1 I COMMEND to you our sister Phoebe, a servant of the church in Cenchreae,
1 Eu recomendo a vocês a nossa irmã Febe, que é diaconisa da igreja de Cencreia.
2 that you may receive her in the Lord in a way worthy of the holy, and help her in any matter in which she may need you. For she has been a provider for many, myself included.
2 Recebam essa irmã em nome do Senhor, como deve fazer o povo de Deus. Deem a ela toda a ajuda que precisar, pois ela tem ajudado muita gente e a mim também.
3 Give my greetings to Prisca and Aquila, my fellow workers in Christ Jesus,

4 who for my life risked their own necks, to whom not I alone give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.

14 Give my greetings to Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Petrobas, Hermas, and the brethren with them.

15 Give my greetings to Philologus, and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas, and all the holy with them.

16 Give my greetings to one another with a holy kiss. All the churches of Christ send their greetings to you.

17 I beg you, brethren, to keep your eye on those who are making divisions and occasions for sin contrary to the teaching which you have learned, and to shun them.
17 Meus irmãos, peço que tomem cuidado com as pessoas que provocam divisões, que atrapalham os outros na fé e que vão contra o ensinamento que vocês receberam. Afastem-se dessas pessoas
18 For such persons are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own stomachs, and by their smooth and pleasing talk they mislead the hearts of the innocent.
18 porque os que fazem essas coisas não estão servindo a Cristo, o nosso Senhor, mas a si mesmos. Por meio de conversa macia e com bajulação, eles enganam o coração das pessoas simples.
19 For your obedience has come to the knowledge of all men. Therefore I rejoice over you, but I wish you to be wise regarding what is good, and simple in regard to what is evil.
19 Todos sabem como vocês têm sido fiéis ao evangelho , e por isso eu me alegro por causa de vocês. Quero que sejam sábios a respeito do que é bom e não tenham nada a ver com o que é mau.
20 The God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you!
20 E Deus, a nossa fonte de paz, logo esmagará Satanás debaixo dos pés de vocês. Que a
21 Timothy, my fellow worker, sends his greeting, and so do Lucius and Jason and Sosipater, who are of my race.

22 I, Tertius, who penned this letter, greet you in the Lord.

23 Gaius, my host and the host of the whole church, sends his greetings. Erastus the city treasurer sends his greetings, and so does Quartus the brother.

25 To him who is able to make you strong according to the good news which I bear, and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, and according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret through ages,
25 Louvemos a Deus! Pois ele pode conservar vocês firmes na fé, de acordo com o evangelho que eu anuncio, isto é, a mensagem a respeito de Jesus Cristo. E de acordo também com a verdade secreta que nunca foi revelada no passado.
26 but now made manifest through the prophetic Scriptures by the command of the eternal God, to promote obedience to the faith made known to all the Gentiles \'97
26 Porém essa verdade foi revelada agora por meio daquilo que os profetas escreveram. E, por ordem do Deus eterno, ela se tornou conhecida em todas as nações, para que todos creiam e obedeçam.
27 to God, the only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for the ages of the ages!
27 Ao Deus único e sábio seja dada glória para sempre, por meio de Jesus Cristo! Amém !
