Ezequiel 29
Leeser Old Testament (LEESER) vs BKJ
1 In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, came the word of the Lord unto me, saying,
1 No décimo ano, no décimo mês, no décimo dia do mês, a palavra do SENHOR veio a mim, dizendo:
2 Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh the king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt.
2 Filho do homem, põe a tua face contra Faraó, rei do Egito, e profetiza contra ele, e contra todo o Egito;
3 Speak and say, Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will be against thee, O Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great crocodile that lieth in the midst of his streams, who hath said, Mine is my stream, and I have made it for myself.
3 fala, e dize: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que eu estou contra ti, Faraó, rei do Egito, o grande dragão que está no meio dos teus rios, e que disse: O meu rio é meu, e eu o fiz para mim.
4 But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will fasten the fish of thy streams on thy scales; and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy streams, with all the fish of thy streams which shall stick fast on thy scales.
4 Mas eu porei anzóis em tuas mandíbulas, e farei com que os peixes dos teus rios grudem nas tuas escamas; e tirar-te-ei do meio dos teus rios, e todos os peixes dos teus rios grudarão nas tuas escamas.
5 And I will cast thee out into the wilderness, thee with all the fish of thy streams; upon the open field shalt thou fall; thou shalt not be brought in, nor gathered up: to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven have I given thee for food.
5 E te deixarei lançado no deserto, a ti e a todos os peixes dos teus rios; tu cairás sobre os campos abertos; não serás recolhido nem ajuntado; eu te dei por alimento aos animais do campo e às aves do céu.
6 And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the Lord; because they have been a reedstaff to the house of Israel.
6 E todos os habitantes do Egito saberão que eu sou o SENHOR, porque eles se tornaram um cajado de cana para a casa de Israel.
7 When they took hold of thee with the hand, thou wast cracked, and didst rend for them all the shoulder: and when they leaned upon thee, thou wast broken, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.
7 Quando eles se apoderaram de ti pela tua mão, tu te quebraste, e lhes rasgaste todo o ombro; e quando se debruçaram sobre ti, te quebraste, e fizeste todos os seus lombos ficar numa posição.
8 Therefore thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and I will cut off out of thee man and beast.
8 Portanto, assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que eu trarei uma espada sobre ti, e cortarei fora de ti homem e animal.
9 And the land of Egypt shall be changed into a waste and ruin, and they shall know that I am the Lord; because he hath said, The stream is mine, and I have made it.
9 E a terra do Egito será assolada e devastada; e eles saberão que eu sou o SENHOR, porquanto ele disse: O rio é meu, e eu o fiz.
10 Therefore, behold, I will be against thee, and against thy streams, and I will render the land of Egypt a mass of ruins, a waste, and a wilderness, from Migdol to Seveneh even up to the border of Ethiopia.
10 Eis que, portanto, eu estou contra ti, e contra os teus rios; e tornarei a terra do Egito totalmente devastada e assolada, desde a torre de Sevene até a fronteira da Etiópia.
11 There shall not pass through it the foot of man, and the foot of beast shall not pass through it, and it shall not be inhabited forty years.
11 Nenhum pé de homem passará por ela, nem pé de animal passará por ela, nem será habitada por quarenta anos.
12 And I will render the land of Egypt a desolate land in the midst of desolated countries, and her cities among the cities that are ruined shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
12 E tornarei a terra do Egito assolada no meio dos países que estão assolados; e as suas cidades entre as cidades que estão devastadas, serão assoladas por quarenta anos; e espalharei os egípcios entre as nações, e os dispersarei pelas nações.
13 For thus hath said the Lord Eternal, only at the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they shall have been scattered;
13 Porém, assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Ao fim de quarenta anos eu ajuntarei os egípcios dentre as pessoas aonde eles foram espalhados;
14 And I will bring back the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their own origin: and they shall be there an unimportant kingdom.
14 e eu trarei novamente o cativeiro do Egito, e os farei voltar à terra de Patros, à terra de sua habitação; e eles serão ali um reino baixo.
15 Among the kingdoms it shall be the lowest; neither shall it raise itself any more above the nations: and I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.
15 Será o mais baixo dos reinos, nem mais se exaltará sobre as nações; porque eu os diminuirei, para que eles não governem sobre as nações.
16 And it shall be no more unto the house of Israel for a dependence, bringing their iniquity to remembrance, when they turned after them: and they shall know that I am the Lord Eternal.
16 E não será mais a confiança da casa de Israel, que lhes traz sua iniquidade à lembrança, quando olharem após eles; mas saberão que eu sou o Senhor DEUS.
17 And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, on the first of the month, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
17 E aconteceu que, no vigésimo sétimo ano, no primeiro mês, no primeiro dia do mês, a palavra do SENHOR veio a mim, dizendo:
18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon hath caused his army to perform a great service against Tyre; every head hath been made bald, and every shoulder hath been rubbed sore: yet no reward hath come to him or to his army from Tyre, for the service that he hath performed against it.
18 Filho do homem, Nabucodonosor, rei de babilônia, fez com que o seu exército prestasse um grande serviço contra Tiro; toda a cabeça se tornou calva, e todo o ombro foi descascado; ainda assim, não houve paga a ele nem a seu exército por Tiro, pelo serviço que havia prestado contra ela;
19 Therefore thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will give unto Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon the land of Egypt; and he shall carry away its multitude, and take its spoil, and plunder its prey: and this shall be the reward for his army.
19 portanto, assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que eu darei a terra do Egito a Nabucodonosor, rei de babilônia; e ele levará a sua multidão, e tomará o seu despojo, e tomará a sua presa, e esta será a paga por seu exército.
20 As his recompense for that which he hath served against it, have I given him the land of Egypt, for that which they had done against me, saith the Lord Eternal.
20 Eu lhe dei a terra do Egito pelo seu trabalho com o qual serviu contra ela, porquanto forjaram por mim, diz o Senhor DEUS.
21 On that day will I cause to grow a horn for the house of Israel, and unto thee will I open the mouth in the midst of them: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
21 Naquele dia eu farei com que o chifre da casa de Israel brote, e eu te darei a abertura da tua boca no meio deles; e eles saberão que eu sou o SENHOR.
