʉ̃ʉ̃ tiirírobirora tiinʉnʉ́seri booquí.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Cʉ̃ʉ̃ ñañarére tiiríwi. Jĩĩditoriwi.
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Cʉ̃ʉ̃rẽ ñañarõ jĩĩrĩ, cʉ̃́ãrẽ pʉaníña jĩĩriwi. Basocá cʉ̃ʉ̃rẽ ñañarõ tiirí, cʉ̃́ãrẽ “ñañarõ tiigʉ́da mʉ́ãrẽ” jĩĩriwi. “Cõãmacʉ̃pʉ ñañaré tiiráre wapa tiigʉ́daqui” jĩĩ masĩjĩgʉ̃, “teerora tiigʉ́daqui yʉʉre ñañaré tiiráre” jĩĩrigʉ niiwĩ.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Teero tiigʉ́, cʉ̃ʉ̃ basirora marĩ ñañaré tiiré wapa wapatígʉ, curusapʉ diabosarigʉ niiwĩ. Cʉ̃ʉ̃ teero tiirémena marĩ ñañaré tiirére tiidúmasĩã. Teero biiri marĩrẽ ñañarére nʉnʉmírirare ãñuré Cõãmacʉ̃yepere nʉnʉrĩ́ tiiwí. Cʉ̃ʉ̃ye cãmimena marĩrẽ netõnérigʉ niiwĩ.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Marĩ oveja ditirira tiiróbiro niimiwʉ̃. Atitóre cʉ̃ʉ̃ bʉaríra tiiróbiro niicu. Cristo oveja cotegʉ́ tiiróbiro marĩrẽ cote, ĩñanʉnʉsequi.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
