Leeser Old Testament (LEESER) vs ARA
1 A song of the degrees. Those who trust in the Lord are like mount Zion, which will not he moved, which endureth for ever.
1 Os que confiam no Senhor são como o monte Sião, que não se abala, firme para sempre.
2 Jerusalem hath mountains round about her: and so is the Lord round about his people, from this time forth and for evermore.
2 Como em redor de Jerusalém estão os montes, assim o desde agora e para sempre.
3 For the sceptre of wickedness shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous: in order that the righteous may not stretch forth their hands unto wrongdoing.
3 O cetro dos ímpios não permanecerá sobre a sorte dos justos, para que o justo não estenda a mão à iniquidade.
4 Do good, O Lord, unto the good, and to those that are upright in their hearts.
4 Faze o bem, Senhor , aos bons e aos retos de coração.
5 But as for those who turn aside unto their crooked ways, them will the Lord drive away with the workers of wickedness; but peace shall be upon Israel.
5 Quanto aos que se desviam para sendas tortuosas, levá-los-á o Paz sobre Israel!
