1 Se eu falasse as línguas dos homens e dos anjos, mas não tivesse amor, seria como um sino que ressoa ou um címbalo que retine.
2 Marĩpʉ marĩrẽ weredorerosũ õãrõ weremasĩkererã, gajerãrẽ maĩbirimakʉ̃, marĩ wereri wajamarĩbokoa. Ããrĩpererire masĩkererã, Marĩpʉyare masaka dupuyurogue masĩbiridea ããrĩpererire pémasĩkererã, gajerãrẽ maĩbirimakʉ̃, marĩ masĩrĩ wajamarĩbokoa. Marĩpʉre bʉremurĩ marĩrẽ ĩgʉ̃ sĩrĩ merã buúrure gajerogue waadoremasĩkererã, gajerãrẽ maĩbirimakʉ̃, marĩ bʉremurĩ merã iriri wajamarĩbokoa.
2 Se eu tivesse o dom de profecias, se entendesse todos os mistérios de Deus e tivesse todo o conhecimento, e se tivesse uma fé que me permitisse mover montanhas, mas não tivesse amor, eu nada seria.
3 Marĩ opari ããrĩpereri boporãrẽ sĩkererã, ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ maĩbirimakʉ̃, marĩ iriri wajamarĩbokoa. Marĩpʉyare marĩ iridea waja marĩya dupʉre masaka soekerepʉrʉ, marĩ gajerãrẽ maĩbirimakʉ̃, Marĩpʉ marĩrẽ: “Õãrõ iribʉ”, ãrĩbiribokumi.
3 Se desse tudo que tenho aos pobres e até entregasse meu corpo para ser queimado, e não tivesse amor, de nada me adiantaria.
4 Marĩ gajerãrẽ maĩrã, mata ĩgʉ̃sã merã guaña máa. Ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ bopoñarĩ merã õãrõ yáa. Ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ ĩãturiña máa. “Ĩgʉ̃sã nemorõ õãgʉ̃ ããrã”, ãrĩmasĩña máa. “Ĩgʉ̃sã nemorõ masĩtarinʉgãgʉ̃ ããrã”, ãrĩmasĩña máa.
4 O amor é paciente e bondoso. O amor não é ciumento, nem presunçoso. Não é orgulhoso,
5 Marĩ gajerãrẽ maĩrã, ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ bʉremurĩ merã keoro werea. Marĩya ããrĩburi direta gũñabea. Ĩgʉ̃sãya ããrĩburidere gũñáa. Ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ guari merã wereña máa. Ĩgʉ̃sã marĩrẽ ñerõ irimakʉ̃, yoaripoe ĩgʉ̃sã merã guaníña máa.
5 nem grosseiro. Não exige que as coisas sejam à sua maneira. Não é irritável, nem rancoroso.
6 Gajerãrẽ maĩrã, ĩgʉ̃sã ñerõ irimakʉ̃ ĩãrã, ʉsʉyamasĩña máa. Diayema gapʉre ĩgʉ̃sã irimakʉ̃ ĩãrã, ʉsʉyáa.
6 Não se alegra com a injustiça, mas sim com a verdade.
7 Marĩ gajerãrẽ maĩrã, ĩgʉ̃sã ñerõ irimakʉ̃ ĩãrã, masakare neõ kere werebea. Gajerã ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ werewʉakerepʉrʉ, marĩ ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ bʉremurĩrẽ neõ piribirikoa. “Pʉrʉgue ĩgʉ̃sãde õãrĩ gapʉre irirãkuma”, ãrĩ gũñáa. Ĩgʉ̃sã iriri merã marĩ ñerõ tarikererã, ĩgʉ̃sãrẽ maĩsĩã, neõ piribea.
7 O amor nunca desiste, nunca perde a fé, sempre tem esperança e sempre se mantém firme.
8 Marĩ gãme maĩrĩ neõ perebirikoa. Marĩpʉ weredorerosũ wereri gapʉ pererokoa. Gaji masã ya merã marĩ werenírĩde pererokoa. Marĩpʉyare masĩrĩ merã õãrõ wereride, pʉrʉgue pererokoa. Iri irasũ waamakʉ̃, marĩ masĩdero nemorõ ããrĩpererire masĩrãkoa.
8 Um dia, profecia, línguas e conhecimento desaparecerão e cessarão, mas o amor durará para sempre.
9 Daporare marĩ ããrĩpereri Marĩpʉyare masĩbea. Ĩgʉ̃ weredorerosũta ĩgʉ̃ masĩrĩ sĩrĩ merã werekererã, ããrĩpereri ĩgʉ̃yare weremasĩbea.
9 Agora nosso conhecimento é parcial e incompleto, e até mesmo o dom da profecia revela apenas uma parte do todo.
10 Pʉrʉgue Jesucristo Marĩpʉyare masĩpeogʉ aarimakʉ̃, marĩ masĩbirideare masĩpeorãkoa.
10 Mas, quando vier o que é perfeito, essas coisas imperfeitas desaparecerão.
11 Yʉ majĩgʉ̃ ããrĩgʉ̃́, majĩrã irirosũ gũñarĩ marĩrõ werení, ĩgʉ̃sã irirosũta iriunabʉ. Yʉ bʉgʉro waagʉ́, majĩrã irirosũ ããrĩdeare pirikõãbʉ.
11 Quando eu era criança, falava, pensava e raciocinava como criança. Mas, quando me tornei homem, deixei para trás as coisas de criança.
12 Daporare Marĩpʉyare marĩ õãrõ masĩbea. Diuru bʉgʉru merã marĩ ãĩñamakʉ̃ õãrõ deyomarĩrõ irirosũ ããrã. Õãrõ deyobea. Pʉrʉ õãrõ deyorogue Marĩpʉre ĩãrãkoa. Daporare marĩ ĩgʉ̃rẽ sĩrũgã masĩa. Pʉrʉ Marĩpʉ marĩrẽ masĩpeorosũta marĩde masĩpeorãkoa.
12 Agora vemos de modo imperfeito, como um reflexo no espelho, mas então veremos tudo face a face. Tudo que sei agora é parcial e incompleto, mas conhecerei tudo plenamente, assim como Deus já me conhece plenamente.
13 Daporare ʉre wãĩ ããrã: Marĩpʉre bʉremurĩ, ĩgʉ̃ marĩrẽ õãrõ irigʉkumi, ãrĩ ʉsʉyari, marĩ gãme maĩrĩ ããrã. Iri ʉre wãĩ neõ perebirikoa. Gãme maĩrĩ gapʉ gaji nemorõ õãrĩ ããrã.
13 Três coisas, na verdade, permanecerão: a fé, a esperança e o amor, e a maior delas é o amor.
