1 Yahweh is king! Let the earth rejoice; let many coastlands be glad.
1 Reina o Senhor . Alegre-se a terra, exultem as muitas ilhas.
2 Cloud and thick darkness are surrounding him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
2 Nuvens e escuridão o rodeiam, justiça e juízo são a base do seu trono.
3 Fire goes before him, and devours his enemies round about.
3 Adiante dele vai um fogo que consome os inimigos ao seu redor.
4 His lightnings light the world; the earth sees and trembles.
4 Os seus relâmpagos iluminam o mundo; a terra os vê e estremece.
5 The mountains melt like wax at the presence of Yahweh, at the presence of the Lord of all the earth.
5 Os montes se derretem como cera na presença do na presença do Senhor de toda a terra.
6 The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the peoples see his glory.
6 Os céus anunciam a sua justiça, e todos os povos veem a sua glória.
7 Let all who serve an image be ashamed, those who boast about idols. Worship him, all you gods.

8 Zion hears and is glad, and the daughters of Judah rejoice because of your judgments, O Yahweh.

9 For you, O Yahweh, are most high over all the earth. You are highly exalted above all gods.
9 Pois tu, Senhor , és o Altíssimo sobre toda a terra; tu estás muito acima de todos os deuses.
10 You who love Yahweh, hate evil. He protects the lives of his faithful; he delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
10 Vocês que amam o Senhor , odeiem o mal; ele protege a vida dos seus santos, e os livra das mãos dos ímpios.
11 Light is sown for the righteous, and joy for the upright in heart.
11 A luz se difunde para o justo, e a alegria, para os retos de coração.
12 Be glad in Yahweh, you righteous, and give thanks ⌞to his holy name⌟.
12 Alegrem-se no Senhor , ó justos, e deem graças ao seu santo nome.
