1 Jesus ne helekai labelaa gi nia daangada i nia ala kai boloo,
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 “Teenua King o God di Langi e hai beenei: Dahi king ne hagatogomaalia dana hagamiami haga hai lodo gi dana dama daane.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,

3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 Gei mee ga hagau ana huai gau hai hegau gii hula, haga iloo gi digau ala ne gahi boloo: ‘Dagu hagamiami la gu togomaalia, agu kau daane mono manu moomono la gu daaligi, nia mee huogodoo la gu togomaalia. Goodou lloomoi gi tagamiami!’
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 Digau ala ne haga gahi digi haga dahidamee ina di gahigahi a maa, e hai hua go nadau mee ala ne belee hai: tangada guu hana gi dana gowaa dogi mee, e dahi gi dana hale goloo.
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 Hunu gau ne kumi digau hai hegau, ga daaligi gii mmade.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.

7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.

8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Goodou hula gi hongo nia ala llauehe, laha mai digau huogodoo ala ga gidee goodou.’
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Gei digau hai hegau gaa hula gi hongo nia ala, ga haga dagabuli mai digau huogodoo ala ne gidee ginaadou, digau humalia mono gau huaidu, gei di gowaa dela e hai tagamiami la gu dogologo dangada.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.

11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.

12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 Di king ga helekai gi ana gau hai hegau boloo, ‘Nnoodia nia lima o maa mono wae, hudua a mee gi malaelae, gi di gowaa bouli dela e dangidangi iei mee mo di gadigadi ono niha.’”
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Di hagaodi dana ala kai, Jesus ga helekai, “Dogologo ne haga gahi, gei digau hua dulii ala ne hili aga.”
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Nia Pharisee ga dagabuli gi di gowaa e dahi, e hagamaanadu nadau heeu gi Jesus belee hai a mee gii hala.

16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;

17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?

18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?

19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.

20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?

21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.

22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.

24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.

25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.

26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.

27 And last of all the woman also died.

28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?

29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.

30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.

31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 ‘Au go di God o Abraham,
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.

34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se

35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 “Meenei, tangada agoago, dehee taganoho koia e hagalabagau i lodo nia haganoho?”
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Jesus ga helekai,
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 “Deenei taganoho kaedahi e aamua, ge e hagalabagau.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.

39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.

40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.

41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 “Goodou e hagamaanadu bolo di Mesaia la koai? Mee di hagadili ni ooi?”
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Jesus ga heeu gi digaula, “Malaa, di Hagataalunga o God la ne aha, dela ne hai a David gi helekai bolo ‘dogu Dagi’? Deenei telekai David ne hai:
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:

44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?

45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?

46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
