1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:
1 Disse mais o Senhor a Moisés:
2 Speak unto the sons of Israel and thou shall say unto themWhen any man would consecrate and pay a vow by thine estimate of lives unto Yahweh,
2 Fala aos filhos de Israel e dize-lhes: Quando alguém fizer voto com respeito a pessoas, estas serão do Senhor , segundo a tua avaliação.
3 then shall, thine estimate be for the male from twenty years of age even to sixty years of age, yea thine estimate shall befifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the sanctuary;
3 Se o objeto da tua avaliação for homem, da idade de vinte anos até à de sessenta, será a tua avaliação de cinquenta siclos de prata, segundo o siclo do santuário.
4 but if it be, a female, then shall thine estimate be thirty shekels.
4 Porém, se for mulher, a tua avaliação será de trinta siclos.
5 And, if it be from five years of age even unto twenty years of age, then shall thine estimate be for the male, twenty shekels,and, for the female, ten shekels.
5 Se a idade for de cinco anos até vinte, a tua avaliação do homem será de vinte siclos, e a da mulher, de dez siclos.
6 And, if it he from a month old even unto five years old, then shall thine estimate befor the male, five shekels of silver,and, for the female, thine estimate three shekels of silver.
6 Se a idade for de um mês até cinco anos, a tua avaliação do homem será de cinco siclos de prata, e a tua avaliação pela mulher será de três siclos de prata.
7 And if it be from sixty years of age and upwards, if a male, then shall thine estimate be fifteen shekels,and, for the female, ten shekels.
7 De sessenta anos para cima, se for homem, a tua avaliação será de quinze siclos; se mulher, dez siclos.
8 But if he be, too poor, for thine estimate, then shall he present himself before the priest, and the priest shall estimate him,according to that which the hand of him who would vow can attain to, shall the priest estimate him.
8 Mas, se for mais pobre do que a tua avaliação, então, apresentar-se-á diante do sacerdote, para que este o avalie; segundo o que permitem as posses do que fez o voto, o avaliará o sacerdote.
9 And if it be a beast whereof men may bring near an oblation unto Yahweh, all that whereof aught is given to Yahweh, shall be holy.
9 Se for animal dos que se oferecem ao Senhor , tudo quanto dele se der ao Senhor será santo.
10 He shall not alter it, nor change itgood for bad or bad for good,but if he, do, change beast for beast, then shall, both it and what was given in exchange for it be holy.
10 Não o mudará, nem o trocará bom por mau ou mau por bom; porém, se dalgum modo se trocar animal por animal, um e outro serão santos.
11 And, if it be any unclean beast whereof men may not bring near an oblation to Yahweh, then shall he present the beast before the priest:
11 Se for animal imundo dos que se não oferecem ao Senhor , então, apresentará o animal diante do sacerdote.
12 and the priest shall estimate it, whether it is good or bad,according to thine estimate, O priest, so, shall it be.
12 O sacerdote o avaliará, seja bom ou mau; segundo a avaliação do sacerdote, assim será.
13 But if he should please to redeem, it, then shall he add the fifth part thereof unto thine estimate.
13 Porém, se dalgum modo o resgatar, então, acrescentará a quinta parte à tua avaliação.
14 And, when, any man, would hallow his house to be holy unto Yahweh, then shall the priest estimate it, whether it is good or bad,as the priest shall estimate it, so, shall it stand.
14 Quando alguém dedicar a sua casa para ser santa ao Senhor , o sacerdote a avaliará, seja boa ou seja má; como o sacerdote a avaliar, assim será.
15 But, if he that halloweth it, would redeem his house, then shall he add the fifth part of the silver of thine estimate thereunto and it shall be his.
15 Mas, se aquele que a dedicou quiser resgatar a casa, então, acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro à tua avaliação, e será sua.
16 And if of the field of his possession any man would hallow unto Yahweh, then shall thine estimate be according to the seed thereof,the seed of a homer of barley, at fifty shekels of silver.
16 Se alguém dedicar ao Senhor parte do campo da sua herança, então, a tua avaliação será segundo a semente necessária para o semear: um gômer pleno de cevada será avaliado por cinquenta siclos de prata.
17 If, from the year of jubilee, he would hallow his field, according to thine estimate, shall it stand.
17 Se dedicar o seu campo desde o Ano do Jubileu, segundo a tua plena avaliação, ficará.
18 But if after the jubilee he would hallow his field, then shall the priest reckon to him the silver, according to the years that remain, until the year of the jubilee,and it shall be abated from thine estimate.
18 Mas, se dedicar o seu campo depois do Ano do Jubileu, então, o sacerdote lhe contará o dinheiro segundo os anos restantes até ao Ano do Jubileu, e isto se abaterá da tua avaliação.
19 But, if he that hath hallowed it should be pleased to redeem, the field, then shall he add the fifth part of the silver of thine estimate thereunto and it shall be assured to him.
19 Se aquele que dedicou o campo dalgum modo o quiser resgatar, então, acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro à tua avaliação, e ficará seu.
20 But if he will not redeem the field, but have sold the field to another man, it shall be redeemable no longer;
20 Se não quiser resgatar o campo ou se o vender a outro homem, nunca mais se resgatará.
21 so shall the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, be holy unto Yahweh as a devoted, field,to the priest, shall belong the possession thereof.
21 Porém, havendo o campo saído livre no Ano do Jubileu, será santo ao Senhor , como campo consagrado; a posse dele será do sacerdote.
22 If, however, a field that he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession, he would hallow unto Yahweh,
22 Se alguém dedicar ao Senhor o campo que comprou, e não for parte da sua herança,
23 then shall the priest reckon to him the amount of thine estimate until the year of the jubilee,and he shall give thine estimate, in that day, as holy unto Yahweh.
23 então, o sacerdote lhe contará o preço da avaliação até ao Ano do Jubileu; e, no mesmo dia, dará o importe da avaliação como coisa santa ao Senhor .
24 In the year of the jubilee, shall the field return unto him from whom he bought it to him whose it was as a possession in the land.
24 No Ano do Jubileu, o campo tornará àquele que o vendeu, àquele de quem era a posse do campo por herança.
25 And, every estimate of thine, shall be by the holy shekel,twenty gerahs, make the shekel.
25 Toda a tua avaliação se fará segundo o siclo do santuário; o siclo será de vinte geras.
26 Only the firstling which is born a firstling to Yahweh, among beasts, no man shall hallow it,whether ox or sheep, unto Yahweh, it belongeth.
26 Mas o primogênito de um animal, por já pertencer ao Senhor , ninguém o dedicará; seja boi ou gado miúdo, é do Senhor .
27 But, if it be among the beasts that are unclean, then shall he ransom it by thine estimate, and add the fifth part of it thereunto,but, if it is not redeemed, then shall it be sold by thine estimate.
27 Mas, se for de um animal imundo, resgatar-se-á, segundo a tua avaliação, e sobre ele acrescentará a quinta parte; se não for resgatado, vender-se-á, segundo a tua avaliação.
28 Only no devoted thing which any man shall devote unto Yahweh, of all that belongeth to him,of man or beast, or of the field of his possession, shall be either sold or redeemed,as to every devoted thing, most holy, it is unto Yahweh.
28 No entanto, nada do que alguém dedicar irremissivelmente ao Senhor , de tudo o que tem, seja homem, ou animal, ou campo da sua herança, se poderá vender, nem resgatar; toda coisa assim consagrada será santíssima ao Senhor .
29 As touching any one devoted, who may be devoted from among men he shall not be ransomed,he must be, surely put to death.
29 Ninguém que dentre os homens for dedicado irremissivelmente ao Senhor se poderá resgatar; será morto.
30 And, as for all the tithe of the land whether of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the trees, unto Yahweh, it belongeth,as something holy unto Yahweh.
30 Também todas as dízimas da terra, tanto dos cereais do campo como dos frutos das árvores, são do Senhor ; santas são ao Senhor .
31 But, if any man should be pleased, to redeem, aught of his tithes, the fifth part thereof, shall he add thereunto.
31 Se alguém, das suas dízimas, quiser resgatar alguma coisa, acrescentará a sua quinta parte sobre ela.
32 And, as for all the tithe of herd and flock, all that passeth under the rod, the tenth, shall be holy unto Yahweh.
32 No tocante às dízimas do gado e do rebanho, de tudo o que passar debaixo do bordão do pastor, o dízimo será santo ao Senhor .
33 He shall not examine whether it be good or bad neither shall he change it,or, if he do in anywise change, it, then shall both, it and what is given in exchange for it, be holy, it shall not be redeemed.
33 Não se investigará se é bom ou mau, nem o trocará; mas, se dalgum modo o trocar, um e outro serão santos; não serão resgatados.
34 These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the sons of Israel,in Mount Sinai.
34 São estes os mandamentos que o Senhor ordenou a Moisés, para os filhos de Israel, no monte Sinai.
