1 Where has thy beloved gone, O thou fairest among women? where didst thy beloved separate himself? that we may seek him with thee.
1 Para onde foi seu amado, ó mulher de beleza incomparável? Diga-nos que caminho ele tomou, e a ajudaremos a encontrá-lo. A Amada
2 My beloved is gone down into his garden, to the beds of spices, to feed in the gardens, and to gather the lilies.
2 Meu amado desceu a seu jardim, aos canteiros de especiarias, para pastorear nos jardins e para colher lírios.
3 I [am] my beloved's, and my beloved [is] mine; he feeds among the lilies.
3 Eu sou de meu amado, e meu amado é meu; ele pastoreia entre os lírios. O Amado
4 Thou [art] beautiful, O my love, as Tirzah, as desirable as Jerusalem, imposing as the standard-bearer [of the army].
4 Você é linda, minha querida, como a bela cidade de Tirza. Sim, é linda como Jerusalém, majestosa como um exército com bandeiras ao vento.
5 Turn away thine eyes from me, for they have overcome me; thy hair [is] as a flock of goats that appear from Gilead.
5 Desvie de mim seus olhos, pois eles me dominam. Seu cabelo é como um rebanho de cabras que desce pelas encostas de Gileade.
6 Thy teeth [are] as a flock of sheep which go up from the washing, of which every one bears twins, and [there is] not one barren among them.
6 Seus dentes são brancos como ovelhas recém-lavadas. Seu sorriso é perfeito; cada dente tem seu par ideal.
7 As slices of pomegranate [are] thy temples within thy locks.
7 Suas faces por trás do véu são rosadas como romãs.
8 There are sixty queens, and eighty concubines, and virgins without number.
8 Mesmo entre sessenta rainhas, oitenta concubinas e incontáveis moças,
9 My dove is [but] one, my perfect [one]; she [is] the [only] one of her mother, she [is] the choice [one] of her that brought her into the light. The virgins saw her and called her blessed; [yea], the queens and the concubines and they praised her.
9 eu ainda escolheria minha pomba, minha perfeita, a predileta de sua mãe, muito amada por aquela que a deu à luz. As moças a veem e dizem que ela é feliz; até mesmo as rainhas e as concubinas do rei a elogiam:
10 Who [is] she [that] shows herself forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, [and] imposing as the standard-bearer [of the army]?
10 “Quem é essa que se levanta como o amanhecer, bela como a lua, brilhante como o sol, majestosa como um exército com bandeiras ao vento?”. A Amada
11 I went down into the garden of nuts to see the fruits of the valley, [and] to see whether the vines flourished, [and] the pomegranates budded.
11 Desci ao bosque das nogueiras e fui ao vale ver as novas plantas, ver se as videiras tinham brotado e se as romãs tinham florescido.
12 Or ever I was aware, my soul made me return [like] the chariots of Amminadib.
12 Antes que eu me desse conta, meu desejo me levou à carruagem de um nobre. As mulheres de Jerusalém
13 Return, return, O Shulamite; return, return, that we may look upon thee. What will ye see in the Shulamite? [She shall be] as a multitude of tabernacles.:
13 Volte, volte para junto de nós, sulamita! Volte, volte para que a vejamos outra vez! O Amado Por que vocês olham para a sulamita enquanto ela se move com tanta graça entre duas fileiras de dançarinas?
