1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:
1 Disse mais o Senhor a Moisés:
2 Command the sons of Israel, That they bring unto theepure oil olive, beaten, for giving light,to cause the lamp to burn up continually.
2 Ordena aos filhos de Israel que te tragam, para o candeeiro, azeite de oliveira, puro, batido, a fim de manter uma lâmpada acesa continuamente.
3 Outside the veil of the testimony, in the tent of meeting, shall Aaron order it, from evening until morning, before Yahweh continually,a statute age-abiding, to your generations.
3 Arão a conservará em ordem perante o Senhor, continuamente, desde a tarde até a manhã, fora do véu do testemunho, na tenda da revelação; será estatuto perpétuo pelas vossas gerações.
4 Upon the pure lampstand, shall he order the lamps,before Yahweh, continually.
4 Sobre o candelabro de ouro puro conservará em ordem as lâmpadas perante o Senhor continuamente.
5 And thou shalt take fine meal, and bake it, in twelve cakes,of two-tenths, shall each cake be.
5 Também tomarás flor de farinha, e dela cozerás doze pães; cada pão será de dois décimos de efa.
6 And thou shalt set them in two rows, six in a row,upon the pure table, before Yahweh.
6 E pô-los-ás perante o Senhor, em duas fileiras, seis em cada fileira, sobre a mesa de ouro puro.
7 And thou shalt put upon each row pure frankincense,so shall it belong unto the bread as a memorial, an altar-flame unto Yahweh.
7 Sobre cada fileira porás incenso puro, para que seja sobre os pães como memorial, isto é, como oferta queimada ao Senhor;
8 Sabbath day by sabbath day, shall he order it before Yahweh continually,from the sons of Israel as an age-abiding covenant:
8 em cada dia de sábado, isso se porá em ordem perante o Senhor continuamente; e, a favor dos filhos de Israel, um pacto perpétuo.
9 so shall it be for Aaron and for his sons, and they shall eat it in a holy place,for most holy, shall it be unto him from among the altar-flames of Yahweh, a statute age-abiding.
9 Pertencerão os pães a Arão e a seus filhos, que os comerão em lugar santo, por serem coisa santíssima para eles, das ofertas queimadas ao Senhor por estatuto perpétuo.
10 And forth went the son of a woman of Israelhe being the son of a man of Egyptin the midst of the sons of Israel;
10 Naquele tempo apareceu no meio dos filhos de Israel o filho duma mulher israelita, o qual era filho dum egípcio; e o filho da israelita e um homem israelita pelejaram no arraial;
11 and the son of the woman of Israel, and a man of Israel, reviled one another in the camp. And the son of the Israelitish woman uttered contemptuously the Name, and reviled. So they brought him in unto Moses,now, the name of his mother, was Shelomith, daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan;
11 e o filho da mulher israelita blasfemou o Nome, e praguejou; pelo que o trouxeram a Moisés. Ora, o nome de sua mãe era Selomite, filha de Dibri, da tribo de Dã.
12 and they put him in ward,that a clear answer might be given to them at the mouth of Yahweh.
12 Puseram-no, pois, em detenção, até que se lhes fizesse declaração pela boca do Senhor.
13 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:
13 Então disse o Senhor a Moisés:
14 Bring forth him that reviled unto the out-side of the camp, then shall all that heard lean their hands upon his head,and all the assembly shall stone him.
14 Tira para fora do arraial o que tem blasfemado; todos os que o ouviram porão as mãos sobre a cabeça dele, e toda a congregação o apedrejará.
15 And, unto the sons of Israel, shalt thou speak saying,What man soever curseth his God shall bear his sin.
15 E dirás aos filhos de Israel: Todo homem que amaldiçoar o seu Deus, levará sobre si o seu pecado.
16 And, he that contemptuously uttereth the name of Yahweh, shall be, surely put to death, all the assembly shall, surely stone, him,as the sojourner so the home-born, when he contemptuously-uttereth the Name, he shall be put to death.
16 E aquele que blasfemar o nome do Senhor, certamente será morto; toda a congregação certamente o apedrejará. Tanto o estrangeiro como o natural, que blasfemar o nome do Senhor, será morto.
17 And, when, any man, by smiting taketh the life of any human being, he shall be surely put to death,
17 Quem matar a alguém, certamente será morto;
18 And he that by smiting taketh away the life of a beast, shall make it good,life for life.
18 e quem matar um animal, fará restituição por ele, vida por vida.
19 And, when, any man, inflicteth a blemish upon his neighbour, as he hath done, so, shall it be done to him:
19 Se alguém desfigurar o seu próximo, como ele fez, assim lhe será feito:
20 fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, as he inflicteth a blemish upon a human being, so, shall one be inflicted upon him.
20 quebradura por quebradura, olho por olho, dente por dente; como ele tiver desfigurado algum homem, assim lhe será feito.
21 And he that killeth a beast, shall make it good,-and he that killeth a human being, shall be put to death.
21 Quem, pois, matar um animal, fará restituição por ele; mas quem matar um homem, será morto.
22 One rule, shall ye have, as the sojourner, so the home-born, shall be,For, IYahweh, am your God.
22 uma mesma lei tereis, tanto para o estrangeiro como para o natural; pois eu sou o Senhor vosso Deus.
23 So then Moses spake unto the sons of Israel, and they took forth the reviler, unto the outside of the camp, and stoned him with stones. Thus, the sons of Israel did, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
23 Então falou Moisés aos filhos de Israel. Depois eles levaram para fora do arraial aquele que tinha blasfemado e o apedrejaram. Fizeram, pois, os filhos de Israel como o Senhor ordenara a Moisés.
