AAI TUR GEWASIN O BAIBASIT BOUBUN
1 O THAT you would bear with me in a little foolishness. Yes, bear with me.
1 Ayu anotanot mar kikimin au tur anao i boun koko’aw hai tur te’o na’atube, baise kwa marasika kwabusuruf kwabowabowaka.
2 For I am jealous over you with the jealousy of God, for I betrothed you to one husband to present you as a pure virgin to Christ.
2 Ayu kwa isa abi’o’orot, boun God ebi’o’orot na’atube, kwa i boun babin biyan numin orot ta’imon bai’awanin isan hi’omatan na’atube nati i Keriso akisin.
3 But I fear that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your thoughts may be led away from sincerity and purity toward Christ.
3 Ayu i abirubir kwa a not boro ni’afiy abistan Eve biyanamaim mamatar boro kwa biyamaim namatar. Kok i so’ob kwanekwan, naatu i iwa’an Eve God fanan sair naatu bowabow kakafin sinaf, imih nati baifufuwenayah boro kwa hinifuwi naatu hinifuwen anot hini’a’afiy saise kwa boro men kafa’imo Keriso akisinamo kwanitumitumimih
4 For if some newcomer proclaims another Jesus whom we did not proclaim, or if you receive a different kind of spirit which you did not receive, or a different good news which you did not welcome, you bear with him finely.
4 Anayabin sabuw afa hinan naatu Jesu isan hinabinan men boun aki abibinan na’at. Anunin ta kwanab men boun aki abaib na’at o tur gewasin men boun kwanonowaramaim tebibinanumih, hamehamen maiyow kwa boro mar ta’imon kwanab.
5 I consider that I am in nothing inferior to the most eminent apostles.
5 Baise anotanot ayu i ai gewasin kwanekwan men boun kob abarayah wabih gagamih gewasih na’atube.
6 If I am an ordinary man in speaking, still I am not in knowledge, but in everything we made that altogether clear to you.
6 Ayu tur ao’o i boun kek sosof hai tur te’o na’atube, baise ayu auru not so’ob ema’am, aki ef etei bebeyanamaim ao kwanowar sawar.
7 Did I commit a sin when I humbled myself that you might be exalted, because I proclaimed to you the good news of God without pay?
7 Ayu taiyuwu anayara’iyu naatu kwa anabora’ahi Regah ana tur gewasin baiyan en anabinan nati i bowabow kakafin?
8 I robbed other churches by taking wages for serving you,
8 Ayu Kirisiyan sabuw afa biyahine kabay abai kwa baibaisi isan, kwanotanot ayu abainuwih?
9 and when I was with you and in need I was not a burden to any one, for the brethren who came from Macedonia supplied my need. In every way I kept myself from being a burden to you, and shall keep myself so.
9 Bairit tama’am ana mar ayu au kok sawar bain nowau matar isan, men kafa’imo yait ta aiwowa’ani. Anayabin teitit no Masedonia’ane hinanan sawar abistanawat akokok etei’imak anafofonin abai. Ayu boro taiyuwu bit ana’abar naatu boro na’atuka anasinaf anan.
10 As the truth of Christ is in me, this boast of mine shall not be stopped in the region of Achaia.

11 Why? Because I do not love you? God knows.
11 Aisimamih? Anayabin ayu men kwa abiyabuwi? God so’ob ayu kwa abiyabuwi.
12 But what I am doing I shall do so as to cut away all ground of attack from those who wish ground, and that in what they boast of they may be found just like us.
12 Ayu boun abistan abowabow boro na’atuka anabow anan. Saise ayu bowabow iti na’atube anabowabow i baifufuwen bai’obaiyenayah anarufutih. Hai yabih en isah hinao’ra’ara’at naatu asir hinao i mi’itube tebowabow aki bairi ta’imon abowabow.

14 And no wonder, for Satan himself disguises himself as an angel of light.
14 Naatu nati men tanakasiy! Satan karam taiyuwin nabotabir marakaw ana tounamatar, itininabe namatar.
15 So it is no great thing if his servants too disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will be according to their deeds.
15 Isan imih aki men akakasiy Satan ana akir wairafih i taiyuwih hibotabirih akir wairafih hai yawas gewasih na’atube himamatar. Mar yomanin mi’itube hai bowabowamaim hisisinaf imaim boro baimakiy hinab.
16 I say again, let no one think me foolish. But, even if so, receive me as foolish, that I too may boast a little.

17 What I am saying I am not saying by the Lord's command, but as it were in foolishness, in this confident boasting.
17 Anamaramaim ora’ara’aten ana tur anao i men Regah ana kokomaim ayu ao’omih, iti tur i hai not meyemeye hai tur.
18 Since many are boasting according to the flesh, I too will boast,
18 Baise sabuw afa abistan hisisinaf isan hina’ora’ara’at na’at, ayu auman boro anao ra’ara’at.
19 for you who are wise bear pleasantly with the foolish.

20 You bear it if any one enslaves you, if any one devours you, if any one takes possession of you, if any one exalts himself, if any one strikes you in the face.
