¹ To Yahweh, belongeth, The earth and the fulness thereof, The world, and they who dwell therein;

¹ Do Senhor é a terra e a sua plenitude; o mundo e aqueles que nele habitam.

² For, he, upon the seas, hath founded it, and upon the currents, doth make it firm.

² Porque ele a fundou sobre os mares, e a firmou sobre os rios.

³ Who shall ascend the mountain of Yahweh? And who shall stand in his holy place?

³ Quem subirá ao monte do Senhor, ou quem estará no seu lugar santo?

⁴ The clean of hands, and pure of heart,who hath not uplifted, to falsehood, his soul, nor sworn deceitfully,

⁴ Aquele que é limpo de mãos e puro de coração; que não entrega a sua alma à vaidade, nem jura enganosamente.

⁵ Shall bear away a blessing from Yahweh, and righteousness, from his delivering God.

⁵ Este receberá do Senhor uma bênção, e a justiça do Deus da sua salvação.

⁶ This, is the generation of them who inquire of him, who seek thy face, O God of Jacob. Selah.

⁷ Lift up, O ye gates, your heads, and lift yourselves up, ye age-abiding doors, That the king of glory may come in.

⁸ Who is the king of glory? Yahweh, strong and mighty, Yahweh, mighty in war.

⁹ Lift up, O ye gates, your heads, yea lift up, ye age-abiding doors, That the king of glory may come in.
