3 whose adorning let it not be that outward one of tressing of hair, and wearing gold, or putting on apparel;
4 Ãsũ gapʉ ããrĩka, õãrã, õãrõ deyorã nome ããrĩdʉarã! Õãrĩ gũñarĩ oparã nome, gajirãrẽ turiro marĩrõ goepeyaro merã weretamurã nome, siñajãrĩ merã ããrĩrikʉrã nome ããrĩka! Õãrõ ããrĩrikʉri, dʉpʉre mamarĩ õãrõ deyori pereburosũ neõ perebirikoa. Mʉsã õãrõ ããrĩrikʉri, Marĩpʉ ĩũrõrẽ õãtariri ããrã.
4 but the hidden man of the heart, in the incorruptible {ornament} of a meek and quiet spirit, which in the sight of God is of great price.
5 Iripoeguere Marĩpʉyarã nome ãsũta ããrĩunanerã ããrĩmá. Ĩgʉ̃sã nome: “Marĩpʉ ãrĩderosũta yʉre õãrõ irigʉkumi”, ãrĩ bʉremurã, ĩgʉ̃sã marãpʉsãmarã dorerire õãrõ yʉjʉnerã ããrĩmá.
5 For thus also the holy women who have hoped in God heretofore adorned themselves, being subject to their own husbands;

Marĩpʉ mʉsã sẽrẽrĩrẽ yʉjʉburosũta ĩgʉ̃sã nomerẽ õãrõ irika!
7 {Ye} husbands likewise, dwell with {them} according to knowledge, as with a weaker, {even} the female, vessel, giving {them} honour, as also fellow-heirs of {the} grace of life, that your prayers be not hindered.
8 I merã mʉsã ããrĩpererãrẽ weretũnugʉra. Suro merã õãrõ ããrĩrikʉka! Mʉsã merãmarãrẽ bopoñarĩ merã ĩãka! Sugʉ pũrã irirosũ gãme maĩrikʉka! Õãrõ merã gãme iritamuka! “Gʉa, gajirã nemorõ ããrĩbea”, ãrĩ gũñaka!

9 Gajirã mʉsãrẽ ñerõ irimakʉ̃, ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ gãmibirikõãka! Mʉsãrẽ ĩgʉ̃sã ñerõ ãrĩ werenímakʉ̃, ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ ñerõ ãrĩ gãmibirikõãka! Ãsũ gapʉ irika! Ĩgʉ̃sãya ããrĩburire Marĩpʉre sẽrẽbosaka! Marĩpʉ mʉsãrẽ õãrõ iribu, irire irimurãrẽ pídi ããrĩmí.
9 not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing; but on the contrary, blessing {others}, because ye have been called to this, that ye should inherit blessing.
10 Marĩpʉya werenírĩ gojadea pũguere ãsũta ãrĩ gojasũdero ããrĩbʉ́:
10 For he that will love life and see good days, let him cause his tongue to cease from evil and his lips that they speak no guile.
11 Ããrĩpereri ñerĩ iririre pirikõãka! Õãrĩ gapʉre irika! Gãme ĩãturiro marĩrõ siñajãrĩ merã ããrĩrikʉka! Irire bʉro gããmeka!
11 And let him avoid evil, and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it;
12 Diayemarẽ irirãrẽ marĩ Opʉ irasũ koreníkõãmi. Ĩgʉ̃sã ĩgʉ̃rẽ sẽrẽrĩrẽ irasũ péníkõãmi. Ñerõ irirã gapʉre gããmebemi, ãrĩ gojasũdero ããrĩbʉ́.
12 because {the} eyes of {the} Lord {are} on {the} righteous, and his ears towards their supplications; but {the} face of {the} Lord {is} against them that do evil.
13 Õãrĩ ditare iridʉamakʉ̃, ¿noã mʉsãrẽ poyanorẽbukuri?
13 And who shall injure you if ye have become imitators of that which {is} good?
14 Diayemarẽ mʉsã irikeremakʉ̃, gajirã mʉsãrẽ ñerõ irimakʉ̃, Marĩpʉ gapʉ mʉsãrẽ õãrõ yámi. Irasirirã ʉsʉyáa. Mʉsãrẽ ñerõ iridʉarãrẽ güibirikõãka! Ĩgʉ̃sã mʉsãrẽ iriburire gũñarikʉbirikõãka!
14 E até sereis felizes, se padecerdes alguma coisa por causa da justiça!
15 Ãsũ gapʉ irika! Cristore: “Gʉa Opʉ ããrĩ́mi”, ãrĩ bʉremuka! Mʉsãrẽ: “¿Nasirirã Cristore bʉremurĩ?” ãrĩ sẽrẽñarãnorẽ pémasĩrĩ merã õãrõ yʉjʉka! Ĩgʉ̃sã mʉsãrẽ sẽrẽñaburo dupiyuro ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ yʉjʉburire õãrõ gũñayuka! Irasirirã ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ Cristo mʉsãrẽ tauburire õãrõ yʉjʉrãkoa.
15 Portanto, não temais as suas ameaças e não vos turbeis. Antes santificai em vossos corações Cristo, o Senhor. Estai sempre prontos a responder para vossa defesa a todo aquele que vos pedir a razão de vossa esperança, mas fazei-o com suavidade e respeito.
16 Turiro marĩrõ õãrõ bʉremurĩ merã ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ yʉjʉka! Õãrõ irika! Irasirirã: “Marĩpʉ ĩũrõ waja opabea”, ãrĩ gũñarãkoa. Cristore mʉsã bʉremurã ĩgʉ̃yare õãrõ irirã ããrĩmakʉ̃ gajirã mʉsãrẽ: “Ñerõ yáma”, ãrĩ werewʉanerã ĩgʉ̃sã mʉsãrẽ werewʉadea diaye ããrĩbirimakʉ̃ ĩãrã, gʉyasĩrĩrãkuma.
16 Tende uma consciência reta a fim de que, mesmo naquilo em que dizem mal de vós, sejam confundidos os que desacreditam o vosso santo procedimento em Cristo.
17 Marĩ ñerõ iriri waja gajirã marĩrẽ ñerõ tarimakʉ̃ iribukuma. Marĩpʉ gããmemakʉ̃, marĩ õãrõ iriri waja gajirã marĩrẽ ñerõ tarimakʉ̃ iriri gapʉ õãgoráa.
17 Aliás, é melhor padecer, se Deus assim o quiser, por fazer o bem do que por fazer o mal.
18 Irasũta Cristo õãgʉ̃ ããrĩkeregʉ, ñerõ tarimi. Suñarõta ããrĩpererã ñerĩ iridea wajare boa, wajaribosadi ããrĩmí. Marĩ ñerã ããrĩmakʉ̃, marĩya ããrĩburire ñerõ tarimi, marĩrẽ Marĩpʉyarã waamakʉ̃ iribu. Ĩgʉ̃, marĩ irirosũ dʉpʉkʉgʉ ããrĩsĩã, ĩgʉ̃ya dʉpʉgora tamerã boakõãmi. Ĩgʉ̃ boakeremakʉ̃, ĩgʉ̃ya yʉjʉpũrã merã okakõãdi ããrĩmí.
18 Pois também Cristo morreu uma vez pelos nossos pecados - o Justo pelos injustos - para nos conduzir a Deus. Padeceu a morte em sua carne, mas foi vivificado quanto ao espírito.
19 Irasirigʉ ĩgʉ̃ya yʉjʉpũrã merã boanerã ĩgʉ̃sã peresu irisũnerã ããrĩrṍgue waa, ĩgʉ̃sãya yʉjʉpũrãrĩrẽ Marĩpʉyare weredi ããrĩmí.
19 É neste mesmo espírito que ele foi pregar aos espíritos que eram detidos no cárcere, àqueles que outrora, nos dias de Noé, tinham sido rebeldes,
20 Ĩgʉ̃sã iripoeguere Marĩpʉ dorerire tarinʉgãunanerã ããrĩmá. Noé ããrĩdeapoeguere ĩgʉ̃ wádiru doódirure dooripoe Marĩpʉ ĩgʉ̃rẽ bʉremumakʉ̃ gããmedi ããrãdimi. Irasirigʉ: “Gajipoe irirã yʉre bʉremubukuma”, ãrĩ, ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ yoaripoe yúdi ããrãdimi. Ĩgʉ̃sã gapʉ neõ bʉremubiriunanerã ããrĩmá. Irasirigʉ Marĩpʉ ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ wajamoãdi ããrĩmí. Noé ĩgʉ̃ya wii marã merã dita: su mojõma pere gaji mojõ ʉreru pẽrẽbejarã dia mirĩrĩrẽ tariweredi ããrĩmí.
20 quando Deus aguardava com paciência, enquanto se edificava a arca, na qual poucas pessoas, isto é, apenas oito se salvaram através da água.
21 Marĩpʉ i nikũrẽ miũgʉ̃ ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ taudea, marĩrẽ deko merã wãĩyeri irirosũ ããrã. Irasiriro marĩ peamegue waabonerãrẽ tauburire ĩmua. Deko merã marĩrẽ wãĩyemakʉ̃, marĩya dʉpʉre gʉrarire koerosũ ããrĩbea. Marĩ wãĩyesũrã, Marĩpʉre: “Gʉare mʉ ĩũrõ ñerĩ marĩrã ããrĩmakʉ̃ irika!” ãrĩ sẽrẽa. Irasirirã, Jesucristo masãdea merã marĩ peamegue waabonerã tarimurã ããrã.
21 Esta água prefigurava o batismo de agora, que vos salva também a vós, não pela purificação das impurezas do corpo, mas pela que consiste em pedir a Deus uma consciência boa, pela ressurreição de Jesus Cristo.
22 Jesucristo masãdero pʉrʉ, ʉ̃mʉgasigue mʉrĩadi ããrĩmí. Irasirigʉ Marĩpʉ diaye gapʉ doami ĩgʉ̃ merã dorebu. Ĩgʉ̃ Marĩpʉre wereboerã nemorõ, ʉ̃marõ marã oparã nemorõ, ããrĩpererã dorerã nemorõ doregʉ ããrĩ́mi.
22 Esse Jesus Cristo, tendo subido ao céu, está assentado à direita de Deus, depois de ter recebido a submissão dos anjos, dos principados e das potestades.
