¹ A Psalm of the sons of Korah; a Song. His foundation is in the holy mountains.

¹ O fundamento dela está nos montes santos.

² The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.

² O Senhor ama as portas de Sião mais do que todas as habitações de Jacó.

³ Glorious things are spoken of Thee, O city of God. Selah

³ Coisas gloriosas se dizem de ti, ó cidade de Deus.

⁴ 'I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon as among them that know Me; behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia; this one was born there.'

⁴ Farei menção de Raabe e de Babilônia dentre os que me conhecem; eis que da Filístia, e de Tiro, e da Etiópia, se dirá: Este nasceu ali.

⁵ But of Zion it shall be said: 'This man and that was born in her; and the Most High Himself doth establish her.'

⁵ Sim, de Sião se dirá: Este e aquele nasceram ali; e o próprio Altíssimo a estabelecerá.

⁶ The LORD shall count in the register of the peoples: 'This one was born there.' Selah

⁶ O Senhor, ao registrar os povos, dirá: Este nasceu ali.

⁷ And whether they sing or dance, all my thoughts are in Thee.

⁷ Tanto os cantores como os que tocam instrumentos dirão: Todas as minhas fontes estão em ti.
