¹ A psalm. Oh sing unto the Lord a new song; for he hath done wonderful things: his right hand and his holy arm have gotten him the victory.

¹ Cantai ao Senhor um cântico novo, porque ele fez maravilhas; a sua destra e o seu braço santo lhe alcançaram a vitória.

² The Lord hath made known his salvation: before the eyes of the nations hath he revealed his righteousness.

² O Senhor fez notória a sua salvação; manifestou a sua justiça perante os olhos das nações.

³ He hath remembered his kindness and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

³ Lembrou-se da sua benignidade e da sua verdade para com a casa de Israel; todas as extremidades da terra viram a salvação do nosso Deus.

⁴ Shout joyfully unto the Lord, all the lands: break forth, and rejoice, and sing praises.

⁴ Celebrai com júbilo ao Senhor , todos os moradores da terra; dai brados de alegria, regozijai-vos e cantai louvores.

⁵ Sing praises unto the Lord with the harp,with the harp, and the voice of psalmody.

⁵ Cantai louvores ao Senhor com a harpa; com a harpa e a voz do canto.

⁶ With trumpets and the sound of cornet shout joyfully before the King, the Lord.

⁶ Com trombetas e som de buzinas, exultai perante a face do Senhor , do Rei.

⁷ Let the sea roar, with all that filleth it; the world, with those that dwell therein.

⁷ Brame o mar e a sua plenitude; o mundo e os que nele habitam.

⁸ Let the rivers clap their hands; let the mountains be joyful together,

⁸ Os rios batam palmas; regozijem-se também as montanhas,

⁹ Before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth: he will judge the world with righteousness, and people with equity.

⁹ perante a face do Senhor , porque vem a julgar a terra; com justiça julgará o mundo e o povo, com equidade.
