1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 Wí hínchä̖́ˀi ay natsꞌanˀaypu̖yä̖ˀi nawâapꞌodaˀ waagibá, un wáˀ únkhâyˀä̖ˀ hânho ídaˀíˀin Jôesiví tun íhá̖hpúuwíˀin. Iví tundá yä̖ˀḏâaˀiḏa̖ˀ ûnmuu, heḏá nä́ˀi tundá unbí píˀnä́ khóˀjé únkwꞌôndi wovâykhóekhú̖u̖mäˀ, heḏiho bînhógiḏá unbí wä̖yu̖-á únkaypúuwí, heḏá wovâyˀaywoení.
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 Hä̖ä̖wí nakꞌâ̖a̖giˀi bîndä̂äḏi híwóˀdi namuuˀin únhanginpóe waagibá, únhanginpóe wáˀ háa Nanbí Sedó Jesus unbíˀpiye hânho híwóˀdi namuuˀin.
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.
4 Jesus-á wí wówáˀi kꞌuu waagiˀbá namuu, heḏi tobá tꞌowaḏi óejoegiˀan wänbo Jôesi Táḏáḏí óedeˀman, heḏá Jôesi Táḏágîˀ-á báyékí nachä̖ˀmuu.

Heḏi iwe un Jôesi Táḏávíˀpiye úvípimä́giˀindá owhaˀ waaginbá ímuu, heḏi in Huḏíyo owhaˀ hä̖ä̖wí Jôesi Táḏá óemäˀ waagibá, undá hä̖ä̖wí unbí píˀnä́ khóˀjé bînmáaˀi-á bînmäˀ, heḏi Jesus Christ-di wovâykhä̖geˀdoḏi nä́ˀi bînmäˀiˀḏá Jôesi Táḏá óehíhchandoˀ.
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Jôesi Táḏáví taˀnin diwe nä́ˀi tun ûntaˀmuu háa iˀ Christ-ví̖ˀgeḏi natú̖ waa:
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 Heḏiho un ivíˀpiye úvíwä̖yundeˀingîˀ i-á báyékí nachä̖ˀmuu, hewänbo in toˀwên dívíwä̖yundepíˀingîˀ-á nä́ˀin iví̖ˀgeḏi nataˀmuu:
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 Heḏá nä́ˀin wáˀ Jesus-ví̖ˀgeḏi nataˀmuu:Haˀwâa dínpoeˀo Jôesi Táḏáví tun ûnmuuˀin wíḏâyˀaˀgindopíḏí, heḏiho i-áho natú̖ nakhâyˀä̖ˀ gin dínpúuwíˀin.
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Hewänbo unnânkun in tꞌowa Jôesi Táḏáḏí wovâydeˀmannin ímuu. Undá owhaˀ iˀ tsondi hayˀiḏi wovâykwꞌóḏiˀin waaginbá ímuu. Undá in toˀwên Jôesi Táḏáḏí in wéˀgen tꞌowavíˀweḏi wovâywijeˀin ímuu. Undá in tꞌowa Jôesi Táḏávíˀinda̖ˀ ímuu, heḏânho iˀ shánkí heˀendi hä̖ä̖wí iˀan niˀgeḏi wéˀgen tꞌowa bînhanginˀânnamíḏí. Jôesi Táḏáḏânkun wovâytu̖hkánnan ivíˀin ímúuníḏí, heḏi khun diweḏi wovâywhahógiḏi iví saˀwóˀdi kohthay iwe wovâykwꞌóḏi.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 Wáymûu Jôesi Táḏáví tꞌowa wíˀímuupíwän, hebo nää-áho ivíˀin ímuu. Wáymûu-á Jôesiví sehkanä wívîntaapíwän, hewanbo nää-áho únhanginná iví sehkanä wovâymä́giˀin.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Un naaḏi wâysígíˀindá, nä́ä oepáa kꞌayḏi unbí kꞌaygi taˀgendi wíˀúnmuupí, nä́we hây tä̖hkíḏa̖ˀmân ípíyéthaa. Heḏânho kayˀindi wâytu̖máa, nä́ˀi yä̖ˀḏâapíkan in wéˀgen tꞌowa inbí túˀ iwe dicha̖a̖ḏi hânho dikandaˀi-áho wíˀúvíˀâ̖a̖mípí. Giˀbi hä̖ä̖wí-á unbí hâ̖a̖-áḏí ihä́nboˀ.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Undá nä́ˀin tꞌowa Jôesivíˀpiye dívíwä̖yundepíˀinbí jâa íjiˀ, heḏiho yä̖ˀḏâaˀi wówátsiḏa̖ˀ bînhûuwíˀin únkhâyˀä̖ˀ. Gindiḏiho tobáháa híwóhpí úvíˀoˀin ditû̖ˀ wänboˀ, in híwóˀnin úvíkanhonnin dâymúuní, heḏiho owáy Jôesi dínpówá ihayḏáho indi kwꞌáayébo óemáˀve-í.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 Tꞌä̖hkí in nangeˀin tsonnin dimuuˀinbí khómaphoˀ íkwoníˀin únkhâyˀä̖ˀ, heḏi gindiḏi Nanbí Sedó Jesus bînhíhchannamí. Háa iˀ nangewi kwꞌáyeˀi tsondi namuuˀiˀ natsonpoeˀo waa úvíkanhûuwí,

14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Jôesi nadaˀ híwó úvíˀâ̖a̖míˀin heḏânho tꞌowa ánshaapíˀin dimuuˀin heḏá háa dívíhíˀmáaˀin dínhanginnáhpíˀin dimuuˀin háabo híwóhpîˀ wíḏâymáˀve-ípí unbí̖ˀgeḏi ditú̖u̖níḏí.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Undá pan wíˀímuupí, heḏiho pan dimuupíˀin waagiˀin unbí wówátsi bînhûuwí. Hewänbo ímaˀpꞌä́ˀnin íwänpimuuḏibo wíˀíˀâ̖a̖nípí únkoḏiˀin á̖yîngipíḏíbo yä̖ˀḏâapíkan úvíˀâ̖a̖míḏí. Nää-á Jôesiví tꞌôeˀin ímuu, heḏiho iˀgîˀḏa̖ˀ unbí wówátsi bînhûuwí.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Tꞌä̖hkí tꞌowa bînˀaˀginhûuwí. In méesateˀin tíˀûuwin páaḏéˀindá bînsígíhûuwí. Jôesi-á bînˀaˀginmä̂äní. Heḏá i nangewi kwꞌáyeˀi tsondi namuuˀi wáˀ bînˀaˀgeení.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Un pantꞌôeˀin ímuuˀin, unbí tsonninbí khómaphoˀ úvípikwꞌôení tobáháa wovâytsonmáa wänboˀ. In tꞌä̖hkí bînˀaˀgeení, in híwóˀnin dimuuˀin heḏá in ûnpꞌoe kháapíˀin dimuuˀinda̖ˀbá joe, hewänbo in tꞌayjaaˀin dimuuˀin wáˀ.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Tobá wên háawên híwóhpíˀin wíˀúvíˀanpí wänbo wovâytꞌôephaḏekannandáhoˀ, Jôesiví̖ˀgeḏi úvíˀánshaamáaḏí nä́ˀi wa̖hkan wovâyˀandiˀ úvíyä̖́ä̖ˀandá, Jôesi-á undáḏí nahíhchanpúuwí.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Yä̖ˀḏâapíkan úvíˀoḏi wovâywhä̖́ḏiḏi úvíyä̖́ä̖ˀandáhoˀ, i̖ˀgeḏi wíˀúvíjêngihéeˀa̖mípí. Hewänbo tobá híwó úvíˀo wänbo wovâytꞌôephadekandoḏáhoˀ, heḏá úvíyä̖́ä̖ˀandá, Jôesi Táḏá undáḏí nahíhchanpúuwí.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Jôesi Táḏáḏí wovâytu̖hkánnan ivíˀin ímúuníḏí heḏânho bîntꞌôephaḏende wänbo úvíyä̖́ä̖ˀamíˀin íhá̖hpúuwí, gá Christ wáˀ ungîˀ itꞌôephaḏeḏân. Gindiḏi wovâyjéye háa únkhâyˀä̖ˀ úvíˀâ̖a̖míˀin, heḏi iví a̖htaa i̖ˀgebá ímú-í.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Christ wáymûu wänbo wíˀitꞌaywóˀnanpí, hójo wänbo iví sóphogeḏi wíˀûnpeepí.
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Jänäkí óehéeˀandi óetunsúuˀan dihayḏá, in toˀwên gin óeˀannin wíˀovâytunsúuˀanpí. Óetꞌôephaḏekannan dihayḏá wínatú̖hpí tꞌôephaḏeḏibá ovâyˀwáywáˀâa-íˀin, hewänbo Jôesi Táḏáví mange wíˀbo ijoeˀan, gá Jôesi Táḏáḏa̖ˀmânho taˀge natû̖ˀdân háa híwó háa híwóhpí wí toˀwí iˀoˀin.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Christ-dá phéˀwin deeḏi óetꞌóhtä̖gekꞌûˀḏi iví túˀḏí nanbí tꞌaywóˀdi dînhoˀ. Nachuu ihayḏá naˀin wáˀ gichuu waagibá gipóe, nanbí tꞌaywóˀdi iweḏi díweejé-íḏí, heḏiho nää-á nanbí wówátsi taˀge âyhûuwíˀin gínkhâyˀä̖ˀ. Christ-ví wa̖hkandi undá íwówa waagibá ípóe.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Wên kꞌúwá dipeḏeejiˀin waaginbá ímuuwän, hebo nää-á unbí á̖yí̖ˀdivíˀpiyebá íwáypówá, iˀḏá unbí hâ̖a̖ wovâyˀá̖yí̖ˀdoˀ.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
