Isaías 57
English Jubilee 2000 Bible (JUBL2000) vs BKJ
1 The righteous perishes, and no man lays [it] to heart: and merciful men [are] taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil [to come].
1 O justo perece e nenhum homem reflete sobre isto no coração. E homens misericordiosos são tirados, ninguém considerando que o justo é tirado, por causa do mal a chegar.
2 He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, [each one] walking [in] his uprightness.
2 Ele entrará em paz. Eles descansarão em suas camas, cada um caminhando em sua integridade.
3 But come here, ye sons of the sorceress, generation of the adulterer and the whore.
3 Porém, aproximai-vos mais, vós filhos da feiticeira, a descendência do adúltero e a prostituta.
4 Against whom do ye sport yourselves? Against whom do ye make a wide mouth, [and] draw out the tongue? [Are] ye not rebellious sons, a lying seed of transgression,
4 Contra quem fazeis vós zombaria? Contra quem escancarais a boca e mostrais a língua? Não sois vós filhos de transgressão, uma prole de falsidade?
5 inflaming yourselves with idols under every green tree, slaying the children in the valleys under the clefts of the rocks?
5 Inflamando a vós mesmos com ídolos sob cada árvore verde, matando os filhos dentro dos vales, debaixo das fendas das rochas?
6 Among the smooth [stones] of the valley [is] thy portion; they, they [are] thy lot: even unto them hast thou poured a drink offering, thou hast offered a present. Should I not avenge these things?
6 Dentre as lisas pedras do córrego está tua porção. Elas, elas, são teu quinhão, exatamente para aqueles a quem tu tens derramado uma libação, tu tens oferecido uma oblação. Eu deveria ser aplacado com isso?
7 Upon the lofty and high mountain thou hast set thy bed: even there thou didst go up to offer sacrifice.
7 Sobre um altivo e elevado monte tu tens disposto tua cama. Precisamente, naquela direção tu te dirigiste, subindo para oferecer sacrifício.
8 Behind the doors also and the posts thou hast set up thy remembrance: for thou hast discovered [thyself to another] than me, and art gone up; thou hast enlarged thy bed and made thee [a covenant] with them; thou didst loved their bed wherever thou didst see [it].
8 Atrás das portas também e dos umbrais tu tens erguido teu memorial, porque tu tens te desnudado para outro e não a mim, e subiste ao seu leito; tu tens alargado tua cama e tens feito um pacto com eles. Tu amaste a cama deles onde tu contemplaste seu falo.
9 And thou didst go to the king with ointment and didst multiply thy perfumes, and didst send thy messengers far off, and didst debase [thyself even] unto Sheol.
9 E foste ao rei com unguento, e aumentaste teus perfumes, e enviaste teus mensageiros para longe e corrompeste a ti mesmo até o inferno.
10 Thou became wearied in the multitude of thy ways; [yet] thou didst not say, There is no remedy: thou hast found that which thou wast searching for; therefore thou repented not.
10 Tu estás cansada na grandeza de teu caminho, contudo, tu não disseste, não há esperança. Tu tens encontrado a vida resultante da tua mão. Logo, tu não foste afligida.
11 And of whom hast thou reverenced or feared? Why dost thou lie; that thou hast not remembered me, nor have I come to thy thought? Have I not held my peace even of old, and thou hast never feared me?
11 E de quem tu tens tido medo ou temido para que tenhas mentido, e não tenhas lembrado de mim, nem trazido isto ao teu coração? Não tenho eu mantido minha paz igual aos tempos antigos, e tu não me temes?
12 I will declare thy righteousness, and thy works; for they shall not profit thee.
12 Eu declararei tua justiça e tuas obras, porque elas não te beneficiarão.
13 When thou criest, let thy companions deliver thee; but the wind shall carry them all away; vanity shall take [them]: but he that waits in me shall have the land by inheritance and shall possess the mountain of my holiness.
13 Quando tu choras, deixa teus ídolos te livrarem. Porém, o vento arrebatará todos eles. Vaidade os tomará. Mas aquele que põe sua confiança em mim possuirá a terra, e herdará meu santo monte.
14 And shall say, Clear away, clear away, level the way, take away the stumblingblocks out of the way of my people.
14 E dirão: Aterrai, aterrai, preparai o caminho, tirai o obstáculo que faz tropeçar do caminho do meu povo.
15 For thus has said the high and lofty One that inhabits eternity, whose name [is] The Holy [One]; I dwell in the high place and in holiness and with him also [that is] of a contrite and humble spirit to cause the spirit of the humble to live and to cause the heart of the contrite ones to live.
15 Porque assim diz o Único elevado e exaltado, que habita na eternidade, cujo nome é Santo: Eu habito no elevado e santo lugar, também com aquele que é de um espírito contrito e humilde, para vivificar o espírito do humilde e para vivificar o coração dos que são contritos.
16 For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth: for by me is the spirit covered by the body, and I have made the souls.
16 Porque eu não contenderei para sempre, nem estarei sempre furioso. Porque o espirito deve sucumbir perante mim e as almas, as quais eu tenho criado.
17 For the iniquity of his covetousness I was wroth and smote him: I hid [my face] and was wroth, and he went on rebelliously in the way of his heart.
17 Pela iniquidade de sua cobiça estive eu furioso e o afligi. Eu me ocultei e estava furioso. E ele continuou obstinadamente no caminho do seu coração.
18 I have seen his ways and will heal him: I will lead him also and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners.
18 Eu tenho visto os seus caminhos, e eu o curarei. Eu também o guiarei e restaurarei consolações a ele e aos seus pranteadores.
19 I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to [him that is] far off and to [him that is] near, said the LORD; and healed him.
19 Eu crio o fruto dos lábios: Paz, paz para aquele que está distante e para aquele que está próximo, diz o SENHOR. E eu o curarei.
20 But the wicked [are] like the sea in tempest, that cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.
20 Mas os perversos são semelhantes ao mar encapelado, quando não pode sossegar, cujas águas lançam em direção à costa lama e sujeira.
21 [There is] no peace, saith my God, for the wicked.:
21 Para o perverso, diz o meu Deus, não há paz.
