Ezequiel 29
Leeser Old Testament (LEESER) vs ARA
1 In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, came the word of the Lord unto me, saying,
1 No décimo ano, no décimo mês, aos doze dias do mês, veio a mim a palavra do Senhor , dizendo:
2 Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh the king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt.
2 Filho do homem, volve o rosto contra Faraó, rei do Egito, e profetiza contra ele e contra todo o Egito.
3 Speak and say, Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will be against thee, O Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great crocodile that lieth in the midst of his streams, who hath said, Mine is my stream, and I have made it for myself.
3 Fala e dize: Assim diz o Senhor Deus: Eis-me contra ti, ó Faraó, rei do Egito, crocodilo enorme, que te deitas no meio dos seus rios e que dizes: O meu rio é meu, e eu o fiz para mim mesmo.
4 But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will fasten the fish of thy streams on thy scales; and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy streams, with all the fish of thy streams which shall stick fast on thy scales.
4 Mas eu porei anzóis em teus queixos e farei que os peixes dos teus rios se apeguem às tuas escamas; tirar-te-ei do meio dos teus rios, juntamente com todos os peixes dos teus rios que se apeguem às tuas escamas.
5 And I will cast thee out into the wilderness, thee with all the fish of thy streams; upon the open field shalt thou fall; thou shalt not be brought in, nor gathered up: to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven have I given thee for food.
5 Lançar-te-ei para o deserto, a ti e a todo peixe dos teus rios; sobre o campo aberto cairás; não serás recolhido, nem sepultado; aos animais da terra e às aves do céu te dei por pasto.
6 And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the Lord; because they have been a reedstaff to the house of Israel.
6 E saberão todos os moradores do Egito que eu sou o Senhor , pois se tornaram um bordão de cana para a casa de Israel.
7 When they took hold of thee with the hand, thou wast cracked, and didst rend for them all the shoulder: and when they leaned upon thee, thou wast broken, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.
7 Tomando-te eles pela mão, tu te rachaste e lhes rasgaste o ombro; e, encostando-se eles a ti, tu te quebraste, fazendo tremer os lombos deles.
8 Therefore thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and I will cut off out of thee man and beast.
8 Por isso, assim diz o Senhor Deus: Eis que trarei sobre ti a espada e eliminarei de ti homem e animal.
9 And the land of Egypt shall be changed into a waste and ruin, and they shall know that I am the Lord; because he hath said, The stream is mine, and I have made it.
9 A terra do Egito se tornará em desolação e deserto; e saberão que eu sou o Senhor .
10 Therefore, behold, I will be against thee, and against thy streams, and I will render the land of Egypt a mass of ruins, a waste, and a wilderness, from Migdol to Seveneh even up to the border of Ethiopia.
10 Visto que disseste: O rio é meu, e eu o fiz, eis que eu estou contra ti e contra os teus rios; tornarei a terra do Egito deserta, em completa desolação, desde Migdol até Sevene, até às fronteiras da Etiópia.
11 There shall not pass through it the foot of man, and the foot of beast shall not pass through it, and it shall not be inhabited forty years.
11 Não passará por ela pé de homem, nem pé de animal passará por ela, nem será habitada quarenta anos,
12 And I will render the land of Egypt a desolate land in the midst of desolated countries, and her cities among the cities that are ruined shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
12 porquanto tornarei a terra do Egito em desolação, no meio de terras desoladas; as suas cidades no meio das cidades desertas se tornarão em desolação por quarenta anos; espalharei os egípcios entre as nações e os derramarei pelas terras.
13 For thus hath said the Lord Eternal, only at the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they shall have been scattered;
13 Mas assim diz o Senhor Deus: Ao cabo de quarenta anos, ajuntarei os egípcios dentre os povos para o meio dos quais foram espalhados.
14 And I will bring back the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their own origin: and they shall be there an unimportant kingdom.
14 Restaurarei a sorte dos egípcios e os farei voltar à terra de Patros, à terra de sua origem; e serão ali um reino humilde.
15 Among the kingdoms it shall be the lowest; neither shall it raise itself any more above the nations: and I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.
15 Tornar-se-á o mais humilde dos reinos e nunca mais se exaltará sobre as nações; porque os diminuirei, para que não dominem sobre as nações.
16 And it shall be no more unto the house of Israel for a dependence, bringing their iniquity to remembrance, when they turned after them: and they shall know that I am the Lord Eternal.
16 Já não terá a confiança da casa de Israel, confiança essa que me traria à memória a iniquidade de Israel quando se voltava a ele à procura de socorro; antes, saberão que eu sou o Senhor Deus.
17 And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, on the first of the month, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
17 No vigésimo sétimo ano, no mês primeiro, no primeiro dia do mês, veio a mim a palavra do Senhor , dizendo:
18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon hath caused his army to perform a great service against Tyre; every head hath been made bald, and every shoulder hath been rubbed sore: yet no reward hath come to him or to his army from Tyre, for the service that he hath performed against it.
18 Filho do homem, Nabucodonosor, rei da Babilônia, fez que o seu exército me prestasse grande serviço contra Tiro; toda cabeça se tornou calva, e de todo ombro saiu a pele, e não houve paga de Tiro para ele, nem para o seu exército, pelo serviço que prestou contra ela.
19 Therefore thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Behold, I will give unto Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon the land of Egypt; and he shall carry away its multitude, and take its spoil, and plunder its prey: and this shall be the reward for his army.
19 Portanto, assim diz o Senhor Deus: Eis que eu darei a Nabucodonosor, rei da Babilônia, a terra do Egito; ele levará a sua multidão, e tomará o seu despojo, e roubará a sua presa, e isto será a paga para o seu exército.
20 As his recompense for that which he hath served against it, have I given him the land of Egypt, for that which they had done against me, saith the Lord Eternal.
20 Por paga do seu trabalho, com que serviu contra ela, lhe dei a terra do Egito, visto que trabalharam por mim, diz o Senhor Deus.
21 On that day will I cause to grow a horn for the house of Israel, and unto thee will I open the mouth in the midst of them: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
21 Naquele dia, farei brotar o poder na casa de Israel e te darei que fales livremente no meio deles; e saberão que eu sou o Senhor .
