1 Nag-istorya pa si Jesus sa inda manungod sa pagsulod sa kahadian san langit.
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 “Ini bagaʼn pareho sa hadi na nagpaponsya para sa kasal san iya anak na lalaki.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 Niyan ginsugo san hadi an iya mga suruguon agod tawagon an mga imbitado, ugaling habo ini magkaradto.
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 “May mga ginsugo pa gihapon siyaʼn iba pa san iya mga suruguon. Nagsabi siya, ‘Paaramon niyo an mga imbitado na preparado na an tanan sa akon ponsya. An akonmga toro kag san ginpataba na mga baka ginparatay na. Preparado na an tanan. Kadi na kamo sa kasalan.’
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 “Pero wara ninda pag-intyindiha an imbitasyon. May nagpakadto sa iya uma kag may iba na nag-asikaso sa iya negosyo.
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 May mga iba pa gayod na gindakop an iya mga suruguon, ginpakaaluhan kag ginpangpatay.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 Tungod sani urit-urit gayod an hadi, kaya sinugo an iya mga suldados. Ginpatay ninda idtoʼn mga parapatay-tawo kag pinasunog an inda lungsod.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 “Pakatapos sinabihan niya an iya mga suruguon, ‘Preparado na an ponsya pero idtoʼn mga imbitado dili angay.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Kadto lugod kamo sa mga kamino sa mga lungsod kag imbitari sa ponsya an kada makita niyo.’
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Kaya nagruluwas an mga suruguon kag nagkaradto sa mga kamino. Ginpangupod ninda an inda makita, maayo man o maraot. Kaya napuno sin mga bisita an lugar na ginponsyahan.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 “Pagsulod san hadi agod kitaon an mga bisita, may namasdan siya na tawo na dili nakabado san sa pangkasal.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 Kaya sinabihan niya, ‘Amigo, pan-o ka nakasulod didi na dili ka man nakabadoʼn pangkasal?’ Wara kasabat an tawo.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 “Kaya sinugo san hadi an mga suruguon, ‘Gapusa niyo an iya kamot hasta an tiil kag iitsa paluwas sa kadulman. Didto maganguruyngoy an mga tawo kag magraragot an inda mga ngipon sa kasakit.’
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 “Sugad man damo an ginaimbitaran magsulod sa Kahadian san Langit pero mga pira lang an napipili.”
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Nagharali an mga Pariseo agod pag-iristoryahan kun pan-o ninda madakop si Jesus sa iya ginapanurmaton.

16 Kaya ginsugo pakadto sa iya an inda mga disipulos kaupod san mga sakop ni Herodes agod sabihon, “Maestro, aram namon na matanos ka na tawo kag nagatukdo san kamatuudan manungod san pagbuot san Dios. Wara ka man sin ginapalabi bisan sin-o kay dili mo ginapanginano kun sin-o an tawo.
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Kun kaya, nano sa paghuna mo, tama na susog sa Kasuguan na magbayad kitaʼn buwis kan Cesar?”
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 Pero aram ni Jesus an inda maraot na kaisipan kaya sinabihan sinda, “Mga pakitaʼn-tawo, nano kay gusto niyo ako porbaran?
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 Abir, pakita niyo sa akon an kwarta na ginabayad niyo sa buwis.” Dinarhan siya ninda sin dinaryo.
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 Tapos ginhunga sinda ni Jesus, “Kanin-o pamayhon kag ngaran an adi didi?”
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 “Kan Cesar,” an sabat ninda.
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Pakabati ninda sana nagkangarawa sinda. Tapos binayaan ninda siya kag nagralakat.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Sadto mismo na adlaw may nagkaradto man kan Jesus na pira na mga Saduceo. Ini sinda mga Judio na dili nagatuod san pagkabuhay gihapon kaya naghunga sinda sa iya,

24 “Maestro, nagsugo sa aton si Moises kun may lalaki na mamatay na waraʼn anak, an manghod san lalaki dapat na asawahon an biyuda agod makaanak sinda para sa magurang na napatay.
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Niyan may pito na magmaranghod na lalaki didi sa amon. Nangasawa an subang pero napatay na waraʼn anak kaya an balo gin-asawa san iya manghod.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 Amo man an nangyari sa ikaduha, ikatulo na manghod hasta sa ikapito na napatay man na wara gayod sin anak.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Sa katapusan napatay man an babayi.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Niyan sa pagkabuhay gihapon sin-o sa pito an pagakilalahon niya na asawa kay nagin asawa niya sinda tanan?”
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Pero ginsabat sinda ni Jesus, “Sala kamo kay dili niyo nasasabutan an Banal Na Kasuratan kag an gahom san Dios.
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 Sa pagkabuhay gihapon dili na magaarasawahan an mga tawo kundi pareho na san mga anghel sa langit.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 Manungod naman sa pagkabuhay gihapon, nano, wara pa gayod kamo kabasa kun nano an ginsabi sa iyo san Dios,
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 ‘Ako an Dios ni Abraham, an Dios ni Isaac kag an Dios ni Jacob?’ An gusto sabihon sani na dili siya Dios san mga patay kundi Dios san mga buhay.”
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.
33 San pakabati sani san kadamuan nagngalas sinda san iya gintukdo.
33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.
34 Pakabati naman san mga Pariseo na natagalpo an mga Saduceo sa sabat ni Jesus, nagtiripon sinda sa iya.
34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 Niyan may abugado didto sa inda na naghunga agodmaporbaran siya.
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 “Maestro, nano an pinakalabaw na sugo sa Kasuguan?”
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Nagsabat si Jesus, “‘Kamut-an mo an Ginoo na imo Dios sa imo puso, sa bilog moʼn tagipusuon kag sa tanan san imo pagaisip.’
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 Amo ini an pinakalabaw kag pinakauna na sugo.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 An ikaduha naman nakapareho sani, ‘Kamut-an mo an imo kapwa pareho san pagkamuot mo sa imo sadiri.’
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 Didi sani na duha na sugo ginbasi an bilog na Kasuguan ni Moises kag mga katukduan san mga propeta.”
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 Myintras nagkatiripon an mga Pariseo, naghunga si Jesus sa inda,
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 “Nano an masasabi niyo manungod kan Cristo? Kanin-o siya anak?”
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Nagpadayon paghunga si Jesus, “Kun sugad nano kay ‘Ginoo’ an tawag sa iya ni David san magsabi paagi sa Banal na Espirito,
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 ‘Nagsabi an Ginoo sa akon Ginoo,
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 Niyan kun ginatawag siya ni David sin Ginoo pan-o siya magin kalahi niya?”
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Wara man sa inda sin nakasabat bisan usad kaya magtuna sadto wara na sin nagkusug-kusugan sin buot na maghunga sa iya.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
