¹ A Song. A Psalm of David. O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing; yea, I will sing songs even with my glory.

¹ Preparado está o meu coração, ó Deus; cantarei, sim, cantarei louvores, com toda a minha alma.

² Awake, harp and lyre! I will awake early;

² Despertai, saltério e harpa; eu mesmo despertarei a aurora.

³ I will thank You, O Jehovah, among the peoples; and I will sing to You among the nations.

³ Louvar-te-ei entre os povos, Senhor, cantar-te-ei louvores entre as nações.

⁴ For Your mercy is great above the heavens; and Your truth reaches to the clouds.

⁴ Pois grande, acima dos céus, é a tua benignidade, e a tua verdade ultrapassa as mais altas nuvens.

⁵ Be lifted up, O God, above the heavens; and Your glory above all the earth;

⁵ Sê exaltado, ó Deus, acima dos céus, e seja a tua glória acima de toda a terra!

⁶ O that Your beloved may be delivered; save by Your right hand and answer me.

⁶ Para que sejam livres os teus amados, salva-nos com a tua destra, e ouve-nos.

⁷ God has spoken in His holiness; I will rejoice; I will portion out Shechem; and I will measure out the valley of Succoth.

⁷ Deus falou no seu santuário: Eu me regozijarei; repartirei Siquém, e medirei o vale de Sucote.

⁸ Gilead is Mine; and Manasseh is Mine; and Ephraim is the fort of My head; Judah is My lawgiver;

⁸ Meu é Gileade, meu é Manassés; também Efraim é o meu capacete; Judá o meu cetro.

⁹ Moab is My washpot; I will throw My shoe out over Edom; I will shout in triumph over Philistia.

⁹ Moabe a minha bacia de lavar; sobre Edom lançarei o meu sapato; sobre a Filístia bradarei em triunfo.

¹⁰ Who will lead me into the fortified city? Who will lead me over Edom?

¹⁰ Quem me conduzirá à cidade fortificada? Quem me guiará até Edom?

¹¹ O God, have You not cast us off? And, O God, will You not go out with our armies?

¹¹ Porventura não nos rejeitaste, ó Deus? Não sais, ó Deus, com os nossos exércitos.

¹² Give help to us from distress; for the deliverance of man is vain.

¹² Dá-nos auxílio contra o adversário, pois vão é o socorro da parte do homem.

¹³ In God we shall do mighty things, for He shall trample our foes.

¹³ Em Deus faremos proezas; porque é ele quem calcará aos pés os nossos inimigos.
