1 And Jehovah spoke to Moses in Mount Sinai, saying.
1 Falou mais o Senhor a Moisés no monte Sinai, dizendo:
2 Speak to the sons of Israel, and say to them, When you come into the land which I am giving to you, then the land shall keep a sabbath to Jehovah.
2 Fala aos filhos de Israel e dize-lhes: Quando tiverdes entrado na terra, que eu vos dou, então, a terra guardará um sábado ao Senhor .
3 You shall sow your field six years, and you shall prune your vineyard six years, and shall gather its produce.
3 Seis anos semearás a tua terra, e seis anos podarás a tua vinha, e colherás a sua novidade.
4 And in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest to the land, a sabbath to Jehovah. You shall not sow your field, and you shall not prune your vineyard.
4 Porém, ao sétimo ano, haverá sábado de descanso para a terra, um sábado ao Senhor ; não semearás o teu campo, nem podarás a tua vinha.
5 You shall not reap that which grows of itself of your harvest; and you shall not gather the grapes of your unkept vine; it shall be a year of rest to the land.
5 O que nascer de si mesmo da tua sega não segarás e as uvas da tua vide não tratada não vindimarás; ano de descanso será para a terra.
6 And the sabbath of the land shall be to you for food, to you, and to your male slave, and to you female slave, and to your hired one, and to your tenant, those living among you;
6 Mas a novidade do sábado da terra vos será por alimento, a ti, e ao teu servo, e à tua serva, e ao teu jornaleiro, e ao estrangeiro que peregrina contigo;
7 and to your livestock, and to the animal in your land, all its produce shall be for food.
7 e ao teu gado, e aos teus animais que estão na tua terra, toda a sua novidade será por mantimento.
8 And you shall number to yourself seven sabbaths of years, seven years times seven, and all the days of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to you forty nine years.
8 Também contarás sete semanas de anos, sete vezes sete anos, de maneira que os dias das sete semanas de anos te serão quarenta e nove anos.
9 And you shall let a ram's horn resound, a signal in the seventh month, in the tenth of the month; in the day of atonement, less a ram's horn pass throughout all your land;
9 Então, no mês sétimo, aos dez do mês, farás passar a trombeta do jubileu; no Dia da Expiação, fareis passar a trombeta por toda a vossa terra.
10 and you shall make the fiftieth year holy, a year. And you shall proclaim liberty in the land to all its inhabitants; it shall be a jubilee to you. And you shall return every man to his possession; yea, you shall turn back each to his family.
10 E santificareis o ano quinquagésimo e apregoareis liberdade na terra a todos os seus moradores; Ano de Jubileu vos será, e tornareis, cada um à sua possessão, e tornareis, cada um à sua família.
11 It is a jubilee, the fiftieth year; it is a year to you. You shall not sow, nor reap that which grows of itself, nor gather from its unkept vines;
11 O ano quinquagésimo vos será jubileu; não semeareis, nem segareis o que nele nascer de si mesmo, nem nele vindimareis as uvas das vides não tratadas.
12 for it is a jubilee, it is holy to you; you shall eat its increase out of the field.
12 Porque jubileu é, santo será para vós; a novidade do campo comereis.
13 In the year of jubilee you shall return each one to his possession.
13 Neste Ano de Jubileu, tornareis cada um à sua possessão.
14 And if you sell anything to your neighbor, or buy from the hand of your neighbor, you shall not each man oppress his brother.
14 E, quando venderdes alguma coisa ao vosso próximo ou a comprardes da mão do vosso próximo, ninguém oprima a seu irmão.
15 By the number of years after the jubilee you shall buy from your neighbor; by the number of the years of increase he shall sell to you;
15 Conforme o número dos anos desde o jubileu, comprarás ao teu próximo; e, conforme o número dos anos das novidades, ele venderá a ti.
16 according to the many years you shall increase its price; and by the fewness of the years you shall diminish its price, for he is selling to you the number of crops.
16 Conforme a multidão dos anos, aumentarás o seu preço; e, conforme a diminuição dos anos, abaixarás o seu preço; porque, conforme o número das novidades, é que ele te vende.
17 And you shall not oppress each man his neighbor, and you shall fear your God, for I am Jehovah your God.
17 Ninguém, pois, oprima ao seu próximo; mas terás temor do teu Deus; porque eu sou o Senhor , vosso Deus.
18 And you shall do My statutes, and you shall keep my judgments and shall do them; and you shall live on the land securely.
18 E fazei os meus estatutos, e guardai os meus juízos, e fazei-os; assim, habitareis seguros na terra.
19 And the land shall give its fruit, and you shall eat to satisfaction; and you shall dwell securely on it.
19 E a terra dará o seu fruto, e comereis a fartar e nela habitareis seguros.
20 And when you say, What shall we eat in the seventh year; for, lo, we may not sow nor gather our increase?
20 E se disserdes: Que comeremos no ano sétimo, visto que não havemos de semear nem colher a nossa novidade?
21 Then I have commanded My blessing on you in the sixth year, and it shall produce the increase for three years;
21 Então, eu mandarei a minha bênção sobre vós no sexto ano, para que dê fruto por três anos.
22 and you shall sow the eighth year, and shall eat of the old crop until the ninth year, until the coming in of its crop; you shall eat of the old.
22 E, no oitavo ano, semeareis e comereis da colheita velha até ao ano nono; até que venha a sua novidade, comereis a velha.
23 And the land shall not be sold in perpetuity; for the land is Mine; for you are aliens and tenants with Me.
23 Também a terra não se venderá em perpetuidade, porque a terra é minha; pois vós sois estrangeiros e peregrinos comigo.
24 And you shall grant a redemption for the land in all the land of your possession.
24 Portanto, em toda a terra da vossa possessão dareis resgate à terra.
25 If your brother has become poor and has sold his possessions then his kinsman redeemer shall come, and he shall redeem the thing his brother sold.
25 Quando teu irmão empobrecer e vender alguma porção da sua possessão, então, virá o seu resgatador, seu parente, e resgatará o que vendeu seu irmão.
26 But when a man has no redeemer, and his own hand has reached out, and he has enough for its redemption,
26 E, se alguém não tiver resgatador, porém a sua mão alcançar e achar o que basta para o seu resgate,
27 then he shall count the years since its sale, and shall give back the surplus to the man to whom he sold; and he shall return to his possession.
27 então, contará os anos desde a sua venda, e o que ficar restituirá ao homem a quem o vendeu, e tornará à sua possessão.
28 And if his hand has not found enough to give back to him, then the thing he sold shall be in the hand of him who buys it until the year of jubilee. And it shall go out in the jubilee, and he shall return to his possession.
28 Mas, se a sua mão não alcançar o que basta para restituir-lha, então, a que for vendida ficará na mão do comprador até ao Ano do Jubileu; porém, no Ano do Jubileu, sairá, e ele tornará à sua possessão.
29 And when a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, then his right of redemption shall be the end of the year of its sale; his right of redemption shall be a year of days
29 E, quando alguém vender uma casa de moradia em cidade murada, então, a pode resgatar até que se cumpra o ano da sua venda; durante um ano inteiro, será lícito o seu resgate.
30 And if it is not redeemed until a full year is complete, then the house in the walled city shall be established to perpetuity to its buyer, throughout his generations; it shall not go out in the jubilee.
30 Mas, se, passando-se-lhe um ano inteiro, ainda não for resgatada, então, a casa que estiver na cidade que tem muro, em perpetuidade, ficará ao que a comprou, pelas suas gerações; não sairá no jubileu.
31 But the houses of the villages which have no walls all around shall be counted as the field of the country; there are redemption rights to it. And it shall go out in the jubilee.
31 Mas as casas das aldeias que não têm muro em roda serão estimadas como o campo da terra; para elas haverá resgate, e sairão no jubileu.
32 As to the cities of the Levites, houses of the cities of their possession, never ending redemption rights shall be to the Levites.
32 Mas, no tocante às cidades dos levitas, às casas das cidades da sua possessão, direito perpétuo de resgate terão os levitas.
33 And that which one redeems from the Levites, both the sale of a house, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the jubilee. For the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession in the midst of the sons of Israel.
33 E, havendo feito resgate um dos levitas, então, a casa comprada e a cidade da sua possessão sairão no jubileu; porque as casas das cidades dos levitas são a sua possessão no meio dos filhos de Israel.
34 And the field, the open land of their cities, shall not be sold; for it is a never ending possession to them.
34 Mas o campo do arrabalde das suas cidades não se venderá, porque lhes é possessão perpétua.
35 And when your brother has become poor, and his hand has failed with you, then you shall help him. He shall live with you as an alien and a tenant.
35 E, quando teu irmão empobrecer, e as suas forças decaírem, então, sustentá-lo-ás como estrangeiro e peregrino, para que viva contigo.
36 You shall take no interest from him, or increase; and you shall fear your God; and the life of your brother is with you.
36 Não tomarás dele usura nem ganho; mas do teu Deus terás temor, para que teu irmão viva contigo.
37 You shall not give silver to him with interest, and you shall not give your food for increase.
37 Não lhe darás teu dinheiro com usura, nem darás o teu manjar por interesse.
38 I am Jehovah who has brought you out of the land of Egypt, to give to you the land of Canaan, to become your God.
38 Eu sou o Senhor , vosso Deus, que vos tirei da terra do Egito, para vos dar a terra de Canaã, para ser vosso Deus.
39 And when your brother becomes poor with you, and he has been sold to you, you shall not lay on him the service of a slave.
39 Quando também teu irmão empobrecer, estando ele contigo, e se vender a ti, não o farás servir serviço de escravo.
40 He shall be with you as a hireling, as a tenant he shall be with you; he shall serve with you until the year of jubilee;
40 Como jornaleiro, como peregrino estará contigo; até ao Ano do Jubileu te servirá.
41 then he shall go out from you, he and his sons with him, and shall return to his family; he shall even return to the possession of his father.
41 Então, sairá do teu serviço, ele e seus filhos com ele, e tornará à sua família e à possessão de seus pais tornará.
42 For they are My servants, whom I have brought out from the land of Egypt; they shall not be sold with the sale of a slave.
42 Porque são meus servos, que tirei da terra do Egito; não serão vendidos como se vendem os escravos.
43 You shall not rule over him with severity, and you shall fear your God.
43 Não te assenhorearás dele com rigor, mas do teu Deus terás temor.
44 And your male slave and your female slave whom you have shall be from the nations who are all around you, you shall buy them as male slave or female slave;
44 E, quanto a teu escravo ou a tua escrava que tiveres, serão das gentes que estão ao redor de vós; deles comprareis escravos e escravas.
45 and also you may buy of the sons of the tenants who are sojourning with you, and of their families who are with you, which they have fathered in your land. And they shall be a possession to you.
45 Também os comprareis dos filhos dos forasteiros que peregrinam entre vós, deles e das suas gerações que estiverem convosco, que tiverem gerado na vossa terra; e vos serão por possessão.
46 And you shall take them for inheritance to your sons after you, to hold for a possession; you may lay service on them forever. But on your brothers, the sons of Israel, one over another, you shall not rule over him with severity.
46 E possuí-los-eis por herança para vossos filhos depois de vós, para herdarem a possessão; perpetuamente os fareis servir, mas sobre vossos irmãos, os filhos de Israel, cada um sobre o seu irmão, não vos assenhoreareis dele com rigor.
47 And if lifts up a hand of an alien or a tenant with you, and your brother grows poor with him, and he sells himself to an alien, a tenant with you, or to the offshoot of the family of an alien,
47 E, quando a mão do estrangeiro e peregrino que está contigo alcançar riqueza, e teu irmão, que está com ele, empobrecer e se vender ao estrangeiro ou peregrino que está contigo, ou à raça da linhagem do estrangeiro,
48 after he has been sold, there is a redemption to him; one of his brothers may redeem him,
48 depois que se houver vendido, haverá resgate para ele; um de seus irmãos o resgatará:
49 or his uncle, or a son of his uncle, may redeem him, or any of his fleshly relations of his family may redeem him. Or, if his own hand has reached out to gain , then he may be redeemed.
49 ou seu tio ou o filho de seu tio o resgatará; ou um dos seus parentes, da sua família, o resgatará; ou, se a sua mão alcançar riqueza, se resgatará a si mesmo.
50 And he shall count with his buyer from the year of his being sold to him until the year of jubilee, and the silver of his sale shall be by the number of years. As the days of a hireling, it shall be with him.
50 E contará com aquele que o comprou, desde o ano que se vendeu a ele até ao Ano do Jubileu; e o dinheiro da sua venda será conforme o número dos anos, conforme os dias de um jornaleiro estará com ele.
51 If there are yet many years according to them, he shall give back his redemption, from the silver of his purchase.
51 Se ainda muitos anos faltarem, proporcionalmente a eles restituirá, do dinheiro pelo qual foi vendido, o seu resgate.
52 And if few are left of the years till the year of jubilee, then he shall count with him according to his years he shall give back his redemption price.
52 E, se ainda restarem poucos anos até ao Ano do Jubileu, então, fará contas com ele; segundo os seus anos, restituirá o seu resgate.
53 As a hireling, year by year, he shall be with him, and he shall not rule him with severity before your eyes.
53 Como jornaleiro, de ano em ano, estará com ele; não se assenhoreará sobre ele com rigor diante dos teus olhos.
54 And if he is not redeemed in this way, then he shall go out in the year of jubilee, he and his sons with him.
54 E, se desta sorte se não resgatar, sairá no Ano do Jubileu, ele e seus filhos com ele.
55 For the sons of Israel are servants to Me; they are My servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt; I am Jehovah your God.
55 Porque os filhos de Israel me são servos; meus servos são eles, que tirei da terra do Egito. Eu sou o Senhor , vosso Deus.
