1 Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
1 O Senhor Deus mandou Moisés
2 “Tell Aaron and his sons that they must deal respectfully with the ⌞Israelites⌟’ votive offerings, and they must not profane my holy name, which they are consecrating to me; I am Yahweh.
2 dizer a Arão e aos seus filhos o seguinte: — Tratem com todo o respeito as ofertas sagradas que o povo de Israel dedica a mim, o
3 “Say to them, ‘Throughout your generations, any man from any of your offspring who comes near the votive offerings that the ⌞Israelites⌟ consecrate to Yahweh with his uncleanness on him, that person shall be cut off from ⌞before me⌟; I am Yahweh.
3 Se qualquer descendente de vocês estiver impuro quando apresentar as ofertas sagradas que o povo de Israel dedica a mim, esse homem nunca mais poderá servir como sacerdote. Essa lei estará em vigor para sempre. Eu sou o Senhor .
4 “ ‘⌞Anyone⌟ from Aaron’s offspring, if he is afflicted with a skin disease or a fluid discharge, shall not eat in the sanctuary ⌞until⌟ he is clean; and the one who touches any unclean person or a man from whom an emission of semen goes out,
4 — Nenhum descendente de Arão que tiver uma doença contagiosa da pele ou tiver um corrimento no membro poderá comer das ofertas sagradas até que fique puro outra vez. Um sacerdote ficará impuro se tocar em qualquer coisa que ficou impura por ter tocado num morto. Ele ficará impuro se tiver perda de esperma
5 or a man who touches any swarmer that is unclean for him or who touches a person who is unclean for him ⌞due to⌟ whatever his uncleanness,
5 ou se tocar num animal impuro ou numa pessoa impura.
6 a person who touches such a thing shall be unclean until the evening, and he shall not eat from the votive offerings, except when he washes his body with water
6 Ele ficará impuro até o pôr do sol e só poderá comer das ofertas sagradas depois de tomar um banho.
7 and ⌞the sun sets⌟, and he shall be clean; then afterward he may eat from the votive offerings, because it is his food.
7 Depois do pôr do sol ele estará puro e poderá comer das ofertas sagradas, pois elas são a sua comida.
8 He shall not eat a naturally dead body or a mangled carcass, ⌞so that he becomes unclean⌟ by it; I am Yahweh.
8 Ele não poderá comer um animal que tenha tido morte natural ou que tenha sido morto por animais selvagens. Se ele comer, ficará impuro. Eu sou o Senhor .
9 “ ‘And they shall keep my obligation, and they shall not incur guilt because of it, so that they die through it, because they have profaned it; I am Yahweh who consecrates them.
9 — Todos os sacerdotes obedecerão às leis que eu dei; se desobedecerem, serão culpados de pecado e morrerão. Eu sou o Senhor , e os dediquei a mim.
10 “ ‘⌞No stranger shall eat⌟ the votive offering; nor shall a temporary resident with a priest or a hired worker eat the votive offering.
10 — Somente o sacerdote e as pessoas da sua família poderão comer das ofertas sagradas. Os hóspedes e os empregados do sacerdote não poderão comer dessas ofertas.
11 But a priest, if with his money he buys a person as ⌞his possession⌟, that one may eat it, and the descendants of his house themselves may eat his food.
11 Mas os escravos do sacerdote, tanto os que ele comprou como os que nascerem na sua casa, poderão comer dessas ofertas.
12 And a priest’s daughter, when ⌞she marries a layman⌟, she herself may not eat ⌞the votive offering⌟.
12 Se a filha do sacerdote casar com um homem que não for sacerdote, ela não poderá comer das ofertas sagradas.
13 But a priest’s daughter, when she becomes a widow or divorced or there is no offspring for her, and she returns to her father’s house as in her childhood, she may eat from her father’s food, but ⌞no layman may eat it⌟.
13 Se ela for viúva ou divorciada, e não tiver filhos, e voltar a morar na casa dos pais, como no tempo da sua mocidade, então terá o direito de comer das ofertas sagradas. Só os sacerdotes e os membros das suas famílias têm o direito de comer dessas ofertas.
14 And if a man eats the votive offering unintentionally, then he shall add to it a fifth of it, and he shall give the votive offering to the priest.
14 — A pessoa que não tiver esse direito, mas, por engano, comer das ofertas, deverá pagar ao sacerdote o valor da oferta, mais um quinto.
15 And they shall not profane the ⌞Israelites⌟’ votive offerings that they present to Yahweh,
15 Os sacerdotes não deixarão que as ofertas sagradas que o povo apresenta a Deus, o Senhor , sejam profanadas.
16 and so cause them, by their eating their votive offerings, to bear guilt requiring a guilt offering, because I am Yahweh, who consecrates them.’ ”
16 Eles não permitirão que as ofertas sejam comidas por pessoas que não têm esse direito. Se essas pessoas comerem, serão culpadas e deverão ser castigadas. Eu sou o Senhor , e faço com que as ofertas fiquem sagradas.
17 Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
17 O Senhor Deus mandou que Moisés
18 “Speak to Aaron and to his sons and to all the ⌞Israelites⌟, and say to them, ‘Anyone from the house of Israel or from the alien in Israel who presents his offering for any of their vows or for any of their freewill offerings that they present to Yahweh as a burnt offering,
18 desse a Arão, aos filhos de Arão e a todo o povo de Israel as seguintes leis : Quando um israelita ou um estrangeiro que vive no meio do povo apresentar em
19 it must be without defect ⌞to be acceptable for you⌟: a male among the cattle, among the sheep, or among the goats.
19 o animal deverá ser um macho sem defeito. Assim, a oferta será aceita. O animal poderá ser um touro ou um carneiro ou um bode,
20 You shall not present any animal in which is a physical defect, because it shall not be ⌞acceptable⌟ for you.
20 mas deverá ser sem defeito. Se um animal defeituoso for oferecido, Deus não aceitará a oferta.
21 And if anyone brings a sacrifice of fellowship offerings for Yahweh to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering from the cattle or from the flock, it must be without defect ⌞to be acceptable⌟; there must not be any physical defect in it.
21 Se alguém apresentar uma oferta de paz, seja para pagar uma promessa, seja uma oferta feita por vontade própria, o animal deverá ser sem defeito a fim de que a oferta seja aceita. Poderá ser um touro novo, ou uma ovelha, ou uma cabra, mas não poderá ter defeito.
22 The blind or the injured or the maimed or the seeping or one with a skin disorder or one with a skin eruption—these you shall not present to Yahweh, nor shall you give from them an offering made by fire on the altar for Yahweh.
22 Não ofereçam ao Senhor um animal cego, ou aleijado, ou defeituoso; ou um animal que tenha úlceras, sarna ou outras doenças da pele. Um animal nessas condições não deverá ser apresentado ao Senhor como oferta de alimento.
23 As for an ox or sheep that is deformed or that is stunted, you may present it as a freewill offering, but for a vow it will not be accepted.
23 Vocês poderão apresentar como oferta feita por vontade própria um touro ou um carneirinho com defeito, mas não poderão apresentá-lo como oferta para pagar uma promessa.
24 And you shall not present anything for Yahweh with bruised or shattered or torn or cut-off testicles, and you shall not ⌞sacrifice⌟ such in your land.
24 Não ofereçam ao Senhor qualquer animal que tiver os testículos machucados, esmagados, arrancados ou cortados. Isso não é permitido na terra de Israel.
25 And you shall not present your God’s food from any of these by the hand of ⌞a foreigner⌟, because their deformity is in them; a physical defect is in them; they shall not be accepted for you.’ ”
25 E também não aceitem de um estrangeiro um animal nessas condições, para o apresentar a Deus como oferta de alimento. Esses animais são defeituosos, e Deus não os aceitará.
26 Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
26 E o Senhor Deus disse também a Moisés:
27 “When an ox or a sheep or a goat is born, then it shall be under its mother for seven days, and from the eighth day and beyond it is acceptable as an offering made by fire for Yahweh.
27 — Quando nascer um bezerro, um carneiro ou um cabrito, ele ficará com a mãe sete dias; do oitavo dia em diante o animal poderá ser apresentado a Deus, o Senhor , como oferta de alimento.
28 And you shall not slaughter an ox or a sheep and ⌞its young⌟ on ⌞the same day⌟.
28 Não matem no mesmo dia para os oferecerem em sacrifício uma vaca e o seu bezerro, uma ovelha e o seu carneirinho ou uma cabra e o seu cabritinho.
29 And when you sacrifice a sacrifice of thanksgiving to Yahweh, you must sacrifice it to be acceptable for you.
29 Quando apresentarem uma oferta de gratidão a mim, o Senhor Deus, sigam as leis a respeito dos sacrifícios a fim de que eu os aceite.
30 It must be eaten on that day; you must not leave over anything from it until morning; I am Yahweh.
30 Comam a oferta toda no mesmo dia e não deixem sobrar nada para o dia seguinte. Eu sou o Senhor .
31 “Thus you shall keep my commands, and you shall do them; I am Yahweh.
31 — Obedeçam às minhas leis. Eu sou o Senhor .
32 “And you shall not profane my holy name, so that I may be consecrated in the midst of the ⌞Israelites⌟; I am Yahweh, who consecrates you,
32 Não façam nada que profane o meu santo nome. Que todo o povo de Israel confesse que eu sou santo! Eu sou o Senhor , e dediquei vocês a mim.
33 the one who brought you out from the land of Egypt to be as God for you; I am Yahweh.”
33 Eu os tirei do Egito para ser o Deus de vocês. Eu sou o Senhor .
